Personal are easy to work with. Location is easy to get to if you live in the DMV. The car doesn't look like there was any type of accident. Paint blended perfectly.The only complaint I have is the time. I was told 9 days which would have meant pickup November 17. I didn't pickup the car until December 1.

I worked with Caliber through State Farm after my car was hit in a parking garage. Mark, one of the managers, was super kind and great to work with. They were great at communicating with me every step of the way. The repairs went above and beyond in my opinion. Not only was my bumper replaced and painted, they also added vinyl wrap and tint to make sure it was exactly the same as it was. They also had no issue working with me and holding the car until after I returned from military training.Service: Body & Trim

This body shop is wonderful!! I had a dent in the front passenger side of my VW GTi from an accident and when it was returned to me, it was as if the damage never existed. Excellent team & management!

I just wanted to say that the team at Caliber is amazing. They explained everything in detail, so I understood the process. I have to say that Holly was extremely helpful and very patient with all my questions in getting my car in. I would definitely recommend them for all your collision repairs

Caliber was great and it was so convenient to grab a rental next door. I was in a rush to drop it off and still make it to work on time and everyone took care of me. Customer service was great and I was kept updated regularly regarding the status of the repair via text messages. It was a huge relief. Picking it up was just as easy.

One of the biggest chain collision repair center nationwide. There s another location nearby.Communication is good, service is excellent and they do take care of your requests on timely basis. Front desk is a breeze to deal with. Jessica is great and Timothy manages the shop well.On repair side, attention to details is lacking and mechanics do look over some items during the repair. I m assuming it s normal human error but as customer one always expects impeccable job. They do much better than just getting by but I feel there s huge scope of improvement in workmanship and meticulousness. Overall, it ll leave you with a satisfied outcome on repair.The current part shortages/back log/supply chain issues isn t helping with the delivery timing. It takes time to get the car back in shape.It is listed as one of the GEICO Auto repair express shop and they also deal with most other insurance companies.They do have seating lounge and a coffee station. Also there s an enterprise rental car facility on the lot so it s easy to drop and pick up car after repairs.

Great experience with Caliber Collision. They worked directly with the insurance company after our van got hit, so we never had to deal with payments. Their communication was clear and they provided regular updates. The process took longer than originally estimated, but they let us know and also let the insurance company know so that they gave us additional time on our rental vehicle without us having to ask. The repair itself was very well done.

The team did great. Always picked up the phone promptly, dropped me off and picked me up, very professional and nice. The repairs were so good, it makes the rest of the car look a bit dated. The urge to have them fix and repaint the rest of the car is strong. Will probably do it haha.Great team, great work, and living in the DMV will ensure I'm back in the future.

My car was there August 2023. I had an accident that took the tires on the passenger side. So I paid out of pocket just to have the other 2 on the drivers side so all 4 would have matching tread. Guess what? The two tires I paid for apparently didn t make it on. I noticed the green Honda tire valve stems were screwed on the drivers side but the brand new tires on the passenger side had a black cap. I m not happy about this. I paid for two tires I didn t get. I m curious of how they are going to handle this because now they are going to have to replace all 4 so the tread matches or give me the money for 4 new tires and I ll go elsewhere. Ridiculous.

I got some damage on my car repainted last year through Geico. Two panels that they painted have changed color over time. Today when I went there to bring it to their attention, I was told that the difference in the color is because the original color is not shiny and new color is shining so it s not their fault. That makes me wonder that every car that repainted is driving around with two different colors since the original one would be faded and the new will be shining on every single car that goes through a paint shop.Also, when the car was delivered to me last year, I was told very clearly that the whole door, and the panel has been repainted. And today I was told that is never the case, they only paint the portion that is damaged and the rest of it is just sanded it and gets a clear coat.Service: Painting

All four of my wheels were bent between when I dropped off my car for repairs, and when I picked it up. The front passenger side wheel bearing most of the damage. Confirmed when I had them balanced at Craftsman Auto for vibration at speed.

I hit a deer and selected this Caliber Collision to fix my car. I called over and set up a tow to have the vehicle delivered. I already had my estimate completed by my insurance company. I spoke to Jordan and I emailed her the estimate when I sent the car over. My car got there, and I received a text saying that the breakdown of my vehicle was started so they can get the repair rolling. I stopped in two days later to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told It has been sitting because they haven t received the estimate. I told them I emailed it over to Jordan when the car car arrived. The lady I spoke to spoke with Jordan and found out she did indeed have the email. So my car had been sitting for two days with no repair being done on it even though I sent the estimate over and I was given a text saying that they were working on it which was false. I was given a date of completion. I checked in the day before the completion date and I was told by Tiffany that the car would be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, Which was a Tuesday and Then she tells me oh we re waiting on a part, but it ll be ready Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning Tiffany again says it it ll be ready this afternoon, this afternoon comes then she says it s gonna be ready on Thursday Same thing happened Thursday, same thing happened Friday. So at that point on Friday I told them to give me my car because this is ridiculous at this point. Because of the delays and because The money I had to rent a car via the insurance had ran out. So Jordan combine with Tiffany s and incompetence ended up costing me $300 that I should never have had to pay. Furthermore, somehow they seem to damage my windshield wipers as now when they are on they hit the top part of the hood. People don t go here!

I had a hit and run situation (that sucked !!!) I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision and was very impressed with the professionalism and friendly staff! Jessica kept me informed and had my Rogue back to me quickly and completed to my satisfaction! Great job Caliber Collision!

I had a minor collision at my apartment complex parking lot. My cars bumper needed some body work and paint. I brought it in and chatted it up with an employee named Andres. 12/21/23:Self inlicted scratches on the side of my car (at a toll plaza). Today is the second day it's been in the shop. So far, good communication. I was told that should they be getting near to the limit for insurance coverage, they'll call. I'll take their word and will update you further later. 15 days estimated, we'll see.

Horrible place to get your vehicle for repair. Tim the manager and Tiffany are the worst people you deal with and they are lairs. My insurance took my truck to the for repair, they could not repair it, they damaged my truck. After they install a new bumper my truck's head lights are pointing the sky and I really cannot see the road at night time. Also they have damaged door light and they are not willing to fixed it. I would never recommend this shop for repair, unless you want them to add more damages in your car and return em to you.

No one wishes they get into a car accident, however if I had to choose someone to be doing the repairs it would have to be Caliber Collision. I was in a pretty bad wreck on 10/15/19 (I was not at fault) my whole front end was smashed up. While I was on the way to the hospital in an ambulance my 2016 Ford Edge Titanium aka Pearl was on her way to Caliber Collision.From start to finish caliber went above and beyond with the communication and keeping me updated about every process and step they've been going through with insurance and the amount of damage done to Pearl. At least every week I'd get some update and explanation of the next steps. Everyone I spoke to we very friendly, respectful, competent, and took the time to explain things in a way I would understand.Finally thanksgiving eve Pearl was ready to come home. They provided me with all the information upon check out and gave additional important directions. Their flexibility with my needs were amazing as well. I also find their lifetime guarantee of the work they've completed to be extremely valuable. I especially wish to give a big shout out to Debbie and Garrett! Thank you and everyone else behind the scenes at caliber who worked diligently to get my Pearl back on the road!

I'm not making this a one star review because the repairs themselves were satisfactory, however I am disappointed with how long it took to repair my car. They said the repair would finish on December 1st, but it didn't complete until December 13th. According to them, the first replacement headlight they got was for the wrong vehicle, and when they sent it back and ordered a new one, it was for the wrong side of the vehicle. This, which I can only assume was due to blatant human error, effectively cost me a job opportunity that required this vehicle. I've practically lost thousands.

If you can, run away from this place!On the first day I was told it would be take 2 weeks for the car been done. After 1 week I was told it would be 6 weeks!I've been calling and for 2 weeks my car is painting! 2 weeks to paint a car? Unbelievable!Today I called to find out if the last deadline would be met, and the answer was NO! Again, more delay!But the worst thing is not the wait, but the way the Service advisor Jessica Parsons treats you. She treats me like dirt, she is not clear in her explanations, and she never speaks clearly why it takes so long. She keeps changing the reasons for so much delay. Moreover, she is extremely rude and impatient every time that I call. I saw other review saying the same about her, so I'm not the only one being treated this way by her.Finally, I'm STILL waiting for my car to be ready... Terrible service! I do not recommend!After my review, I received an email from them saying that they want to talk with me; I responded the email with my phone number to them call me, but they didn't...However my car was ready 1 day after the review (coincidence? I don't think so)Just to end this nightmare, the service wasn't good. If you look at my car you can see where was the problem...Terrible... I am very disappointed
