The receptionists are very friendly and professional. I didn t have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in. Todd is the best. He was able to see my car immediately with a very positive outcome. Thank you for providing 5 star service!!!

My experience with D&V Auto and the exceptional service provided by Todd has truly left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked into their shop, I felt like I was in good hands.Not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed for my car, but he also went out of his way to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. It's rare to find someone so patient and knowledgeable in the auto repair industry.Lastly, most of my communication was via email after the initial visit which was very responsive and my preferred way of communicating. :)Thanks Todd!

Very talented collision technicians you can trust to get your car looking new again. They did a great job on my Porsche, and the very friendly and knowledgeable service tech kept me up to date on their progress. Highly recommended.

If I could give a zero I would. Take your car here if you want to get scammed! I went a week ago for an estimate for a dent with a small paint chip on a fender and told them I didn t want to file an insurance claim and pay out of pocket. They quoted me $3,900 and 30 days in the shop! I contacted my insurance company and they provided my insurance company a quote for $1,700 for the same repairs!!!

I have relied on D&V Autobody Masters for years to take excellent care of my vehicles. My contact there is Ron Maharaj and he has shown a level of dedication to me and my family over the years that is second to none. The quality of their work is incredible.D&V Autobody Masters has worked on my Porsche, my Mercedes Benz as well as countless other cars of mine and my family s over the years. D&V was such a great experience and fixed my beautiful Tesla. I was out of the country for 99 percent of the time and was nervous as this was my cars first time getting repaired. Mario kept me in the loop several times a week and was stellar! The experience was great because of Mario really keeping me calm in terms of where we were in the process and making sure I got my car on time when I got back in the country. Workmanship is high-quality, our vehicle looks perfect again thanks to D&V Masters. Car was even returned with a cleaner interior than when I dropped it off. Jason was great to work with, responsive to my inquiries and willing to deal with some insurance pains. Yes, the wait to get an appointment was very long but was well-worth it. Would certainly bring my vehicle back to D&V if I ever had to.

Professionally managed auto service shop with good quality service. The front desk is responsive to phone calls and responds to email inquiries within 24 hours. You are equipped with a case manager for your repair and it proved to be a better customer experience than the mom and pop shops due to the manager s knowledge of your vehicle. I received four status update calls or emails during my two and a half weeks repair session and have to say it was a satisfactory experience. Would recommend to anyone who likes a hands-free experience.

This is a fantastic body shop! I could not be more pleased with the overall quality of work, cleanliness of the shop (which is amazing), customer service and professionalism. Everyone should consider D&V above all others... I'm a customer for life now after the amazing job they did with my '04 R32.Upon my initial visit to D&V Masters, I was taken aback by the client cars that were on premises ranging from Bentley, BMW M, AMG, Lambo, Ferrari, McLaren, Rover, Rolls Royce, etc. Was blown away by the obvious faith all these high end owners placed in this shop, an amazing experience.... didn't take long for me to realize why all these vehicles were there. I won't look anywhere else for ANY work I need done to any of my current or future vehicles. Anytime someone asks me about body work, the recommendation is clearly D&V Masters!If you have the pleasure of dealing with D&V, take special note of Arthur (service manager) who goes WAY above and beyond to ensure customer happiness. My car came back exceeding my expectations... obviously an accident is a disruptive and unsettling thing, that was washed away when I saw the finished product, better than pre-accident and that's a hard thing to say if you're an automotive junkie.

I highly recommend D&V Autobody Masters. I bought my Porsche 2016 Cayman GTS there for repair evaluation after a major accident. From day one I was impressed with everything about their operation from the friendliness of the front desk staff to the technicians and the management team. The shop is a master class in how to run a high end body shop operation. It was extremely clean, well run, organized, and they are obviously incredibly talented experts in their craft. They made everything easy and efficient for me. I was anxious about the outcome of my car and the uncertainty surrounding the degree of repairs that would be required. They addressed my requests in a timely manner and were extremely cooperative with the appraiser and the insurance company. I worked with Kevin, Ahmad, and Todd over a six week period and was always treated with the highest respect. I was impressed with their attention to detail and comprehensive approach. Unfortunately my car was deemed a total loss, but the documentation they produced was thorough and highly detailed and quickly led to the final insurance determination without question or delay.Overall, I could not have been more pleased with how I was treated and the service I received from D&V. Even though I didn t have my car repaired since it was a total loss, I wouldn t hesitate to have use them in the future. The guys in the shop and the detailers all did an amazing job. It looks like I have a brand new car. I could not ask for better in that regard.My single biggest problem was the lack of regular communication from the estimator. I, as a customer, had an expectation to receive a reasonable amount of communication regarding the status of my vehicle's repairs, but this level of service was not met.When I dropped my car off I was asked to sign a piece of paper asking me how I would prefer to be contacted, and it stated that D&V would reach out to me at least twice per week to let me know how things were going, and that they would reach out 'more' than twice per week in cases of questions or problems.This, categorically, did not happen. Many times I was left in the dark regarding the state of my car and the estimated time remaining until it would be returned to me.The first sign of trouble was when I was asked to return the day after I dropped my car off so they could correct their documentation as they had failed to document all necessary repairs during the original estimate months before.At several junctures, after more than a week had passed, I would call D&V and ask for an update, but no one was ever available, so I would have to wait another few hours, sometimes another day, to receive an email with a brief message.The messages I would receive would often have no new information when compared to the last message, or would have confusing information.For example, it was necessary to order parts two separate times for my vehicle. Eventually, I was told that the second set of parts had finally arrived and repairs would resume soon.About a week later I received another message restating that the second set of parts had come in and repairs would begin soon.Why did it take a week for repairs to resume after the parts had come in? I don't know, and because there was no transparency in the communication. It felt unprofessional, and like I was not a priority for D&V.At another interval I was told that additional damage had been found on the car after disassembly and that the revised estimate would need to be approved by my insurance provider, which I understood.However, the estimator chose to communicate the newly-found damage simply by sending me a PDF with a bunch of technical jargon and abbreviations on it.That's not good customer service.They should have taken a few extra moments to say "Hey, Mr. Customer, we found additional damage when we took apart the door, so we need sign-off from the insurance provider to order the additional parts". That's not what happened.Instead, I had to Google search what the abbreviations on the document meant and, bonus, because I did not have a PDF copy of the original estimate document, I had nothing to compare the revised estimate with, so it was difficult to determine what was 'newly discovered' damage versus what was 'known' damage. In short, the document had very low value to me and communicated very little useful or clear information.Another failure in customer service was that I did not clearly understand that my point of contact's title was that of "estimator" until I had paid my deductible, picked up my repaired vehicle, and received a printed message with that person's title in their signature line.The estimator's job title does not appear in their signature line in the emails they sent me, so I always thought I was speaking directly to a representative of D&V, someone who was a direct source of information.However, half way through the process I discovered this is not the case, and that D&V's communication between their internal teams is sometimes delayed or lacking. The estimator often asked me to hold on while he checked with another team in order to get the current status of the car for me.You can see how every aspect of the communication process was very reactive.For a vehicle repair service, which is likely one of the largest bills many folks will receive during the year, you would expect a better quality of service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was at D&V for months while there was supply chain issues causing parts to be backordered so my rating is based solely upon the quality of their work and not my overall experience since I cannot rate that fairly. My cars paint all matched perfectly between the existing and new areas and there were no inconsistent panel gaps. In my opinion their body work is the best in all of Northern Virginia.

I just want to warn others to ask them when they can get your vehicle in for repair. I was told by Tim after waiting an hour that the shop can't get my vehicle repaired until March. I've used them in the past and they indeed do good work but I really feel like they dropped the ball on this one.Why make a customer wait until the end to inform them that the car won't be fixable until 3 months out?Also, be warned that google maps may route you down someones private road with cameras posted. It felt a bit sketchy as I was pulling onto it so I'm glad I stopped just to double check.

Under-promise, over-deliver. This is the best body shop I have ever worked with. It's also one of the only ones in our area certified to work on Tesla cars. You might have to wait for an appointment, but it's worth it.

Absolutely phenomenal experience working with D&V Masters. I had some damage on my Tesla Model S that needed to be repaired. Tesla's are tricky to repair but the work came out flawless. No panel gaps, perfectly matched paint, no water leaks, no misaligned trim pieces. I couldn't have been more impressed. There were a few minor concerns after delivery but they were quickly and professionally addressed.I can't say enough good things about these guys and have already recommended them to others. Jose was great with communication and gave me updates every few days. Even when he was out of the office, he made sure to have someone followup with me. Abby at the front desk was extremely polite and professional and made sure the process all went smoothly.Thanks again guys!Service: Body & Trim

I took my brand new Tesla Model 3 Performance here to get the bumper fixed after a minor and rather unfortunate incident with my garage door. Jose Ramirez greeted me and came out to perform the estimate. He took one look and told me he would drive my car around to have the tech look at it really quick. He came back with my car all fixed, buffed, and like new in about 10 mins. No charge!!! I was floored. I asked him if he was sure and his exact reply was we re here to help . The kindness shown here warmed my heart and soul. This place is legit. The location is clean and the staff are very professional. They are quite obviously the masters and are excelling in customer service in 2021. So refreshing Thank you Jose and tech working behind the scenes. You guys are rock stars.Service: Body & Trim

I had my BMW repaired at D&V Auto Body Masters after getting in an accident a few months ago. I had heard nothing but good things about them from some friends of mine and I figured it would be worth making the trip out there versus going with one of the local shops my insurance recommended. I'm thankful that I made that choice. When I got the car back it looked better than it did when I first drove it off BMW's lot. You wouldn't have ever known it was in an accident.You could tell from the moment you stepped foot in D&V that they cared about their customers. I was taken around for a tour when I first visited and throughout the repair process Jose was great at keeping in contact with me the entire time. They also found a tire issue (not related to the accident) during their repair process that they were able to address and fix that could have been a safety issue in the future. I highly recommend D&V Auto Body Masters for their body work and attention to detail!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Twice, I've taken my vehicles to D&V, and each time was ecstatic with the results. Their entire operation is impressive. The facility is impeccable. It looks more like a showroom than a repair facility. Customer service is second to none. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process. Auto mishaps are unfortunate, but I feel better knowing my vehicles are with a company I can trust. Happy to support this local, family-owned business.

Took my 2018 Tesla Model 3 there for repairs after being rear-ended. While the damage wasn't 'extensive', it took two months for the repairs to be complete (no fault of D&V, parts were on backorder). Throughout the 2 months, the team contacted me regularly to give me a status update, even when the status was that there was still no ETA on a certain part. They even coordinated with the shop who wrapped my car to get it re-wrapped during the repair process so I didn't have to deal with making a separate claim to the other driver's insurance. Everyone here was very pleasant to interact with, and I'm confident that if I have any future body shop needs, I will make the drive out to Sterling to use them again.

The team at D&V Auto Body is awesome. I took my Lexus RX 450 for repair and initially worked with Kevin to help get an estimate. He worked with me to ensure I get an exceptional service, including honest inputs and best pricing for the repair. Their new body shop for high-end vehicles is very nice and ensures highest quality of workmanship.I was then connected to work with Joe who was great in communicating with me, every step of the way during the process of repair on my vehicle. I would recommend them to all my friends and use them again if I needed to.

To me, the way to know when you've found a good company is how they respond if there's an issue. I had a miscommunication with someone but Ahmad (GM I believe) stepped in to help. He made sure we had zero miscommunications and got the job done beautifully. Showed my car to a buddy today that's very detail oriented. His exact response was "Oh my God, D&V has definitely impressed me we this! It's beautiful!"

I had most horrible experience with D&V Auto Body Masters. I brought my 2 month old car in with minor scratches, and they gave me an estimate of 1 week. I ended up having to leave my car in their bodyshop for 2 months!!! They were also keep increasing the price, claiming they found more issues they didn t know before. They won t call back and give me details of reasons for the hold-up and no status updates. Don t risk, and take your car somewhere else.

I am a car collector, I was lucky enough to find an all original bronco. I was scared to trust somebody to do work to it and from a recommendation I was referred to D & V. Ahmad and Julia were/are absolutely amazing, hands-down the finest body shop in northern Virginia. I am one of those that read and depend heavily on reviews, but am guilty of not making the time to write them often enough myself. This one is overdue, due to a seriously ill family member..but it's been weighing so heavily on my mind...that I'm not letting myself end this weekend without giving a shout out to this amazing shop the man that runs it, Kevin Maharaj. Kevin and his team are top of the line TRUE professionals that clearly car about their work and more importantly, about their customers. I had fairly easy/simple body damage case that was scheduled way in advance, to be partially done at D&V for the body work, then sent to another shop for paint protection treatment and brought back to me. Happened during the freezing spring. Somethings were not done satisfactorily and not noticed at pick up, partially my fault for not noticing as it was picked up at night in the dark in bad weather. I wasn't thrilled as I had high expectations, contacted Kevin, he immediately contacted me himself and got my car back in, put together a coordinated plan of action with the other shop to redo it and get it back to me ASAP and made it as painless as possible for me. I was instantly impressed not only in the promptness in the response, but it was HOW it was handled. The owner himself contacting me directly, acknowledging what went wrong with complete honesty, giving me a timeline with details upfront, daily status calls and emails, arranging a rental car for me knowing I needed to have room for a wheelchair and most of all...his kindness and the respect that he showed to me throughout. He took the time to listen and care. So refreshing! That was just the start. Unfortunately, the other shop, that I had hand selected and the one that had actually referred me to D&V that had to redo the paint protection film and ceramic coating appeared to take an issue with having to redo the work and returned the car in unsatisfactory condition that was not acceptable. I had never been put in a position were I could not effectively communicate with service provider, but for the first time, my integrity was being questioned, I felt bullied and was getting nothing but resistance. Kevin recognized what was happening without me having to say anything and instantly took the helm and made the rest of the process painless for me. He took over all communications and even the car had to go back in for a third time to that vendor because Kevin's standards are too high to accept anything subpar, that third time was most definitely the charm. He personally went over my car with a fine tooth comb before bringing it home from the other vendor. It looked more beautiful than the day I bought it! I will never EVER go anywhere else! The shop is super modern, EXCEPTIONALLY clean and so well managed. The staff is so friendly to everyone. I love the beautiful waiting room filled snacks, coffee, tea and cold drinks all of the time and clean restrooms. But most of all, I so appreciated that respect and dignity that I was treated with throughout that whole process and the complete honesty. You've gained my trust and business for life, Kevin! D & V Autobody has been around for a long time. I was a customer originally when they operated out of their home garage. They had a grateful and professional way of dealing with customers then and continue to operate the same way. I'm sure this has allowed them to grow so much. Often times when a business grows so much they forget to treat the customer with such care. It is certainly a nice extra to walk into a very clean and decorated atmosphere in case you will be waiting for your car.Kirt was very professional and extremely pleasant. Most important is how he assured me he would take care of the details we discussed and when I picked up my car it was as he promised.I actually had to negotiate with my insurance company to get my car to this shop rather than their original suggestion. I would not take my car to any other auto body shop. Bravo to D & V

This is probably these best place to get your vehicle worked on. My wife got hit in my Nissan Frontier and the whole right side from front to rear was scraped and dented. Within like two weeks they replaced what needed to be and buffed what could and ensured everything was 110% as original as possible. The guys and gals are smart and reasonable their shop is by far the cleanest looking car shop I ve ever seen. This isn t some grease monkey car shop, their techs are on point and all certified and the Manager is a pretty cool dude. Gave me a tour and showed what projects they are working on and the best part they work with USAA. By far the most easiest repair job ever. I even went to them to get new tires installed. I highly recommend this Car Shop and as along as I live in the NOVA this is where I m taking my truck.
