We found Gill s through a neighbor who has been taking their cars here for over 15 years.They are very kind, honest, and do great work. They ve squeezed me in when I had urgent issues. Everyone I ve interacted with here is professional, polite, and courteous.I originally took my car here because another local place quoted me over $1k for a repair. I took it to Gill s and they told me it was a simple $20 repair.Highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honest and reliable. I ve trusted my SUV s with Gills Automotive for the last 10+years. They fix the issues and don t do work that s not needed. I like the quick communication using texting. I ve brought multiple cars to Gill s over the years and Adam and Barbara have always been great to me. They re very accommodating and willing to help with any issue that you bring. They won t push you to get something fixed but will always suggest the best for your car in the long run. This was our go-to auto repair shop years ago but we stopped going when we moved ~15 miles away several years ago. After tying several other repair shops, to include a local dealership, we went back to Gill's Automotive! We had been going to the dealership because it was convenient but after we got our vehicle back from the dealership with a broken glovebox and a cabin air filter that was installed upside down, we drove the distance back to Gill's and were not disappointed. Gill's continues to provide honest repair assessments and quality craftsmanship. Recommend Gill's Automotive for all your vehicle services and repairs!

I had another shop suggest a long list of repairs, so I brought my vehicle to Gill's for a second opinion. They provided a loaner car so I could drive back to my office and pared the list down to only what was needed. Turned to Gill s for some pretty extensive brake work on my truck. Prior to starting work on the truck, Gill s, specifically, Adam (who was awesome), reached out to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. Once I approved the work, they started work right away. The work was completed in a timely manner. Extremely satisfied with this shop and would highly recommend!Service: Auto brake repair

I brought my car in for wheel bearings replacement after getting a very high estimate from a well known auto repair (chain store) company. I used to use Gill s more often until I moved a bit further away. I m glad I came back! They did a wonderful job at a much more fair price. I was looking for a trust worthy auto repair business when I found Gill s Automotive. The reviews were very good and I read through a lot of them to make sure it wasn t a bunch of fake reviews.They really are true and Gill s is honestly the best auto repair business I have ever had my vehicle too, and I am 67 years old so that has been a lot of years trying to find a reputable business.The owners are very nice and all the mechanics seem to be great too. I am completely happy with the work and pricing that I have had done and I can truly say that I am completely comfortable with any work that will ever need to be done on my vehicles. They will not do repairs that are not necessary and will not charge crazy amounts for the work that they do.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

We have used Gills Auto Repair 2 times.We saw a review about this shop on Next door Neighbor and boy did we hit the lottery.He is unbelievably accurate in finding your problem.He us very up front and honest if it needs fixing and is very customer service oriented.He treats you like he would like to be treated, so honest and fair with his pricing.We have old cars and totally trust him.So Glad We Found him.

If you are looking for an auto repair shop that is honest, stands by their work, and has real integrity, this is the shop for you. Gill's does excellent work at a very fair price, and I send both my elderly parents there because I trust the work that they do and know they will get a fair deal. There are no surprises, and I'm always kept fully informed. Most recently I had my old pickup towed in because the transmission lines had rusted through. Original manufacturer lines were not available, but Adam was able to have them custom made. As always, they did an excellent job. Fast, professional, personable. Immediately offered coffee and water, they have a shuttle and loaner cars available, and even left a thank you note with an air freshener afterwards. Technician didn't try to oversell, and gave me a heads up on upcoming maintenance the car will need and when

I've been taking my vehicles to Adam at Gill's Automotive for nearly a decade and have always received excellent service, solid repairs, and good advice. Quotes always match the finale repair bill, sometimes less. And you always get an honest assessment. I would give a 5-Star rating for Adam and his team.

I had my car towed to Gill s for work. Everyone there was great- got the job done, kept me informed about the progress of the work. I felt Adam (the owner) was honest and trustworthy. I went to Gill's at the recommendation of my local Facebook community group. Both Barbara and Adam were fantastic! I needed an oil change and was having an issue with one of my tires constantly needing to be filled with air. Turns out the tire had picked up THREE nails and needed to be patched.Not only did they do both of these things quickly and correctly (to my limited knowledge) but there was no attempt to sell me unnecessary services (looking at you, Toyota dealer). Adam suggested that I actually take the tire back to Costco because they'd perform the service for free. It was too much of a hassle to do that so I just had Gill's repair the tire, which they did quickly and inexpensively.I had a lot of errands to run the day of my appointment, so I borrowed their loaner car. While the car was older, it was in very good condition. Best of all, the loaner was FREE!I will definitely be back for all of my future car service needs. Been going here for awhile. Always excellent service with friendly and helpful advice.
