On the road and felt we needed the car checked out. Matt Curry Craftman was professional and went over our car thoroughly. We got a fair assessment of the car's situation and a good price without a sales pitch.

Curry's Auto has been our go to place for everything Auto related. Andrew and the rest of the staff have been incredible and are always honest. Highly recommend!

Great experience here, Google maps shows currys and Mr tire as separate spots (they're not) so I'm reviewing twice. I really appreciate honest car service shops and they certainly made my list. Will certainly return in the future.

I chose Curry's Auto Service to mount 4 new tires for a couple reasons. Curry's in Sterling is conveniently located right next to great shops, which is great for waiting on the service, and the price for the tire mounting was half the cost of other local shops. Upon walking in, there was no long wait, and I was instantly greeted by the store manager. He was very friendly, struck up welcome conversation, and my car was in the mechanic bay in no time. The fact that there was no pressure to purchase additional services was very welcome, too! I highly recommend Curry's Auto Service for tire mounting, but in all likelihood, I will begin to use them for other services as well!

On the recommendation of a friend, we came in 10 minutes before close on a Friday night with MAJOR car trouble. I needed a major repair on a 5 year old vehicle that was a few thousand miles out of warranty. I asked if I could leave the car there while I took a few days to explore my options. The service manager says "of course, take all the time you need, we're here to help. We don't charge to keep the vehicle overnight and let me know if you need anything". He then suggested that we call the dealership and ask for a customer loyalty out of warranty repair, so as I explored my other options I tried this as well. Several days later the dealership offers to pay for the majority of the repair, I call Curry's and let them know what is going on and ask if someone could pass the keys off to the tow truck driver without me being there so I wouldn't have to leave work - I offered to pay the diagnostic fee over the phone. I was told not to worry about the diagnostic fee and that they would be happy to help the tow truck driver, "we would rather you come back and see us in the future than nickel and dime you in your time of need".These folks were fantastic and patient throughout the entire process. Additionally, they were HONEST, which is what a former mechanic (I never mentioned this to them) looks for first in an auto shop! This is the place I will send my wife and daughter and not worry that they are being sold unnecessary service and repairs. You will definitely see me here in the future.

If you ask the manager Richard about Dr. Rios and his truck he may smile wryly and say it was a challenge. Over the last few months, my truck has received multiple services at Curry's in Sterling.Things did not happen according to plan, not due to anything that was done or not done, my truck is simply old and needed a lot of attention and TLC. It needed multiple repairs on multiple systems. The necessary repairs were technically difficult procedures. We decided to tackle a few of the problems every month so that it would not be too financially overwhelming for me. Richard and James helped me to develop a To-do list and prioritized it so that we could handle the most pressing problems first. Now, my truck is running great!Though at times the situation was a bit frustrating for all of us, I can say that Richard and his team at Curry's kept me informed, dealt with me honestly and provided me with great customer service throughout the whole experience. They always called me "sir" and showed me respect. (Something that is altogether too rare these days.)I highly recommend this service center, and Richard in particular, to anyone.

Amazing work! We came without an appointment and still they took us right away. Joey went through all the problems the car had and explained everything as detailed as possible he could for us to understand why they were charging us that amount of money. Pedro took care of the car and changed all the parts needed and by the end of our visit Brennan made sure we understood once again the costs of the repairs. Overall, AMAZING TEAM WORK.. We will be definitely coming back

The work they did was on point, but...I was told over the phone that my truck would not pass inspection, because the hood would not close, I was told I should take the vehicle to a body shop to have it fixed. I felt that was kind of odd as I had the hood open and was able to successfully close it the evening which I dropped it off. When I showed up to pay the technician at the desk was very professional, the price they quoted for the other work was as stated. Unfortunately, when I asked about the hood he didn't know what was going on with the vehicle, he looked for the folder and could not find it. I took the key and went home.Later that evening I went to pick the vehicle up and found that the driver's door was left unlocked, the hood was still open and the store's folder for the vehicle was still in it. Using some kind of magic I was able to close the hood, I think the magic is called slamming which is sometimes required for older vehicles.Overall my experience with Sterling Curry's was mixed. On one hand the work they did do was fine. On the other hand the mechanic left my truck completely unlocked and left their paperwork in it. I recommend that Curry's instruct their technicians on slamming stuff, so that customers like myself do not need to waste their time being told their vehicles will not pass safety inspection and should be taken to a body shop.

I took my car in for a problem I was having during engine start, and talked with Joey. He was very friendly, and pinpointed the cause quickly. The amount that he charged me was more than reasonable, and seemed to indicate a particular sense of integrity when doing his work. After having dealt with other repair shops (and especially the dealership), it was a welcome relief not to be taken for a ride with the work-up -- or the bill. I will be taking my car to him from now on.

I've gone to a lot of shops before, but I've never felt so at ease as I did here. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE--CHOOSE THESE GUYS!The shop is located in a great shopping area, so you can walk around while they install your tires. This is not the place you would expect to find a car shop. Within walking distance, you will find World Market, TJ Maxx, Best Buy, Nordstrom Rack, a kabob place, Ashley Furniture, Rack Room Shoes, a contact lens shop and much, much more. The guys at the shop are excellent. Richard, the guy who usually mans the phone, installed my front license plate holder for free and threw in some chrome screws to replace my rusty ones (the holder required rivets, but he used self-tapping screws to get the job done). They check your alignment for free and show you a print out. Alignment for my car was $104, but I used a $20 coupon I found online. My Ford dealer wanted $179 for the alignment and $30 a tire for installation. I got both done at Curry's for under $170. They inflated my tires to 35 psi, exactly as specified by the car's manufacturer. As I waited for my tires to be installed, I saw lots of customers come in. They dealt with them all in a super friendly manner and were very honest about how long the wait time would be because they were swamped. I noticed a lot of women came in--no doubt they were attracted to the atmosphere and friendly staff. One guy dropped off his car for an inspection and went to see a movie with his son, while other customers went shopping and left their cell phone numbers. This is a great shop and I will definitely return whenever I need any other car service done. What a great discovery!

Awesome customer service. The guy at the front worked with me for about 30 min until we found the tire and size that worked best for my truck (RAM 2500 6.7 Mega Cab) and budget. Tires are great, glad I went with the larger than stock Michelins. Thanks guys.

Spoke with Joey, he gave me a great deal on 4 tires, alignment and road hazard for my Honda. Called around and nobody could match his offer. Service was friendly, in and out in less than 2 hours and would recommend to everybody!!!

I have two older cars that I've taken there for repairs. I didn't rate them w/4 stars because they are very, very expensive. Basically, they charge dealership prices. However, what I have gotten is a very courteous and knowledgable staff, a thorough repair job (I haven't had a single "go-back"), and guys that will take time out to talk to you about your car. As my cars get older, I need to know what's worth fixing, what's worth a "workaround" and what's worth skipping. These guys will talk to you about these finer points of service. (You certainly dont get that at a dealership.) Since they are super convenient and timely with their work, I will continue to go there despite the higher cost.

Recently had some work done at Curry's (for the first time) on my Mustang. My experience was excellent in every way:- the manager and staff were very courteous and friendly- the quality of the work was excellent - thorough and fast- the shop was very clean (a pet peeve of mine) :)Most of all, however, they showed integrity and honesty - the original quote for the work was quite a bit lower (in both parts and labor) than the work actually turned out to be - but they honored the original estimate. In doing so, they've earned my future business and my respect. Thanks, Curry's Auto!Jeff

Overall happy with your service over many years, and very glad you opened a shop in Leesburg, so I'll use that in the future. Two minor complaints about service at Dulles:1)When I had new tires installed on Acura, tires are fine but the new alignment did not have the steering wheel centered - slightly cocked when driving straight (I'll get Leesburg store to do another alignment since it is free with my tire purchase/alignment).2) I had my BMW A/C serviced and that part was fine but somebody dropped something sharp on my cold air intake filter (which is made of foam) and chipped a hunk out of it. No biggie and I think filter is still OK but maybe shows not taking all precautions/protections.

Fantastic service, couldn't speak more highly of them. They caught an issue before it grew into a larger problem, and could have potentially cost me exponentially more. Staff will work with you to find the best and most economical solution. Fast service and thorough as well, wouldn't want to take my car anyplace else!

Very Expensive place & they try to overcharge whenver they get a chance. I did a pre/post purchase inspection on my VW GTI (I paid $ 7000). They try to charged me $240 for an inspection!!! That's almost 4 % of the cost of the car with no repair!!! I was shocked & had to argued with a manager to negotiated down to end up paying $121. Even at $121 dollars for an inspection, this is way too much to figure out what needs to be fixed. What a complete rippoff. I got the same inspection (as a second opinion) done at a regular repair shop (Master Auto Care Inc. in Springfield) for $24.99 & my inspection was mored detailed than this place. If you are made of money & want a free cup of coffee with a nicer waiting area, this place is for you. If you want to fix your car at a good to a reasonable price, go to any other place, but this one, In my opinion, you may get a better deal at a brand new car dealship.I hated the entire experience of arguing & negotiating with price!!! Can you imagine, you are paying $240 dollars for an inpection for a chep used car. After this inspection, I don't have money left to actually do the repair.

I'm an avid do-it-yourselfer so I don't go to the shop for everything. But, when I have a problem that I just can't or don't feel up to solving, I take it to Joey and the guys here. It's now Mr. Tire, but it's the same Curry's staff and experience. They listen, and will happily address problems in nearly any particular way that you request. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The team, James M. and Richard T. are awesome. I have been going to Curry's for about 8 years now. Bring any price to them, they will either match it or beat it. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Richard and James hooked it up. My sentra needed some major work and curry was honest and upfront about everything. Its always a bad time when your car needs major work, but curry's is better than most in the area.

I spoke with Ron and he was able to explain what was wrong with my old Honda. He gave me a few pointers and tips and I think I can fix the problem myself now and save a ton of money.
