I am completely happy I found this place. There are very few shops that would actually even entertain the idea of fixing my work van. I had a catastrophic engine failure and needed a complete engine replacement. I met with Tang and he offered to repair it. Three other shops refuse to even try and Tang took on this difficult job because I own a carpet cleaning van and there were so many more things that needed to be adjusted. They fixed everything perfectly. I picked up my van yesterday and it runs perfectly. Their quote was much more competitive than others and they did the work in such a competent complete way. My truck runs as if it was new I cannot thank them enough I was getting 10 and 11,000 quotes from others and they beat it by a good margin. They were fair they were quick And they had me back on the road in a much shorter time than I was quoted by others. I would definitely bring my fleet a vehicles to them at any point in any time with no qualms. Thank you Tang and the crew at champion automotive. You guys rock .

I have Dodge Challenger I want to install the exhaust kit to make it little loud I m looking for some good mechanics to install it. They did it very good job. I m completely satisfied With their job. They are the best in their field . Really recommend these people. They are the best.

I just bought a used car online I really want to check it. Is it good car? I take to this place they check it very good and even they recommend some of things some services, this is my first car. I have no experience about cars . I go according to their advice they did their job very good and completely satisfied with their service. even they guide me how to register it.

Always a great experience working with Champion Auto. I've been there a few times over the past year to get my Prius repaired and they're always attentive, professional, and friendly. Post Covid it seems like most businesses are more than doubling their prices, using inflation or some other excuse. Not so with champion!I utilized this place for my cars over the years. In the last year I recommended them to a friend for a complete brake job and I used them, myself for maintenance on a rare Italian car.They're pricing is more than half the price of the European dealers I was using, and they get it done lightning fast and surgically thorough.It has to be the one service business in the entire Dulles Corridor, that I totally trust.After visiting Champion, you'll be tempted to count the dollars and times you wasted going to any other place to fix your cars!

I had to get my headlights swapped with used ones I bought online. Most of the shops tried to rip me off but these guys did not try to rip me off. Alongside his dedicated partner, Anibal and business associate, Giovanni, Mr. Tassaro ensured that the workshop became synonymous with excellence and reliability, setting unmatched standards in service quality, fairness, and customer service.However, since Mr. Rudy's well-deserved retirement in early 2021, and the subsequent acquisition by the new owner, Tran, there's been a noticeable shift. While I genuinely wanted to believe in Tran, especially upon Mr. Rudy's recommendation, my experiences over the past few years have been rather disappointing. Their technician Dan is a joke. Don t trust these guys to do an oil change properly. Do yourself a favor and go just about anywhere else for auto related issues.

I chose Champion Auto Repair based on the great reviews from Yelp. I was new to the area and it's always hard to find auto repair services at affordable rates you can trust. I was very pleased from the time I stepped into their office to figure out what was wrong with my car. They provided a detailed report of the issues with my vehicle. The staff was transparent and honest. And the rates were very reasonable. They were also very kind and professional!! Rudy and his team are great! I do not know much about cars and have found that sometimes people take advantage of this, but not them. They do not perform unnecessary services on your car, the prices are fair, and they are very friendly, patient, and understanding. I recommend Champion to my friends and coworkers because they are fast, thorough, and fair. The best!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

For Excellent, Honest Service This is the Place to Go.I have taken my vehicles various times to Champion and never failed to be satisfied. They fit you in rapidly when it's an emergency. The service is prompt and courteous and the prices very reasonable. Rudy and Anibal, the owners, are always there to help and go out of their way to explain things to you in detail. And they really will give you the honest bottom line. They do not hesitate to tell you not to have the repairs done if it doesn't make technical or financial sense, even though they would stand to profit if they did the repairs anyway. Recently, I took a car I was looking to buy in to be checked out. Both Rudy and Anibal tried to convince me both the model and the particular car were not a good investment. I followed their advice and it turned out to have saved me from a big mistake.Great People! I cannot recommend them highly enough.Mark M.Reston, VA

I had great experiences with this auto repair shop. I have an Audi Q5 2018. The engine started vibrating back in July and getting worse gradually. An auto shop helped me replace the sparkling plug, but the problem wasn t solved. Then I had another few repair shops diagnose it. One was going to replace the sparkling plug again, all others asked for $120-200 for computer scanning. Then I found Champion Auto Shop, which has very good reviews. I went there. Rudy didn t charge for computer scanning and all diagnosis was free! He is very experienced and quickly located the problem. They spent a whole day on cleaning the entire engine and replacing two small parts. The whole work ended up with only $360 cost that saved me hundreds of bucks I believe. I really appreciate their great job and work ethic! I think this shop is my only choice for any further car maintenance.

Had gone to the shop in the past, had them do an axle replacement then ac recharge and then a wheel alignment. Thought this was going to be my permeant mechanic, until had to replace another axle and then a seal. I used my own parts here, spoke with the head mechanic Tran. Had another guy do it took him about 2hrs. Had to get the truck washed did a previous power steering job myself. Forgot about it and was dirty. Check the next day and it was leaking again, called them then I main guy said your parts are not warranty and complain immediately that they were the issue. I was very mad and now see what type of shop they were. Took it too another shop they figured out the issue corrosion inside the front diff but of course way up charge. Hard to find a good mechanic nowadays. Come here at your own risk have them do small jobs, would not trust the quality here.

My family has been using Champion Auto Repair for many long years, since they started business. They are the best auto shop in all of Virginia including the DMV. Prices are always fair but the quality of work are very impressive and everyone is always super knowledgeable. You can trust their business blindly and when you pick up your vehicle, there are no doubts that the job was done at 500/100% quality. Wise Master Mechanics...I arrived at Champion Auto Repair in distress, as I was driving and my car to the office. I knew I was experiencing some serious suspension issues. I pulled over on the highway safely to conduct a speedy searched for the "Best" Auto Service closest to me on the highway route. Champion Auto Repair came up several times as the "Best" Automotive Repair establishment in the area. I called from the spoke to Owner Rudy, and he was very concerned about my safety, and if I was able to get to his Champion Auto repair safely. I arrived safely, and I was greeted by a Professional and Friendly Team Mechanical member, and the Owner Rudy . I explained my back story and current issue with my car, and he had my car pulled into a bay, and conducted a full inspection. I was extended a office work space to continue to do remote work. After discovering the issue as a wish master mechanic would, Mr. Rudy discussed what I needed and the best approach to a resolution without breaking than bank. I received the absolute 'Best" automotive repair from a Team of Master Mechanic's. I want to "Thank" you and your team for the special and honest care you showed me during my time of duress. My auto is running like it's brand new again. I've been taking my cars to Champion for the last 5 years or so and I highly recommend them. Rudy the owner is very knowledgeable and very responsive. They always let me know promptly when they have a diagnosis and ask me for approval before performing any work. They're great at letting me know how long a repair, so I can plan accordingly. They charge very reasonable rates.

Excellent Mechanic Crew and Great Customer Service. I've always had a great experience during and after each visit to Champion Auto Repair. Rudy and his entire crew are an exceptionally talented team. Various services performed on my vehicles have been superbly handled as if the vehicles were their own. Rudy and team were very professional and did an excellent job on my front strut assemblies for my 2015 GMC Yukon XL. Their service was quick and they gave me a great price for the job. They also were very informative on the process and timing. I have been getting our cars serviced at this place for well over 20 years.Rudy is by far the best person I know. He is not after making money and makes efforts to make sure the customers leave his fully satisfied. i have recommended many people to his shop and not one has complained about his service. Sent them an email asking for an estimate for routine maintenance on my Honda. Received a prompt, clear, and detailed response. Called to schedule and Anibal provided a sensible explanation of why he felt one rather expensive item on my list was unnecessary. Arrived on time, they immediately got started, and finished even quicker than promised. Everyone in the shop was friendly, even when just passing by. If you're looking for a contemporary, professionally decorated, white glove waiting room, this isn't your place. But if you want friendly, quick, and competent auto repair and/or maintenance services, you can't do better.Services: Tires, Oil change

One of the best auto repair shops in Northern VA. My car's rear license plate screws got rusted and I was unable to remove it myself. I took it to Champion Auto Repair and got it fixed within few minutes. The gentleman at the counter did not even charge me for the service. Even though it was a very minor work, their professionalism was much appreciated. I would totally recommend Champion Auto Repair for any service!

Great service center. Don't let the parking lot scare you. There's room for your car.. They know what they are doing Repaired my car quickly and efficiently. Very reasonable price. Honest helpful service people. I'll say I would go back in a minute. But hopefully I don't need this type of repair again.

Intent of my review is not to hurt honest businesses but because I rely on these reviews , seems right to share my experiences. Went to get my car issue diagnosed and fixed i, but what they told me didn t make much sense . So i got a second opinion and was able to get the issue resolved for 1/4 of cost and time. I don t know much about cars , but that s now how you run a business !
