Loudoun Motors has been taking care of me for the past 4-5 years now. I have also taken my family s car to get work done here and it has been nothing but quality service every time. They re very communicative with the system they you use, providing real time updates with the work being done on your car. Highly recommend to anyone.

Andrew from sales was great to work with! No pressure, answered all my questions anytime. Fair prices. Was able to buy a car and trade in my old car with ease at the same time. There's a reason they have 5 stars on Google. Definitely recommend!

I am beyond satisfied with the service at Loudoun Motors. I have taken both my vehicles there in the past few weeks. I have an antique Cadillac and a Range Rover. I received excellent customer service as well as my cars being repaired with a very quick turnaround time at a reasonable price. We had the best experience at this dealership! We were not pressured to make a purchase AT ALL. We were provided with the service records and CarFax before we even had to ask for it. Took the vehicle for a test drive and was highly encouraged to take our time test driving it and get it up to highway speeds. Mark was a fantastic person to deal with and made the entire process so easy and what seemed to be effortless to him. We drove 3 hours to and 3 hours back for this vehicle and we would gladly make the drive in the future if it meant we got the same experience this time! Cannot recommend Loudoun Motors enough!!! Finally got our family car for our growing family. Thanks guys!

Brent and Mark run a high-quality auto business on both the service and sales side, focused on honest and straightforward work.We consigned 2 vehicles with Mark, including a Mercedes GLS 63 AMG which has a very small customer base. Both were sold quickly and netted us much more than Carmax or any dealers offered without having to deal with the hassle of a private sale.On the service side, I've used their services for maintenance and repairs for several vehicles and came away happy every time.It feels like it is run as a family business with a small, but dedicated and highly-experienced staff.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I found Loudoun Motors online. I initiated contact via email and in about 30 minutes I was contacted by Mark. I knew the car I wanted before I arrived, so when I got there the car was already pulled to test drive. My fiance and I decided it was a great move and the price was just right. Due to Mark and his teams service, and the quality of they're cars, we decided to purchase both my vehicle and one for him. The paperwork process was seamless and simple.Mark explained everything and I couldn't be happier. The service and client experience that he and his team offers, is the best Ive seen yet. They're responsive, attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, they exhibit integrity, and they follow through. Not only do they make the car purchase experience smooth but they also offer repair services as well. I brought an issue to Mark regarding one of my other cars ( I bought somewhere else). I told him what the issue was, and what I had done ao far to fix the issue. He gave me some great tips and explained what could be causing the issue. Its clear they value their clients. Just as an added advantage. Thank you Loudoun Motors for an amazing experience....

Highly recommended. Mark and this dealership are not the typical car salesmen you would think of. I hated dealerships for their pushy sale tactic and costing you hours for negotiation and financing. We had to come back twice for our car, but if we were ready on the first day with the check, we would have been in and out with our new car within 2 hours. Mark stayed back late to accommodate us (but don't expect that, be early if you can :) Competitive pricing. I can't believe i have something good to say about car dealership but yes, I was 100% happy with this one. We had high expectations and Mark exceeded them all. We will be going to Mark's only going forwards. You won't be disappointed.

After several years of second guessing and having to fact check dealership(s), it is relieving to find a truly honest mechanic. I gave, the owner, Brent a call after a Jeep dealer quoted an exorbitant amount for front brakes/rotors and basic engine maintenance. From the start, Brent said "I won't be the cheapest but I'll stand by the work and won't sell you anything you don't need."Because of this motto, I made the trek out from Arlington and did not regret it. Upon inspecting the vehicle, Loudoun Motors explained every repair with pictures and did not pressure a single one. Brent even recommended I return back to the dealership for a coolant leak as it would likely be covered by warranty...even though he could've done the work himself.Ultimately, I spent about 65% of what the charged for the same service and had a much better experience. Not to mention, thanks to Brent's advice, the dealer installed a new radiator under manufacture warranty (a repair Jeep "values" at over $2K).Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance

I had Loudoun motors upgrade my rear differential, from an open differential to a limited slip differential. They did an excellent job, brought everything within specifications, and even though they ran into some supply chain difficulties, they kept me informed in every step of the process. I would definitely go with loud motors again for any other repairs or upgrades to my vehicle.

We brought our car to Loudoun Motors for a second opinion after the dealer we had been taking it to told us that we needed to replace the engine. This would have cost over $6,000. Loudoun Motors thoroughly checked it out and determined nothing was wrong with the engine and also determined a couple other dealer recommended maintenance issues weren't needed saving us a lot of money. Needless to say we will be bringing our cars to Loudoun Motors for maintenance in the future. We also bought a used car through Loudoun Motors and have been very happy with it. They did a great job of fixing it up before turning it over to us. Literally the only place I trust. They ve saved me thousands in unnecessary repairs and service from the dealership. They photograph everything and give you detailed reports on what needs to be and how urgent or not they are.

In addition to the items listed, the technician at Loudoun Motors also replaced my drivetrain control module. Mark and Brent were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took the time to thoroughly explain what to expect when my diagnostic was complete. They sent documentation of all the tests ran and the results. There was no pressure to do everything that was found during the diagnostic. They really gave me the confidence that I was not going to be taken advantage of. Just when I started loosing faith in car dealerships & the whole car buying process, here comes Loudoun Motors. Ask for Mark Whitney or Brent Seal, the 2 owners that are straight up professionals. They care more about their reputation, giving you the absolute best experience than profits or playing the bs games most dealerships are all about. $399 dealer processing fee, which was the lowest I saw anywhere. You leave feeling like you just bought a car from 2 of your buddies rather than car salesmans, a title they don't even like. Thank you guys. 5 stars is absolutely well deserved and then some.

I bought a 4Runner at a great price from Loudon Motors. Brent and Mark made sure that the truck was in tiptop shape prior to selling to make sure that you as a buyer would feel confident that you weren t getting something that would fall apart after 30 days. Overall friendly, professional and reliable service on time and generally very competitive prices. I have been going to a very reputed firm in the neiborhood that owns several shops in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties and are recognized for the quality of work and customer service. I took my SUV to Loudoun Motors to have 4 tires installed and for a 4 wheel alignment.Fast service and excellent work. Brent and staff are the best. I don t take my vehicles to just anyone for repair. Later took same vehicle to them for a shudder feeling while driving. After test driving and diagnostic test,needed transmission work.Vehicle was repaired and working perfectly in a short period of time. Brent and his staff are great and precise. Can t beat them.

I ve taken my Toyota Highlander and RAV4 to Loudoun Motors for most of my auto work such as brakes, oil changes state inspections or whenever my check engine light goes on for whatever reason. The shop has done great reliable work, and I can count on them to keep my car in tip top condition. I was looking for a car shop to repair my convertible BMW top. I was referred to Brent by a friend along with several other places. I chose Brent because his prices were fair, he worked with me even though he had not repaired a convertible top in the past & was willing to do the job. I was 100% satisfied with his service, workmanship, follow up and professionalism. I would highly recommend the shop to anybody looking for a top quality car repair at a fair price.

I had my vehicle towed to Loudoun Motors before the Thanksgiving holiday. I needed him to look over my vehicle to ensure its safety. After explaining what happened, Brent was able to inspect my vehicle and ensure there was no underlying damage, but upon his inspection he found two issues with it that were missed at a previous shop. He was able to explain what the issues were and gave me a very fair price. I really appreciated his communication and quick turnaround especially during the holiday.

Had a fantastic buying experience with Loudoun Motors. Brent was nice enough to come in on a Sunday to show me the car and test drive it. Brent was knowledgeable and helpful, making the buying process surprisingly enjoyable. The price of the vehicle was great and there was no pressure, unlike other dealers, to purchase. He is very responsive with communications and continues to answer any questions I have. He has earned by business in the future due to his honesty and excellent customer service.

The amount of knowledge and willingness to explain every minor detail of what they are selling is unlike any dealership ive done business with. A true breath of fresh air. Alot of dealers rush for you to make a decision, Mark was beyond patient and understanding. If im ever in need of a car I will always look on their website first.

Great experience with Loudoun motors. Bought a BMW X3 here recently for my wife, fully checked over by Brent and his team and in excellent condition both inside and outside. No pushy behavior during the sale, he let's the cars do the talking combined with his great pricing.Had a minor issue last week with an emissions sensor. This was fixed under their 3 month warranty with outstanding customer service.I highly recommend Loudoun motors, both for sales and service. I've also decided to have all maintenance on my own car to be done by Loudoun. Keep up the good work!

Brent was highly recommended to us by a mutual friend. If my friends trusted him, that was all I needed. Brent has taken care such great care of our cars! He is trustworthy and his estimates are great. We just recently had him work on our daughters car. It was a smooth transaction and the car is running fantastic. We always recommend him to anyone looking for their cars to be fixed.
