I needed some repairs on the front bumper and fender of my 2019 BMW 540ix. Before deciding on a service provider, I visited a couple of other body shops for quotes. Loudoun One Collision offered a quote that was half the price of its competitors, which initially made me skeptical. However, my concerns were completely unfounded. Upon picking up my car, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work. Loudoun One Collision did an outstanding job, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

My friend suggested me this place. I m been very satisfied with job they have done so far. Me and my friends always bring our car for literally any issues. The owner and employees are very nice and professional. They actually take care of every small details that you concerned about. Definitely recommend this place for any mechanical and bodyshop work.

Gina made my transaction easy she is very helpful and kind she made the impossible possible. All staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop especially like Gina. They do excellent job! Thank you so much Gina. I will comeback again to do another service.

I was recommended to Loudoun One Collision by a friend. I went to the shop and found the owner to be very polite and professional. He worked very diligently with my insurance company and fixed my car on time. The body work including the paint work was impressive. I highly recommend using this body shop. You will not be disappointed.

I received an estimate of body damage to the left side of my 2003 Honda Pilot from another shop. I wasn't pleased with the estimate, so I tried Loudoun One Collision. When I arrived on February 18, 2023, Gina met me; She was very friendly and warm. I had a good feeling right from the start. Gina took photos of my damage, and within a few minutes, I had my estimate, which I was delighted with.I was surprised to see that her estimate was significantly lower than the one I had.I asked Gina how long it would take to complete my repairs, and she stated about three days. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Gina called me on Thursday, February 23, 2023, and told me that my vehicle was ready for pickup.When I arrived, I was floored! I could not believe how great my Pilot looked and smelled. My car mats had been washed front and rear, and my car smelled like new!I just wish that I had taken a before photo to show you how fantastic my repair work was.I highly recommend Gina and Loudoun One Collision to my friends, family, quality, and anyone who wants quality work at an affordable price!Thank you, Gina.RichardServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Had an amazing experience getting my car fixed at Loudoun One collision center. The staff was very friendly and Jawad - the owner was very approachable and available on phone for any queries I had, clearing explaining the cost and associated details of the service required. I got my car back on time and the fact that it was even cleaned from inside reflected on the kind of service they offer.

Picture is Worth a Thousand Words - Look At the Pictures After Repairs and Make Your Own Decision. Also, want to mention that this is the result even after 5-6 trips to the shop and then I finally gave up and disputed the charges. THE WORST SHOP EVER!!!Update - This is the PASSENGER SIDE and how could have I asked for addition work for free on my car when you even did not do the work that I PAID you for (I am showing you the left headlight that was not buffed after you had sprayed paint over it... which you had agreed but did not do it). You are correct you are here to make money and I totally agree with you BUT Please don't rip off people with doing SUBSTANDARD WORK. I had paid you a total of $1150.00 (765 Credit Card + 385 Directly from my Insurance) Please see Receipt from the Shop in the Pic.Bottom Line - You not only provided substandard work but you also gave me the RUN Around. In the end you just refused to fix you mess and now you are lying about everything. BTW about the Charge Back... I received the complete refund because my credit card company saw the work you had done. I wish I could have posted here the complete case that I sent to my CC Company with every detail and timelines but its too large to post here.DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!!!!!

I'm very happy I chose to get my car repaired here. My dented and scratched car looks as good as new. Their pricing was some of the best in Loudoun county and they got it done exactly when they said they would. The owner was very kind and honest throughout the repair. I highly recommend this place.

I can t praise this place and AJ enough. Absolutely the best in terms of service, in terms of fairness, and in terms of flexibility and reliability. Exactly the kind of qualities you re looking for in a body shop. I cannot believe that after all these years of dealing with complicated places and people that didn t have my best interest at heart necessarily, I ve found a place I can trust and a person I confidently listen to when it comes to recommendation and advice. One of the most realest shops I ve come across. Hard working men doing the best job in the planet in Northern Virginia. They are officially my car guys after a deep scratch that was fixed. Not only did they fix it within the time range they mentioned, but it was the best price I had come across. 10/10 RECOMMEND IT!!!!

I had recently got my car body work and transmission stuff done from one loudoun and the work is 100%. Got a great price for all the work that needed to be done as well. Staff is great and i would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get the job done professionally. I will be going back to get more stuff done in the future.

I took my car there to get some body work and the gentleman I was dealing with (Jawad) was extremely helpful and upfront about costs. Had to take it again due to a leak that caused more damage and again same great/amazing service. It was refreshing to go to a body shop/mechanic and get straight answers no run around no BS. Will definitely be the only spot to take my car for any future work regardless of what it is.

I used them to check water leak from roof during rain. They spent lot of time checking it and after that find leak is not due to sun roof . They were so nice they did not even charge me anything for that work although they spent so much time . Really honest people . Amazing experience. My 2019 Honda needed body work after a minor accident and I shopped around before bringing it to loudoun one collision. Mian was able to check my car out and give me an estimate in 10 minutes. He even walked me around the shop to show me the work they had done on other cars, as well as showing me before and after pictures.I just picked up my car today and it looks phenomenal. I can t even tell that anything ever happened. Additionally, the price I paid was exactly what was estimated beforehand. This price was extremely reasonable considering I didn t go through insurance. If you want exceptional work done at a fair price, go to loudoun one collision!

I had my Infinity G37 car repaired here. Loudon one Collision is a great car repair company as they fixed car issues very quickly and delivered in a good condition as promised.
