I have been looking for a Maserati for around 6 months I literally talk to Levelle once and I pretty much bought a used car blind(no mechanic in his right mind will do that but I m glad I trusted my gut and the car spoke for itself) and I m not exaggerating this I am a mechanic and I didn t see, check or look at the vehicle until after I already purchased it(and by the way I got a great deal on the car the B lots I was looking at had similar cars priced at least 5k more), and the vehicle turned out to be exactly what they told me it was, and literally so much better than I expected I literally drove eight hours to pick up a car from Maserati of Washington and trusted them that the car will make it on an 8 hour drive back home all I got to say is WOW WHAT A CAR I have had the pleasure of owning a Maserati in the past, and the Maserati , that I owned in the past, literally felt like junk compared to the one I got from Maserati of Washington and when i am in the market for a new car, I will most likely be driving Another eight hours, and most likely purchasing it blind again because these guys earned my business for a very long time to come this dealership is the most honest, respectful and professional dealership I have had the pleasure to deal with will not lie to you will not hide anything from you and the best part is if they give you a price that is the price there is no hidden fees and when you purchase a car from them like I said it is the actual price they gave you it is impossible nowadays to find a honest dealership if you were planning on doing business with Maserati of Washington, do not hesitate to trust these guys and see for yourself and I m pretty sure they will earn your business just like they earn mineLEVELLE THANK YOU SOO MUCH MAN if every dealership in the country had just one employee like you this industry wouldn t have such a bad rep Hopefully in a couple of months when it s time to get my fianc� a car, we can get another deal done

I have been lucky enough to own great cars, but never felt great about the buying process. I can honestly say I was beyond impressed with the professionalism, attentive nature and expediency of Levelle McKinney and his colleagues. This dealership is not only beautiful but has very kind, helpful group of employees who elevate the experience of buying a car. I ve already told Levelle I m working with him for all my cars moving forward. Absolutely exceptional! Thank you for a great, happy experience. And I love my Maserati, too! :)

Maserati of Washington is top notch. My husband and I had a terrible experience at another Maserati dealer and the customer service was so horrible that my husband was about to trade his car in to purchase a different vehicle to avoid having to deal with that service department. We gave Maserati of Washington a try and they beyond exceeded our expectations. Bryan and the whole team have been amazing. My husband is a happy driver again.

The dealer took customer service to the next level. Levelle who handled my purchase of the Ghibli was very knowledge of the car features . He was patient and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to help me throughout the process . Even provided additional assistance post sales. The car registration process was a breeze. I highly recommend the dealer and Levelle. You are in good hands .

Our family was in the market for a pre own vehicle. Came across the vehicle I wanted. Got in contact with a sale consultant named Shaw. We scheduled a date for my family to stop by and test drove the vehicle. Upon my arrival Shaw greeted me with the vehicle ready for me to test drive. We talk about the features and drove around for 25 minutes. Shaw is definitely very knowledgeable answered all my questions. He never once try and persuade or push me to buy the vehicle. His words was test drive it and if it doesn t work out, we can find you another vehicle that fits your family needs. He allowed me to take my time. Went home after the test drive to decide. Next day I call Shaw and mentioned that if we can work out a price which we agree on. Came down to it that I was very happy and got the price I was asking for. I meet the GM, his named Mr.Khoa. He congratulated me on the vehicle that I got. Thank you Maserati of Washington.

Last Saturday I finally gave into my passion and bought my Maserati Ghibli. This was such a huge decision. Do you go new or used. I went used. That should end up being a good because I saved money. My sales consultant Shaw was a good choice for me. He seemed to understand the choice that faced me. He allowed me to take my time. I did not want pressure. He was my catalyst. My finance person was beautiful, personal, and professional. Jamie thank you. I m bring you a bottle of wine. By the way I had a chance to meet the General manager Khoa. I was surprised, he was so young for someone in his position. He was nice, friendly, and a bit charming. Great employees come from great managers normally. Thank you Maserati of Washington. You ll see me again. Hopefully I ll get to see Jamie again.

True professionalism, courtesy, and attention to the smallest detail runs through the very core of this dealership. Buckle up for my full review, this might get lengthy! I first saw a vehicle that I was very interested in learning more about through the online inventory and submitted the "Check Availability" form which led me to connecting with Levelle who truly was nothing short of amazing. The quick turnaround to come into the dealership, having the car ready for the test drive (literally waiting for me in the lot along with him, key in hand!), and never once feeling pressured to decide, was the reason I knew I wanted to make this purchase work. I had prepared myself for an aggressive, cold, and all around "snobby" experience but the reality couldn't have been further from that and in fact, put to shame the experiences that I had at various other high end dealers in the area. Levelle took the time to walk through the details of the vehicle including both the financial and technical specifications, all the while never making me feel the need to sign on the line right then and there. After a few hours of driving, learning the features, and getting down the the numbers, I asked for the night to think about the decision (by this point the dealer was closed and they still took a patient and caring approach to the discussion). The very next morning I was contacted to continue conversations and the willingness to be transparent and honest with pricing is something I wish I experienced more in my car buying history (which is lengthy!). We eventually came to an agreement and from there, the service department was a gold standard in making sure the vehicle was in the best possible squeaky clean and gorgeous condition for me to drive away in. From the paperwork, which was taken care of from the comfort of the fabulous new Ferrari lounge, to the delivery of the vehicle, I cannot sing the dealership praises enough. From Franklin in finance, to Khoa's steller management, Levelle's top class sales service, Will's platinum level marketing (being a birthday purchase for myself, Will rolled out the red carpet!) and Brian's laser focus in Service - I now consider myself lucky to be a part of such a phenomenal brand family!!

I recently purchased a car here, my first experience with them. While they were seemingly friendly at time of purchase (of course) there was still work to be done on the car before they could give it to me. To that end, they lied to me, explaining if I didn't sign off that the dealer didn't "owe me anything" I couldn't get the car. Come to find out after a month of arguing with the sales guy , the dealership GM (who is brand new) they lied about a number of other issues the car should have had fixed prior to being sold. I know this because when I finally got the car a month later, the service guy told me as much. Additionally, neither the sales guy nor the GM would provide me the CPO checklist until I fought hard for it 2 weeks later and they lied on that as well giving me some lie about how they "approve everything" at the start of the certification process. Truly the worst car buying experience I've had, so terrible it made me sad that people so blatantly lie for a dollar. DO NOT BUY HERE. Ladies, espcially you, these guys are so old school trying to take advantage of female buyers, it wasn't until I got a man involved that they somewhat tightened up.

I bought my first Maserati this past weekend, a Levante GT at Maserati of Washington. Simply put, it was the best car buying experience ever. The team there was first class. My Sales Executive, Levelle Mckinney, was extremely knowledgeable about all the car s technology and mechanics. His professionalism and attention to detail was remarkable. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV, absolutely give Levelle and the team at Maserati of Washington a call.

Fred, Robert, and Jamie are excellent, professional, and kind people. From the first contact to the on-time delivery to my driveway, the process was flawless. It is apparent that Fred is skilled in dealing with outstanding products and customers. I feel sure there are behind-the-scenes people to thank. The Audi was in pristine condition when delivered, 32, 205 miles on the clock.

Levelle the salesman, Robert the GM and Jamie the finance manager were all extrodinary.. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like family. Everyone was kind, and did everything they could possibly do to make sure we were taken care of and happy. I m absolutely pleased with our purchase and I would recommend this Maserati dealership and only this dealership to everyone. Just purchased a vehicle from out of state and the process was very quick and easy. Huge shout out to Levelle for his help in the purchase and all of his knowledge and communication, even continuing to answer questions after the sale. Also shout out to Thomas for getting the financial side taken care of speedily. I decided to pick the car up in person and it was good to meet both of them. Levelle made sure to go over the features and even topped off the wiper fluid before I left because the car indicated it was low.All in all, I wish this dealership was closer to home for me, because I would be more than happy to take the car there for any issues or even just to say hey from time to time and show them updates that I do to the car. Awesome experience and I'm very grateful for them and their service.

This post is a few months late however wanted to share my experience with the sales executive & the entire crew from Maserati- Sterling. I happened to stop by the showroom to check out new cars. The car I had reviewed on YOUTUBE was not available and the dealership was not sure about the availability. Levelle Mckinney was on top of his game. The challenge for any salesperson is how to bridge the gap between customer expectations and customer service. Levelle delivered on all aspects. I am glad I met Levelle and the entire team of Maserati -Sterling. It was a pleasure working with all and I wish them all the success.

My wife and I have brought our Levante to Maserati of Washington for service and maintenance for the past few years. After a series of lack luster customer service experiences with the service department, we decided to bring our Levante to another area Maserati dealership. During the inspection and service by the other area Maserati dealership we learned that the services that we had paid Maserati of Washington to complete multiple times in the past year likely were never completed and that the maintenance services that were performed likely weren t the maintenance services that I needed. I cannot speak about the sales department but I can confidently say that I no longer trust their service department. I will no longer be being my Levante to Maserati of Washington for maintenance and definitely will not consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.

Not your average dealership. Maserati and Levelle made me and my mom feel so welcomed, everyone was very friendly and were always asking us if there was anything WE needed. Just a Wonderful experience! The car was perfect and even after we left with the car Maserati called me the NEXT DAY saying how they worked with finance to LOWER our INTREST RATE and save ME money. You don't see very many Humble people anymore and that's because they're all at Maserati of Washington! Thank you for everything

Phenomenal service at Maserati of Washington! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Robert (GM) went above and beyond to satisfy all our requests and we are not easily satisfied. Levelle (Sales Executive) was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and assisted us in making our selection. I had a fantastic buying experience! Dave Rich helped me through the process and made it so smooth. He called and emailed and kept me updated on everything and even called to follow-up after my car was delivered. I also worked with Thomas Tracey to help complete the transaction. My review is first and formost for Mr. Bosh. From the first moment I walked into the dealership, Mr. Bosh greeted me in a helpful manner. Thereafter, I visited the dealership several times and received the same kind and courteous reception. Bosh, along with Robert, the sales manager welcomed me with respect and dignity. That long-standing feeling of being preasured wasn't present while considering my purchase. I had an excellent buying experience at this dealership. Fred Nejad was the salesperson and he was wonderful beyond words. As a woman purchasing a vehicle on her own, I was welcomed and respected by all at the dealership. Fred was very kind, informative, accommodating beyond expectations and provided a pleasant experience throughout the process and beyond. The GM Robert Acuri and all the sales people were very friendly and contributed to this great experience. Thomas Tracey the finance person was also fantastic in ensuring the financing and paperwork was done efficiently and quite fast. We love our new Maserati Ghibli! I would highly recommend this dealership.

I went online to find a certified used Jeep Wrangler and came across a car that matched my criteria so I contacted the seller. When the salesman responded, I noticed it was a Maserati dealership. I thought to myself, why does this dealership have my car? After a few back and forth messages, I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Levelle who was a little too accommodating. In the car dealership world that usually makes me nervous. I told him I wouldn t be able to see the car until the weekend because I live 3 hrs. away so a few days before my trip, I texted Levelle and reminded him that I was not his usual clientele. I was not in the Maserati or Ferrari business and his response was ok .When I arrived to the dealership, this place was absolutely beautiful, it looked like I stepped into an art museum of luxury cars. I wanted to turn around and leave but I couldn t take my eyes off the cars. A gentleman walked out to greet me and took me inside to meet Levelle. I later found out the man who met me outside was the General Manager. This never happens! This is my 12th time buying a car and the General Manager does not come out and greet you. They barely acknowledge your presence especially if you don t buy a car.After a test drive and lunch, I knew I wanted this car. I explained to Levelle what I would be comfortable paying and he said let s see how we can make that happen . Well, it did happen and my next step was to speak to someone in finance. Once again, Robert escorted me upstairs to the finance office. I had the most breathtaking view of Ferrari cars in the showroom. Whenever I talk to someone in the finance office at a car dealership, I experience so much anxiety. I really don t like this part of buying a car because this is when the wolves take over but not this time. I met this beautiful young lady name Jamie. We talked like we knew each other and she always explained everything she processed. She also reassured me that I would receive a copy of all documents that I signed. You would think this would be the norm but it isn t. There are dealerships that change your contract and withhold documents without you even knowing until you look to review them. Whenever you leave a dealership, you should feel like you ve had a great experience because it is a major purchase. I m convinced Maserati of Washington has created the blueprint for how a sale should be done.
