Wonderful shop, completed my Bentley maintenance service for under $1000 while my dealer wanted $2600! Tech Larry is a true professional with 20 years experience. Mike Hillyard the owner is a fair and honest person. I observed him doing simple repairs requests for customers while I waited for my service to be completed in about 2 hours. Highly recommend this shop.

I'm a bit late on this review. I never write reviews as I'm very particular about my cars. That should give you an indication of the quality of work.Like me, these guys are car enthusiasts. It's easy to talk to them and they know what's going on. Excellent customer service. Mike is very understanding, patient, and explains everything.Also as time goes on....life, work, and family take over. This was the case here, and Hillyard came through clutch. Because I "failed" safety inspection, I needed rear brakes and my exhaust fixed. Only had 15 days to search and get the work done (I didnt have the time to replace the rotors myself).The pads and rotors were installed perfectly.....just as I would install them :) yes, I inspected everything when I got the car home.Exhaust was repaired at an amazing price as well.If you're a car enthusiast, or just care about your car. Go here.

After receiving a recommendation from a coworker, I brought my Vibe GT to Hillyard Automotive LLC due to a check engine light. From the first phone call, Mike's professionalism and expertise were evident. I highly recommend Hillyard Automotive for regular maintenance and repairs! We recently took our car in for a repair and Mike and his team are very thorough and knowledgeable. Mike and Team at Hillyard Automotive were top-notch in getting my Lexus IS F in their shop for immediate servicing. They re very knowledgeable on Toyota/Lexus and service anything and everything from what I ve seen at their shop. Great team that talk you through different avenues and options you can take, instead of just shooting from the hip like dealerships do and sending you on your way.. I ll only go to Hillyard for future work on my cars.

Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable front desk and mechanics. Always got an honest diagnosis and advice. Even saved me money when car failed inspection at an accredited station and the inspection mechanic wanted to do major repairs. Brought in to Hillard and they found it was misdiagnosed and the repairs likely wouldn't fix the problem. Hillyard repaired the true problem at a much lower cost and car easily passed inspecion.

Excellent service Found them by chance and been the best decision I ve made in vehicle repairs/service . I highly recommend them customer service/ pricing/ knowledge are all top notch. Excellent service. I usually shop around for mods in my car as I like to work on them myself. I talked to Mike upon walking in on the shop and I was surprised with the fair pricing and timing of installing the springs on my IS500. They got the job done in the time they said they would and the final price was the price agreed on from the start. No surprises! I ll definitely be coming back here for any other mods I plan to do to the car. Thanks Mike!

Hillyard has been awesome for my vehicles. They took the time to answer questions and met me bounce ideas off of them until I was sure of what I wanted. Service is quick and the staff are really friendly. They followed up with the work they did for me and even recommended companies that did detailing work for other things I wanted done.

Superior service & knowledge. Was referred to this shop after seeing it on Maps. Owner & technicians really know their stuff and their work is excellent quality. Had front brake rotors & pads changed today, but will be coming back for other car service...rear brake rotors/pads, oil change, wheel/tire work, etc.

I ve been here twice to have both of my Grand Cherokees worked on. Mike and his team installed my exhaust system on one and replaced my wife s brakes on hers. His team is awesome and the attention to detail him and his team provide is top notch. Great prices that beat out any of the competitors In the area. This team definitely loves all types of vehicle needs. True automotive enthusiasts who love working on vehicles just as much as they love driving them! Took my car in to get an STI Wing installed on my 23 WRX. I had communicated with Mike 2 weeks prior to taking my car in and missed my service date due to personal conflict. Mike was understanding and provided a flexible schedule throughout the week. Took my car in the same week and was done within the day. Picked it up first thing the following morning and inspected the wing and fitment on the trunk. Mike and his team did phenomenal work and will definitely be returning to them for future projects/issues. Also, I wanted to thank the tech who gave me a ride back home after dropping off the car! The service was greatly appreciated!

The only shop in the area that I trust with my car. I probably passed 5 tires shops otw to Hillyard, to get tires mounted on a set of Forgeline s.Give back to the car community by supporting Hillyard. These are die hard car people, who race on weekends, and are very knowledgeable.

I recently brought my GMC to Hillyard Automotive with a front brake problem that existed for six years. Multiple dealerships couldn t solve the rotator warping issue. Mike s background of OEM and sport performance provided a different approach. His techs quickly found the root cause and solved it. 3,500 miles later and the issue remains resolved. Thank you Mike and team!

We ve been taking our vehicles to Mike and his team for almost two years and we are always very pleased with the quality of work and excellent communication. Recently, we had a suspected tire pressure gage issue Mike took the car in and promptly resolved it (just need more air to reset the sensor). He did not accept compensation for his time/effort - all class. He ll definitely be getting more business from us!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

I brought my Mazda3 in for a single wheel replacement and the guys at Hillyard were great to work with. Mike was very transparent and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It was a very quick and simple service, but it was still reasonably priced compared to other shops/dealerships. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle first hand was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable leaving my car in his hands. Will definitely be going back if I have any other services not covered under my car's warranty!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I was recommended to Mike, the owner if Hillyard Automotive because I was looking for an installation of a Magnusson Supercharger and Borla Catback exhaust for my Toyota Tacoma. I visited the shop and Mike partly, because Mike is an expert with Toyotas and also installing performance parts for various vehicles. Mike explained everything to me in detail was very respnsive and order all the components. His excellent team installed the $8000 Supercharger perfectly!! They are a great team and experts in all things performance!. There is no overselling of any services, just a team of professionals who are passionate about vehicle performance who take pride in their craft. I would recommend them for any vehicle performance installations.

Hillyard Automotive truly exemplifies above and beyond service. Mike and his team are hardworking, earnest, and honest - a rare find in the industry. Communication is excellent, and pricing is more than fair. Recently during a service, Mike discovered an issue that should have been covered by a recently expired warranty. He put us in contact with another company who could better help us negotiate getting some coverage from the automaker - essentially giving up his own income in order to ensure we didn t have to pay thousands out of pocket unnecessarily. Mike also knows how to service foreign cars - he has corrected issues on our older BMW that went unaddressed for years by the dealer and other mechanics. He definitely has earned our loyalty and trust.

I got a performance alignment right before a track day at Hillyard. Mike was very professional and unlike many other shops, my car actually went into the shop and work began at my appointment time. The rest of the staff was very courteous and definitely seemed to be car people first, meaning they will respect your ride and treat it like their own. My alignment finished earlier than expected and to my spec. I finished second in class at the event and am very satisfied with the work performed.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I have taken my Lexus IS-F to Mike and his team for multiple standard maintenance items which included new performance brakes, oil change, O2 sensor replacement, new tire install and balance, alignment and radiator install. They also did custom work which encompassed R&D on a differential install from an RC-F, a custom heat shield for my O2 sensors to protect them from my exhaust and even caught a crack in my intake box which they addressed for me as well! This shop is one of the best shops I have ever done business with.
