It was one of the best experiences I have ever had for a auto repair shop. The team are very kind, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. It was a major job to repair my old 2011 Nissan Altima. I am so happy with the results and the problem is solved. The manager even allowed me to sit in the waiting area and watch one of the most important days of my life the inauguration for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris thank you Mauricio Auto Repair. I will be back and refer all my friends you are the best in the business. Cheryl!!!

This place has rude employees, I would recommend the shop next door, Nestor s Auto Repair. They have very nice service.I was just checking out a work truck on their lot which is right next to Nestor s shop. I like trucks so I was just checking it out to see how it was built. Then one of the employees at Mauricios auto repair aggressively walks up to me as if I was up to no good. I m sure the quality of work is just as bad as their attitude. Just go to Nestor s Auto Repair they are so nice unlike Mauricio s Auto Repair.

Mauricio and his mechanics are among some of the best auto technicians I've ever encountered.And their prices are very competitive.I've gotten all my vehicles maintained and serviced by them for the past 11 years. From routine oil changes & new tires to fixing things that break down. I am super satisfied with their work and very happy my cars keep safely running.Thanks for the job well done, Mauricio.God bless you!

Updated: they sold me a used tire that was bad. They insisted it was fine and a great tire. Maybe im the idiot for buying one used but we were on a budget. Ended up buying a new tire a few months later. Very Friendly on phone, paid exactly what they quoted me. Very responsive and quick service. Very affordable prices.

I was very pleased with the work done here! It was amazingly fast and Mauricio gave me an absolute fair price! The only mechanic i will go to from now on!

Took my car here for some suspension work , got a quote from Mauricio the owner , waited almost 2 weeks to get in because they are always busy . Was asked to drop off the car early morning which i did , was thinking that after waiting for 2 weeks and bringing the car early morning i would be able to wait for repairs to be done but was told he is too busy and was very rude for no reason , every time i was trying to ask him a question he would rudely walk away saying his too busy .Called at the end of the day around 6pm to check on the status of the repair and was told that they are just about to start working on my car . Wanted to pay over the phone before they close so i can pick up the car later at night and was given a higher total than originally quoted for the labor plus $60 for conventional oil change instead of the $40 originally quoted. After questioning Mauricio about the extra charges he rudely responded that he is too busy to waste his time explaining and that if i don't like it i can come pick up my car , so he started talking to his mechanic in Spanish to stop working on my car and hang up the phone on me .I would not recommend this place for different reasons including lack of parking spaces, no real waiting room, dirty office, unprofessional and rude owner who doesn't care about new customers because he is busy and doesn't need there business...awayMy advice is to stay .

I have been going to Mauricio for more than 20 years. I have NEVER had a complaint. Brought my car in for a new turpentine belt and needed some work on my head and tail lights. Job was EXCEPTIONAL! Keep up the great work Mauricio. YOUR mechanics do a wonderful job. Happy 2020!

We took my husbands car to Mauricio Auto Repair for some repairs and when we picked up the car it was filthy, hand prints everywhere inside and where the parts were replaced the area was oily and dirty as he**.No respect for someone else s property at all!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I have had my cars worked on at Mauricio's several times and I want to like them, but they don't make it easy.The good: Prices are good, sometimes extremely good and the work is fine. They are also very good with old cars that you just want to keep on the road or pass inspection. For example, instead of replacing your whole exhaust system, they might be willing to just weld a piece of metal on the problem area. I have never gotten the impression that I was being up-sold or deceived in any way, which is something.The bad: It is painful to get your car fixed at Mauricio's. It is difficult to know when you can / cannot take your car in, when you get there, good luck finding someplace to park your car, there is often no one in the office (though it seems like they may have hired someone recently), they don't ever initiate communication, and so on.As a recent example, I needed struts for my car so I called and was able to get a price over the phone. This was on the Friday morning before NYE (Saturday). They said not to bring it in on Friday or Saturday because they were so busy, but Monday would be fine. I brought it in on Monday around 10am (20 min drive) and was told they were too busy and wouldn't get it in that day and that I couldn't leave it to be fixed the next day. I told them I called and was told to bring it in on Monday and they basically said tough luck, try again tomorrow. I call on Tuesday at 11am to make sure it is okay to bring it in at lunch - nope! Too backed up and too late in the day, they won't be able to fit it in. The only way I can get my car fixed is to drop it at 8am, which is crazy to begin with, but maybe tell me that.Hopefully, you get the picture. The work is good, the prices are good, getting the work done and interacting with the staff is very difficult.

Honest work and "straight up advice" without any sales pitches or extra work pushed on you! Mauricio and his staff are very knowledgeable and work fast but more importantly I love the way Mauricio looks out for the consumer. I was impressed and shocked how they shopped around to get the best price on the replacement part and the quick turn-around was the cherry on top!

Honest and reasonable. That is very hard to find today. I drive an hour plus to go here for automotive service. That's how good they are.

Honest service, friendly staff. They have serviced many personal and business vehicles for me. Prices are fair......I kinda hate giving this review because maybe they will get too busy to keep up with all of my vehicles after people read this!

I really don t leave reviews unless I really dislike a place. I came in to pick up my fianc� s car while he was at work. No one greeted me, just asked what I needed. Told them I was picking up a car and the lady up front (believe her name is Wendy) never once made eye contact with me, looked straight at the owner and said oh that guy was trying to pay on the phone 30 minutes ago but I was busy so I couldn t do it. I get that, cool. Then she looks down at her desk and says do you have the card information to pay? Ok.. that was your job clearly now I have to try to contact my fianc� at work to get this payment making it seem like I should of already had it ready. Service was great for the car only, my fianc� said when she spoke in the phone she was rude and nasty. Need someone with a better attitude for front desk; we will not be going back to that place.

Mauricio took my car a moment's notice, diagnosed the problem and repaired it while I waited. Best of all, the repair charge was more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

They use to be my first choice,It was a in n out shop.But know is like they have a dirrent type of way of working i call and guy want info of my tags to give me a quote wat that has to do ?lol..Wlooking for a new go to shop.

Owner was not friendly seem very bothered overworked poor customer service Needless to say my referral spoke highly about this auto body shop if they had a review for 0 that is exactly what I would give it!!!!!
