I had an absolutely stellar experience purchasing my 296 GTB from Carlo at Ferrari of Washington. From the first conversation we had over the phone to the point where the car was shipped, everything was handled in a very professional and efficient manner. Carlo and his team truly embody what top-notch customer service looks like. They made the entire purchase experience hassle-free and enjoyable. To Carlo and the entire staff at Ferrari of Washington you are amazing!I purchased a wonderful Ferrari 488 Spider to have while my new Ferrari is being built. The entire experience, so easy from the finance to delivery day. The wonderful events and accommodations by the dealership are always something to look forward too. Just this past weekend, my friend traded his 488 for a F8 spider. Carlo with the rest of the staff took great care of him, as I knew they would. I will be investing in Ferrari of Washington for the foreseeable future.

I just purchased and finished driving home my Ferrari with the intention of making it the first of many. The buying experience was a dream come true because the Sales Manager, Carlo, was extremely patient with me. These cars are special, and they take a l long time to deliver, but surprisingly, mine did not take nearly as long as some of the other brands I was considering. Ultimately, having somebody like Carlo who was willing to educate me on the brand and help navigate the purchase process was, in my view, invaluable. I never felt pressured to do anything, and I took a lot of time making a go/no-go decision, with several trips to the dealership along the way. Honestly, I can't imagine any other Sales Manager staying that involved with a prospective, first-time client. But Carlo did, and he made me feel valued. I was also incredibly happy with the financing options from FFS and the way it was handled by Thomas. Since I purchased my 2022 Roma from out of state, I had to do most of my business over the phone. But the sales/finance team was very responsive. It was the easiest car deal I've ever done--period.

Carlo is the man! Super attentive and genuine person, loved the experience and Ofcourse the car. He made my Xmas, called me on Xmas eve late at night and agreed to the deal on Xmas day on his day off.

Want to give a special thank you to Carlo his service was impeccable! When I started my car shopping journey I was looking at all of the top brands but Carlo s passion for Ferrari and the care he provides for his clients was a game changer. He is a true testament to the Ferrari brand. I my first experience was a private drop off of the car I wanted to buy to my home in Washington DC. Carlo then proceeded to find me the exact car I was looking for that wasn t listed for sale and officially purchased it today! Couldn t be more excited and thankful!

Carlo is the rudest person you ll ever meet. He belittles people and tries so hard to act as important. Relax dude I ve been to the Ferrari store in Dubai, the Ferrari store in Monaco, where sales men (and women) are wearing Patek watches and actually look good and classy and where they speak to customers (and non customers) with respect and with a big smile. Carlo is acting like (but not looking like one) a doorman at a nightclub and is profiling customers based on appearance ( )and questions their ability to afford the cars. I ve experienced it first hand and cancelled my order because of his attitude and I ve seen him be so condescending to random people walking in the store. My order was last year but I stopped by their store with a friend 2 weeks ago. He SO RUDE!!!! Someone needs to tell this guy that this is America, go take a walk in Manhattan s upper east side, half the neighborhood wears flip flops and shorts to brunch and can buy the Ferrari brand. Playing Italian is not going to impress anyone unless you can cook good Italian food. McLaren down the street EARNED my business because they know how to treat customers.Adding after dealership response: catering to the few ? You are not selling entry passes to heaven. It s just a car dude lol. It ll end up in the trash eventually. I ve had Rolls Royces, I ve had Lambos, I ve had McLarens. I ve been a car enthusiast for over 20 years, you guys are terrible repr�sentants of the Ferrari brand and you do not honor that name.

I had the best experience buying a car from them. Everyone is very nice and helpful in this dealership. Jonathan, JP, and Jamie were EXTREMELY patient with us in order to get the car we wanted.I recommend this dealership 100% as the staff is so professional and kind.Make yourself a favor and buy a Ferrari from them! You won t regret it.

I purchased my first new Ferrari from Ferrari of Washington last year & it just arrived. Carlo was amazing during the entire process. He originally met me on a weekend and provided a test drive in a Portofino. As expected, never any pressure, just walked me through the process and then spent a lot of time with me helping me order & customize everything to my exact spec. The car i got is FABULOUS and I simply love it! Great Team at Ferrari of Washington and I am so glad i chose to purchase for them as opposed to a larger dealer in another State in which i have a home. They really took care of me and I am confidant they will for many years to come! Thank you Carlo.

Initially, I was hesitant on working with Ferrari of sterling due to my bad experiences with other exotic car dealerships in the past. Once I got introduced to Carlo, my whole impression of dealerships changed. Carlo did an amazing job and if you are looking to buy ferraris go to this guy specifically. Excellent experience and they made me feel right at home.

I ve purchased two Ferraris from this dealer over the past two years. A F8 Tributo and a 296 GTB. My sales professional in both cases was Carlo. I could not be more pleased with the consistently outstanding customer service that Carlo has provided me through both purchases. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive. He treats me like a VIP, even though I fully realize that I m not. I will definitely be purchasing more cars from Carlo in the future. I also want to compliment their finance manager, Jamie Lee, for her amazing customer service as well. She, like Carlo, is also very responsive, polite and knowledgeable, and treated me as if I was a top-tier customer. The Carlo/Jamie Lee team is the primary reason I ll be sticking with Washington Ferrari going forward.

I walked into Ferrari of Washington as a first-time Ferrari buyer. There is a lingering reputation put forth by Jay Leno that Ferrari dealers can be condescending and pompous; however, my first visit was welcoming and informative. Carlo and Jameilee were excellent reps to work with on a potential first Ferrari. Both work hard to ensure an exceptional experience to acquire the dream vehicle. When buying a dream Ferrari, the Ferrari of Washington will always be my chosen dealer for the dream Ferrari.

I recently purchased a brand new 2023 Portofino M from Ferrari of Washington (Sterling, Va). The receptionist, sales and service staff were very friendly and helpful, especially my sales representative, Carlo Sandrin, who was absolutely outstanding. Carlo was extremely responsive and patient with helping me through the options selection process and paperwork. In addition to his patience, Carlo has the unique skill of really knowing the combination of options that will bring out the best in the color you choose for the car. In addition, there were times when Carlo would recommend not to include a more expensive option because it did not visually appeal with the color choice or other option selections of the car, which is a virtue not found in many salesman. Carlo also made himself available 24/7 to any question or concerns that I had, and was very flexible to last minute changes that I wanted on some options. He was also very timely in responding to my multitude of inquiries. If you are buying a Ferrari and you want a true professional who knows how to optimize your selection and customer service experience, Carlo Sandrin is your man. I look forward to buying my next Ferrari from Carlo in the future.

Great dealership! The team here are punctual, helpful, and most importantly KIND. Carlo is a highly qualified and exceptional sales point of contact. He is always quick to reply, treated us with respect even when we said we weren t ready to buy, and always answered all of our questions. Madison s upbeat personality and radiant smile are a pleasure to see at the Fwash events. Will does a great job at ensuring we are invited to every event. Truly treated us like family. Madison Vera, with Ferrari of Washington, is the best. I recently had a credit card issue that involved an offshore invoice. My credit card company struggled to complete the transaction. Madison stayed on a three way call with the credit card company and me for a full hour, in her effort to assist me complete the time sensitive transaction.I manage multiple brands and often advise my staff that you can pay people to work, but you can't pay them to care. Madison cares and I am the beneficiary. Thank you so much!

My recent experience selling a car through Ferrari of Washington was very smooth, very efficient and truly a pleasure. My time spent was minimal. Carlo Sandren handled the process and sold the car within two weeks. Less than a week later I had my check.I bought my first car from Ferrari of Washington fourteen years ago and their sales and service departments have been responsive and dependable through the years. I am happy to recommend them to anyone considering making a purchase.

I have worked with Carlos in sales for both selling and buying a Ferrari. As you know, buying or selling an exotic is no easy business. Carlos made the transactions very smooth and seamless. I just purchased my second Ferrari with Carlo at Ferrari of Washington. Can I say I love the Ferrari? Of course I can!!! The experience was also tremendous. Carlo is a true Italian and really cares about quality and detail. He told me there is no such thing as a cheap Ferrari and I will never forget those words. That phrase helped me cement my strong passion for Ferrari because of the absolute beauty of the product. In fact, I am a sales person myself and now I use that position when presenting my product to clients. You can always find a cheaper solution but do you want the best? That s what I care about. Even if you are not buying a Ferrari I strongly recommend stopping by and taking a look at their amazing inventory and talking to Carlo.

We drove 4 hours with an agreed price from salesman. Upon arrival he increased price by 25k. We questioned the poor quality paint work. He stated that Ferrari was not doing good work due to Covid. The car was a 2018 and was painted before Covid. Be careful and have car inspected. The manager conducted a follow up and once I gave him the details he stopped responding to me by text or phone. Very disappointed. That s not what I would expect from a Ferrari dealership.
