So, this is my honest review and unfortunately my fault as well for ignoring warning signs. I had a hood painted this fall. When I went to pick it up, it was covered in dust. The owner got a towel and started to wipe off the dust. You DON'T do that on black paint. I was in shock when he did that. Ultimately I didn't care because I have a small shop to perform detail work and would be able to polish out any micro scratches. And there were a lot.I got home and looked at the hood, ultimately it looked ok and I was happy. I noticed they didn't fix a crack in the back of the hood where the metal gets flexed because it is a forward tilt hood. Oh well, I figured I'd let them know because this will be an issue in the future.Fast forward and I finally started putting everything back together this weekend. It sat protected away from people, animals and elements in a garage since the day I brought it home.After setting it back on the car, the first lift of the hood, a huge chunk of body filler popped off. Way more than a skim coat. Unfortunately it popped off along that crack they didn't fix. I wish I had looked at it more in depth there in the shop and/or started working on it again right away after picking it up.

I was shopping around for an honest and reliable body shop to repair dents and damage to my driver side door since my usual contact had retired, and the new owners are just not the same. As I wrote initially, I was looking for an honest and reliable body shop. I am so glad that I came across Luis Auto Repair, which is a family owned business. The customer service, communication and quality are top notch. I picked up my car yesterday, and am very pleased with the work. If I ever need body work done again, I'm definitely coming back. Highly recommend!!!

I got into a car accident the week of Thanksgiving and was stressed about finding a body shop to do repairs. Multiple places said they could not accept my car anytime soon. I needed the repairs done as soon as possible because my car was not drivable at the moment due to damages at the rear end. I was referred to Luis s Auto Repair and I cannot emphasize enough the level of satisfaction I have from his service. It was absolutely phenomenal. He called me personally to give me an update on my car repairs. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. The two people who I spoke to at the front desk were very friendly and helpful as well. When I came to pick up my car, he greeted me personally and again reviewed the repairs he had done. You never would ve been able to tell that I had gotten rear ended. He did an amazing job. I will be telling everyone to go to Luis s from now on. If you have not gone to his auto body shop, look no where else. You ll be very satisfied with the service. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

I love this body shop! I couldn t be any happier. I went to a couple shops and Luis was my choice bc of how he explained exactly what he was going to do, his professionalism, honesty, and pride in his work sold me. He even gave me a tour of his shop and showed me Customer cars. Luis Auto repair whole team is fantastic. The craftsmanship is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I will always bring my cars here. Love this shop.Removed a ton of rust from my Silverado. Replaced, manufactured, welded new steel for rocker panels and wheel wheels. Sanded/scraped off rust from Frame. Painted the whole truck and undercarriage andReplaced cab mounts. I pretty much have aBrand new truck. It s not even done yetAnd I had to write a review.

Professional and Honest, top quality work. Worked with me to get my car repaired when 2 other shops wanted to total the car out. The best possible experience, I completely recommend Luis Auto repair! Very friendly and knowledgeable service. A+#1 !!! Five Star Service !!

Luis is the most honest and professional man who does auto body repair around the DMV. He knows what he does. Got my car back and can t believe what he has done to it. No one will never know it has been fix like nothing happened before. Affordable prices excellent materials used.

Cracked my bumper after pulling in too far into a spotI was at Elden collision center on Transamerica for a quote. I requested that they only charge me labor & painting as I provided the bumper myself.Elden Collision Center quoted me for about $400I was referred to this Luis Auto Repair by 95 auto and I could not be happier with the service I am getting. They worked with me to make sure my needs are met. They are professional, fair, and Their quality of work is fantastic. My family plan on using them from now on.I recommend anyone to this business.

I had a power window that wouldn t go up and they helped me so much! The lady was very nice and also the guy. He got the window up for me and didn t even charge me. He also referred me to another guy to do the electrical work needed to fix it. Very nice people! Thank you!
