Had my Tesla in for a repairing a decent sized door ding. No issues with the quality of the work. Car was delivered pretty much as I received it brand new. However my only suggestion for Dulles Coachworks team is to be a little more proactive in giving customers regular updates. Totally understand the process can take longer due to things not in your control (weather, insurance etc) however, it would be great if you can be the ones contacting the customers every few days letting them know what s happening vs the customer reaching out multiple times. Having your car in the shop is stressful, not knowing what s happening or when you can expect things to happen adds a little more. Other than this, I would not hesitate to recommend Dulles Coachworks.

After I dropped the car for the repair, it was quiet for first 2 weeks, no updates from them. When I called, I was told they are waiting for supplements approval from the insurance.Once it was approved, I got weekly update and the repair progress, parts ordered and if there are any delays due to parts availability. It took almost 2 months to get the car back, but happy with the service.

I recently had my G63 repaired after a rear-end collision, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. The repair team demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail, restoring my car to its original state. The communication throughout the process was clear, the repairs took longer than I had expected but that s what you get with these kind of cars. I highly recommend their services for high-end car repairs.

Very happy with the work that their team did on my 22 Tesla. They were very professional, thoughtful and helpful. I had a long dispute with the insurance company and their staff kept me up to date. The craftsmanship on their work was stellar. I had a few minor hiccups but they made sure I was happy with the work in the end. These folks work on some very high end cars and their work is great. I d definitely recommend them. I d hope to never have to use them again because I plan to be accident free, but if the needs arises again I d be happy to bring my car back to them in a heartbeat.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

From start to finish, Kady was very helpful throughout the whole process and answered all of the questions I had, including constant updates with the car. The repair process did take longer than I expected but in the end, the shop did an amazing job with the repair and made sure even the smallest details were covered.Even when I had to get a towing truck to get my car to the shop, Kady was able to get in contact with their towing company within in minutes and got my car out of the rain. Her being a car enthusiast also brought an extra comfort knowing that she loves and appreciates the cars, keeping an eye out on it.She was also on top of making sure my insurance company was getting things done as soon as possible. Emailing them and calling as much as she can since she is aware that they can take forever to process anything.Also had an amazing experience with Tamara. She was able to breakdown every little thing that was getting reported to the insurance and other things that were needed/covered. Providing me with what other options I had when it came to the repair and having alternative solutions, it was top notch.Overall, they were both very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Having the car at the shop is one of the last things I want but because of Kady and Tamara, it was a smooth and pleasant process.

On November 20, I was given a preliminary estimate for minor damage to my MB that I recently purchased new. And while the gentleman was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions, he mentioned that he had to determine if the color of paint required special treatment and that he would call me. I should note that although his estimate was 80 percent higher than two previous estimates, I was more concerned about the workmanship.On Tuesday, he didn t call. On Wednesday, I called and the receptionist indicated that he was on another call but she would pass along my message. He didn't call and as of today, November 30, I have yet to hear from the gentleman or company.Thus, I m extremely disappointed that my recent experience was less than satisfactory. Do I plan to call to see if he received an answer about the paint? No! Would I ever allow Dulles Coachworks to repair my cars? Absolutely not. Customer service is pivotal and the lack of clear communication, empathy, and commitment to meeting my needs and expectations were painfully absent. Disappointing indeed!

Nothing but positive things to say about Dulles Coachworks. My Tesla looked better than when I bought it!They repaired the vehicle earlier than the estimated date! Shaun (the owner) and his staff were always in constant communication with me via emails and answered all my calls accordingly. Kady Willson was also fantastic; she displayed great customer service skills during the whole time myVehicle was in the shop.I would recommend Dulles Coachworks for your repairs whether you have a Tesla or not!

Absolutely great experience. Contacted them about my scratched Tesla. Tamara answered and she was FANTASTIC. I emailed photos of the scratch and she let me know it was small amount that they would buff it out and touch up the paint. Took it in and was done within a few minutes. Really great experience and would come back for minor and major repairs. They are experienced with Teslas and are recommended by other luxury brands in the area as well.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Pick with confidence. Dulles Coachworks was not my first experience with an auto repair shop, but certainly where my search ended. Shaun, Tamara, Kady and the rest of the team did a phenomenal repair on my Vantage. Someone backed into me in a parking lot. That sucks! Coachworks fixed my car.My experience with Coachworks wasn t smooth. I won t sugar coat it. Tesla is dragging their feet something fierce and parts delays are very real. Coachworks had my car for a long time.My primary contact is Kady. Kady is nice and respectful - and has called to keep me apprised of the situation. I was also unlucky enough to have my car hailed on while it was at the body shop - you can t make this stuff up. And she worked to get that fixed too.You learn a lot about a company when mistakes happen. Mistakes will happen no matter how well run a business is. The owner stood tall and did everything he could to make the situation right. He called and gave an honest assessment and sincere apology for the delay. It doesn t hurt that the work is pretty incredible. In the end, I would use them again. Thanks Coachworks.Service: Auto body & trim repair

The team here is awesome. They've repaired a few of my Teslas. Very transparent and direct. Communicated updates on turn around time for the repairs (which BTW always fluctuate for body repairs, especially when replacement parts are needed, so expect that) and have returned my vehicles looking back to brand new! Appreciate you making the process easy!

I took my BMW Dulles Coachworks in March of 2022 after an accident. I received terrific service with weekly updates and got my car back in fantastic condition. You can tell that Dulles Coachworks cares about the quality of repairs done. The drop-off process was seamless, as they have you schedule everything ahead of time, making it a no-brainer. They handled everything insurance-wise, other than occasionally having me reach out if they were waiting on the approval of anything. When it was time to get my car, I arrived to my car washed and everything prepped for my arrival! Couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you, Dulles Coachworks!

I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff was super friendly and provided great service throughout the whole process. Being that it was my first time bringing my car into any car shop, I m glad that it was Dulles Coachworks. I will definitely come back in the future! The staff was fully transparent and didn t feel transactional at all.

Just had my Tesla Model Y there for the last two weeks getting some body work done on it after hitting a deer. Glen and Tamara were fantastic to deal with and the quality of the work was A++++. They worked with my insurance directly for estimates and kept me up to date on the progress. I got my car back and it looked brand new! Very impressed at how professional and communicative they both were.

I had to have some work done to my Lamborghini Huracan, and Dulles Coachworks was the first place I went. Shaun was great to work with! He was always available to answer my questions, and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Even though it isn't local to where I live (3+ hour drive), I will make that drive everytime. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Totally stupid staff with no communication. I brought in my Tesla for collision repair for my tesla model X. It took for ever to get the car fixed. Finally after 3 months I got my car. During this whole process nobody ever calls you back for giving you a progress update. I had to call them every week to get the updates.What pisses me off is the most is that the customer service is full of total idiots. When I finally go to get my car. I was going to call hertz to return the rental. But some idiot tells me "they will call them. No Worries." Guess what After 10 days I get a call from hertz saying they are going to charge me for 10 days as my insurance will not be paying for the rental any more. I told them that I left the car in dulles coachworks with the keys 10 days ago. Now hertz is charging me for the 10 days because some idiot customer service agent didnt call them ( inspite of telling me she will make a call. as soon as possible).Will not recommend this place to any one.Service: Auto body & trim repair

If you want terrific service and quality work on your car, bring it to Dulles Coachworks. They prove why they are certified by so many luxury car manufacturers during every part of the process. Their friendly and capable staff kept me informed throughout. They even got my Smart Tag to me when I forgot it while dropping the car off. The owners were transparent, helpful and just plain nice. I highly recommend this shop and it's wonderful owners.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Worst customer service professional ever. Car has been in the shop for more than 1 month. No coordination between various customer service personal. Each time I called them I got a different answer. Now they are waiting on new parts based on revised quote. Very rude personal. Will never use this company again.Update: its not written in error. Now I get news that its going to take 2 more weeks for all parts to come. Then I hope the work starts sometime this year. What bothers me is the nonchalant attitude of the staff members.Think twice before taking your exotic vehicle to such an un professional company. If the vehicle is your primary mode of transportation than hope that you get your car within the year.Service: Body & Trim

I called to let them know I was having problem with the restoration work they did. They were to finish the restoration that was started by me. I had medical issues that prevented me to complete the restoration. They said they can do it. After more than $60,000. later, the car is not driveable. With a complete new brake system, the car is not stopping properly. With a 400 hp corvette engine it's way under powered. The transmission does not shift properly. The first time I tried to pick up the car the carpet was cut wrong when they installed it. I told them I wanted it replaced. They did with the wrong color webbing.When I called them and told them I wanted these problems addressed, they told me they are no longer in business under Leehigh Auto and they no longer do custom auto restorations. They said, if I bring the car to them they would look at it. But they can not cover the repairs because they are no longer operating under Leehigh. I have a long list of grievances. They have operated as Extreme, Leehigh and now using Dulles Coachworks.All under the same website, address and phone number, and they clam they are not responsible for the shotty workmanship. That I paid Leehigh, not Dulles Coachworks and claim their not financially responsible.
