I am very satisfied with the repair to my minivan done by D&V Auto Body!This is the third time I've brought one of my cars to be repaired at D&V Auto Body and I will continue to return for any future needs! The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The attention to detail was amazing! My wife and I especially appreciated the complete inside and out detail done on our minivan! It looks brand new again! Most of all the minivan was completed well before the original promise date! Karla at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly! Angelyanne was just awesome throughout the entire process! She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and showed outstanding customer service! She went to bat for me with the insurance company and got my minivan the repairs it needed. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process and was always responsive to my calls and emails. Everyone asks where I got my minivan fixed because it looks so good and I proudly tell them it was another fantastic job done by D&V Auto Body!!!

D&V Auto body did a beautiful job repairing my Mercedes that had been rear ended. The driver's insurance company who hit my car tried to offer to lowball the estimate and wanted to for a quick, cheap job. Mr. Perez,my estimator, fought to make sure a top notch job was done that cost over 3 times what the insurance company wanted to pay. Perez also kept me informed and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Karla and Josie in the front office were also really nice and very professional. D&V has a first rate facility and waiting area and even provide snacks and drinks. I went around and looked at other shops before choosing D&V and I am so glad I did. D&V was an overall great experience.

Angelyanne is a rock star! I cannot thank D&V enough for giving her my claim. First, she knows a lot about KIA vehicles, which I did not expect. Second, she kept me updated throughout the process using my preferred communication channel. I appreciated the frequent updates and pictures. Third, she is thorough and doesn't settle... strives for perfection. I appreciate her extra effort to make sure the color matched. FINALLY, she is just amazing. Madeline at D&V was exceptional! She communicated well and was able to take care of all of my requests. First time here. I will be getting my vehicle serviced soon. But if you are looking for an amazing team of people this is the place friendly staff prompt service and very comfortable clean lounge while I waited . If my car will take time to get fixed I hope it's all well as their staff. Great employees

Eduardo (Eddie) Montero was an absolute pleasure to work with during the repair process. There were multiple additions to repairing my vehicle and Eddie made them happen. The crew at D&V Autobody are top notch and some of the best in the industry! Eddie provided clear updates and when an issue would arise Eddie communicated promptly to resolve the problem. I am happy with the final result, it took a while, there were ups and downs but in the end i am pretty satisfied with all the extra effort Mr. Ron did to make me satisfied. Mr. Ron made a big difference on my overall experience. I would recommend D&V just for the fact that they understand their customers needs and will try their best to accommodate to their situation. They did a PHENOMENAL job repairing and repainting my truck. Clean, professional, reasonably priced, and willing to help with anything. When I picked up my truck Eddie and a few of the techs helped when I discovered a blinker wasn't working correctly. We spent 30 minutes trying different things until it started working again. They went above and beyond in my opinion from start to finish. I will definitely return here for body work/paint/repair needs.

I made an appointment 4 days in advance to have faulty door moldings replaced along with (2) new running boards to be installed to my 2016 Toyota Highlander. The moment I arrived I was greeted by Kevin who is the owner of D & V Auto Body who is such a nice personable likable guy! All the employees were equally as hospitable, they just couldn't do enough for me while I waited for my truck to be completed. The whole job took about (4) hours to complete. While I was waiting next to the front desk watching TV I was so happy to hear and see how all the customers ranted and raved when they saw their vehicles restored back to new condition. When my truck was completed I was not shocked to how well everything came out, I expected nothing less. Now I see why D & V Auto Body is one of the best rated body shops in Northern Virginia (if not the best!) with (5) star reviews on Google and Yelp.Thank you so much Kevin and everyone at D & V Auto Body!!Ken

This is the top place to bring your vehicle in the DMV. They are well known in the car community among enthusiasts as the place to go. I ve had multiple cars go through there and nothing but the best quality work and best customer service most of the time the car comes back better than it did new from the factory! It s a family owned business and the owners have nothing but integrity and respect for their customers. Everyone is very knowledgeable and great to talk to. Whether you drive a Civic or a Bentley, D&V is the place you want to go.

I had my whole car resprayed. Ron was excellent through out the process. He helped with insurance process and was more than happy to get additional items addressed that I was paying out of pocket for. Nothing was too much trouble. I had them do additional items that are unique and usually not required as part of the job and Ron made sure everything was perfect. After pickup, I noticed some bubbles in my bumper and some over spray on one interior panel. No questions were asked and they made it right by starting over (instead of buffing it out). Very professional shop. I would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

D&V Auto Body really is a great auto body shop. I had body/paint work done and it came out even better than I expected. Ron is very experienced and honest which is hard to find in a body shop. Ron went ahead an extra mile in work with insurance very closely in details which feels me so great. I am very satisfied with how good they are and I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need anything else. Super nice people who do great work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The girlfriend and I took her car here for some insurance work. Their first & second (potentially third) attempt on fixing the issue didn't turn out as well as we had liked. Paint match / drips / paint degradation. The customer service rep we were dealing with was very defensive and not helpful. I will say they take their reputation very seriously, after getting publicly vocal about our unhappiness we were immediately contacted by Ron.I wish we had dealt with Ron from the get go, the level of customer service & quality of the work was like a light switch. He went over the car with us personally & didn't defend issues we pointed out. Gave us a rental car again, promised to work around our schedule, and offered a free detail for the inconvenience (we prefer the work to be done right over a handout, but I'll admit it was a very nice touch & made the GF happy).Ron kept us updated on the progress, which made it nice with our schedule/distance to the shop. Bottom line: we got the car back & the work was done perfectly, even with a pearl white. So much so that I wondered how our initial experience was possible. The car wasn't just washed detailed, definitely some wax application & interior conditioning. Ron reached back out to us and explained where they went wrong & what was changed to correct it from happening in the future.The work speaks for itself. I'm a car enthusiast and even though this was just a daily driver repair I can see they are capable of doing the quality of work I would seek out. Mistakes can happen & I think that their commitment to correcting and preventing those mistakes stands out here.

These guys have just fixed my sons car after he was rear ended . after a small miss communication from D&V once that was straightened out , everything was great the level attention to detail and quality of workmanship is second to none. I hope you never need them but if you do you will be very happy.

From start to finish, the entire process was super easy and efficient. Not only did I feel like I was being taken care of in an excellent manner, they went above and beyond in their communication about my repair process. They even detailed and washed my car before pickup! Highly recommended

Incident happened to Chrysler Pacific Hybrid Pinnacle in 1st 6 months vehicle purchase. Even the my insurance allows to put off-the-market/refurbished parts, D&V was able to produce the documentation & was able hold the warranties by getting approvals for all new parts. And the quality of the work in incredible. I feel like I am looking and driving the vehicle before the incident. I am happy that I choose D & V. I have a 5 year old Ruby Red Metallic Mustang that got smacked on the front bumper in a parking lot. This is not an easy color to match, but D & V Autobody matched it perfectly!!!! Eddie was our Estimator and he communicated with me and my husband during the entire process, and provided pictures as they progressed. He knew I was nervous, and never made us feel like we were bothering him when we called. The repair and paint peeps are truely talented too. Other autobody shops only wanted to paint the bumper cover, but D & V blended the paint out on the hood and the fenders too. I am incredibly particular about this car, and I am also an artist (so I would notice if the color wasn't right). I am thrilled with the job D & V Autobody did. They got it right, and they detailed the car inside and out before giving it back to me. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!

I worked with Angelyanne throughout the whole process, and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and kept me up to date. In the future if I need autobody work done on my vehicle, I will absolutely use D&V Autobody. My E89 Z4 was involved in a hit and run incident and when I asked around, everyone told me to take it to D&V and I am so glad that I did. The owner, Ron was amazing. The level of customer service that he provided was second to none. I truly felt that he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. The work they did was exceptional as well. I cannot even tell that my car was in an accident! I highly recommend everyone to bring the vehicles here for repairs and whatever other services that they may provide!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Angelyanne was kind, professional, and was able to get my car fixed in a circumstance where I needed it done asap. She did a great job communicating with me throughout the process, and when I saw the repaired car, it felt better than when I bought it. Hands down, this is the most honest, customer service champions, workmanship masters and downright helpful and friendly place to have your car repaired.If a positive experience, with excellent service is your sim...look no further...on a more personal note. My elderly mother brought her car here after being lied to about repairs at a different business...they took care of her and her car, in an honest and compassionate fashion, that so impressed me that I would never take my car anywhere else! The communicate with them has been great the whole time they have had my truck. Edwin is very responsive and regularly updates me with the status of repairs. They where also very thorough when inspecting my truck for the estimate and working with the insurance company to ensure I got new OEM parts. I would highly recommend them. I contacted D&V about about having a carbon fiber trunk and splitter installed but they were not willing to do the job. I waited two weeks just to get an appointment for the estimate and I took time off work to be there. I even had my dad come out with his truck so we could bring the parts over.When I showed up at the facility the estimator was polite enough I suppose, but didn't take the time to lift the trunk up or take a closer look at any of the parts - it was clear to me then they never seriously considered taking the work to begin with. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately received an email later in the evening confirming my suspicions.During the 3 minute sham "estimate" I asked the employee about getting a small dent fixed and they literally referred me to a different nearby company offering dent repair service. This makes absolutely no sense since D&V's website directly states "We make dings and dents disappear. The paintless dent repair (or PDR) process removes minor dings, dents, and creases from your car, all while maintaining the integrity of your original paint finish." Why are they touting a service they don't offer on their website? I have suspicions the shop is severely back-logged which explains the ridiculous 2+ week waits for estimates, rushed/poor service, the long wait in the lobby at the time of my appointment, and general disorganization.I made it clear over the phone what type of work I was looking to have done, which parts I had, and what type of car I drive, so why didn't they tell me then, or have me send them a few pictures before I showed up in person? (or refer me to a more capable business over the phone)This is the first negative review I have taken the time to write for any business, (ever) despite having been to probably a dozen automotive shops over the years. Luckily another local shop was able to take care of the trunk and splitter installation in less than a day without issue.Service: Body & Trim
