Called Caseys Automotive because I started experiencing a very loud noise coming from the front end of my company vehicle, like metal grinding. Parker was super helpful! He recommended I bring the vehicle in to their Sterling location (nearest to me) and they found the root cause within several minutes and were able to make the repair today thankfully.This place rocks!

Brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. Had several questions about my vehicle's needs, and through a series of emails was able to get all the information I needed, very clearly detailed. I really appreciated the clarity and quick responses as I prefer to communicate by email rather than over the phone. Once everything was worked out, made an appointment and was in and out of the shop in about 1 hour. The facility and the folks working there were very professional. Glad to have found Casey's and will be sure to return in the future.

My Tesla model Y had a flat tire. I called 7 different auto and tire shops in Northern Virginia that all said Tesla tires have foam which can t be patched. I even called my go to mechanic and he said it can t be done. Casey s patched it up for only $50+tax and saved me from shelling hundreds on new tires. Casey s automotive is the place to go to get work done! They were so polite and patient with me as I called them several times to ask questions about flat tires and possibly getting new ones. Ryan and Parker, you guys are awesome!!! Thanks for a great experience! You guys are my go to mechanics now and will be recommending you to everyone!

Awesome place! From the minute I entered the shop I was greeted by Parker, he was kind and knowledgeable. He was very transparent and set the right expectations. Had my car back in no time! They did a great job and provided additional feedback on my vehicle through digital pictures of the vehicle diagnosis. Prices are incredibly reasonable. Casey's is an example of great service! You definitely earn a new client here!

I called in to get my gas tank changed because I m an idiot and put a couple gallons of diesel in my car (I don t know either, I have no excuse). They were so helpful, asked a lot of questions and consulted a few people and called me back and encouraged me not to go in and just dilute + drive it around given the small amount. They gave me other options but I did as they said and my car is running fine. They absolutely could have told me I had to go in and spend $500 and I would have believed them. They really look out for you and I will be back

I brought my car to Casey's Automotive to get my headlight bulb changed, while they were getting ready to close for the day. Ryan, the very friendly person at the counter, said that he would accommodate me.As I entered the office, I was extremely impressed by how the waiting room looked. It was perfectly decorated and was incredibly clean and inviting. He took my car to the back and replaced the light bulb. He did not charge me for the service.It is very difficult to find a reputable and honest mechanic. I highly recommend Casey's Automotive in Sterling. I will definitely use their services for my automotive needs.

Brought my truck in for brakes and other routine maintenance. Great up front and no pressure pricing with a very easy system to select what work you want completed. I like to do what I can myself, but will be back whenever I need the professional or if I just don't have the time. Would highly recommend.

Casey's is awesome! Everyone there is really kind and honest. They will be straight forward about what the car needs vs. doesn't need right now. Going to a car place as a woman, you also worry about what kind of treatment you will receive, but when you speak to the employees at Casey's, if feels like you're talking to your brothers. Friendly, helpful and ZERO being talked down to! Highly recommend. Parker, at the desk, will help you out with anything you need!

Found this place based off of internet recommendations/ratings after being burned by a few mechanics in the area. It's nice to be treated like a fellow human being who can understand the concepts of automotive mechanics and issues that need to be fixed. Communication is great, staff is friendly, the loaner car really helped me out. Professionals through and through. Please never leave or close up shop. We need you. Thank you.

The folks at Casey's stayed in touch with me.They let me know the step by step process to correcting my vehicles issues and the cost. I've never experienced such hospitality in Virginia by a repair service company.

Casey s Automotive provides such amazing service. I went in for a full vehicle diagnostic after an accident I had. The team had my car up and running smoothly in just two days. Ryan, the shop manager, was absolutely wonderful. He called me with daily updates and made the whole process quick and easy. Shoutout to Parker as well who made me feel welcomed and genuinely happy my car was fixed and ready for me. The shop is super clean and inviting. They provide comfortable seating, a large TV, kids area, coffee, snacks, and drinks. I will absolutely return to Casey s automotive for all my vehicle needs!Thank youServices: Transmission, Battery

Clean and professional. Communication is great. Parker is an extremely kind guy! He took the time to answer all of my questions and broke everything down for me step by step. As a young woman, I highly appreciate this so I know exactly what my car will need rather than just being billed an invoice with no explanation. I love their processing system as well. You are able to see everything listed clearly; very user friendly. They also take photos and videos of areas of concern to show you exactly what they are referring to!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO SERVICE/GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED! Outstanding customer service by Ryan and Kyle! Vehicle runs like brand new and incredibly diligent and attentive to your vehicle's needs and condition. You can be rest assured your vehicle is in good hands. Went back 8 months later and had problems with rack and piston AND control arm, MAJOR JOB! After it was all done, my vehicle felt was it was turbocharged and ready to take in the streets and highway. I had a car taken here for a pre purchase inspection. I spoke to Ryan and he was able to get my car in the next day and explained to me what exactly would be done, how it would be documented, and even the after tax price of the inspection. Jeff did a great job documenting the issues with the vehicle and explaining what should be done to the car before purchasing it. The dealership I was working with was less than ethical and sold the car to someone else upon it's return from the inspection, but that has nothing to do with this business and I'd trust them to give anyone an fair and honest assessment if their vehicle any day.

This may not make sense, but there's no reason for them to be as thorough and kind as they are, especially when this industry is riddled with dishonesty and lacking morals. Casey's is the opposite. Parker is great and their technicians are so thorough. They show you what's needed and literal proof of it. Doing things the right way - thank you guys!

Absolutely wonderful experience. First time with new mechanic in almost 20years. I really appreciate the experience from Kyle who thoroughly explained and inspected the issue. I found my new auto care home and I m am thrilled thanks again Casey s Automotive!!!

This was the best experience for car care!!! I had know idea what to expect. I did not know what was wrong with my Toyota Matrix.These guys are straight in taking their time, explain everything. Honest. Exceptional service and pleasant atmosphere.I would totally recommend Casey's Automotive to everyone.

Casey's Automotive is awesome. I went to Casey's for a second opinion, and they saved me a bunch of money by helping me navigate the manufacturer's warranty process. Throughout, Parker, Ryan, and John were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and polite. This is how a business should be run, and they have made a customer for life. I won't take my cars anywhere else; Casey's is the best.

I mostly do my own work but when something really stumps me I can count on Casey s to figure it out. Also having real loaner vehicles at no additional cost is a serious bonus. I ll note the loaners might make you yearn for your car back but free is nice.

These folks have taken amazing care of my vehicle multiple times. They have been honest and transparent every visit, even when most mechanics have tried to lie or hide things before. My only worry is that their high ratings are going to make it harder for me to get in for appointments!

Auto repair place you can trust.I have been going to Casey's Automotive for over 25 years. Great place to have your car serviced. I have highly recommended them to my friends. They all are repeat now customers I have never heard a negative word about them. You're going to like their service and their prices and their convent locations in Sterling and Chantilly.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Was having an oil leak tracked down in my 2017 Golf GTi which had other mechanics scratching their heads or just flat out refusing to work on it. The leak was tracked down and repaired in short order, however once full pressure was restored to the motor another leak appeared which had not been obvious due to the lack of engine pressure earlier. The Casey's team, especially Ryan in front of house went above and beyond to get the problem resolved which turned out to be a very long process due to parts and tools required. They supplied a loaner car free of charge and would not release my vehicle until every body involved was happy. To the point they held off closing out the issue until a number weeks had passed and there were no other issues apparent. Again above and beyond. I certainly would not hesitate to use Casey's Automotive for any of your automotive problems large or small. I think the term integrity isn't used that often in today's business world. However in this case I think it's perfect.Service: Engine repair

I have been to a few different places throughout the DMV area ,but nothing beats Casey s Automotive. The waiting area with free snacks and drinks, beautiful coffee table made out of car parts to bar stools with power outlets to do work while waiting. The staff is very friendly, kind, accommodating, patient and caring. The wait was not long at all I was told an hour within 45 minutes they had the car done and clean on the outside.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Battery

Casey s has done a great job keeping my college student s car in good working order in the last few years. I appreciate their efforts ti highlight what services are urgent vs those that can wait. We trust Casey s to do the work needed on the car and to keep us safe on the roads. My wife went here after going to Hogan and Son's in South Riding. Hogan and Son's tried scamming her by telling her she needed a brake fluid flush and the 3-year old Toyota Prius did not pass their inspection. The report Hogan's sent shows the brake fluid is between the Max and the Min and it is just fine. She went to Casey's and James Abbott pointed this out to her and said the car is just fine. Their report was very detailed with pictures and she is very happy with the results and will be going here from now on. They employee's were very nice, knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you for being honest!
