I dislike the car buying process but this experience was great! Matt Tillman was a solid sales associate and helped me tremendously. The process was fast and straightforward I fully recommend this dealership and you will to.

Cedric Singleton was my Service Advisor and was really terrific so much so that I will request him by name when I next need servicing. Personally, Cedric was very engaging and polite and upbeat (especially impressive given it was only 7:00 AM). Professionally, he communicated clearly, concisely and regularly; I always felt fully informed re the stages and timing of the process and I was never left feeling in the dark. He did a great job and made BMW of Sterling look really good. I highly recommend Cedric to all. Thanks

Headlamp went out, came in without an appointment, was in and out in under two hours on a very busy Monday morning. To top it off, they called later to advise they were giving me a partial refund, the computers were down that day and they had accidentally overcharged me. Awesome communication from Devon throughout the wait. Super pleased with every visit I have had over the past two years.

My second time taking my X7 to Sterling BMW for service and once again, they did not disappoint. Devon is our Service Advisor is excellent! He is knowledgeable and a pure professional! . There s large and accommodating waiting area too. If you are looking for a great BMW service shop, Sterling BMW is the one ask for Devon too!

Impressed!!! They were super nice and quick! Carlos Martell was dealing with me and he was very friendly and professional. They also have free Lyft service. I had problem reaching them out by phone last 2-3 days but I found out that they did have problems with the phones. Definitely 5 stars service!

Sean was AMAZING! I had just purchased a car and had a quick item that needed attention. Sean went above and beyond to ensure it was addressed and that I received stellar service. He ensured everything was communicated proactively to me, timely and fully detailed. He additionally made the process personalized which is what I wanted in my service advisor! He is hands down a phenomenal representation and leader of the brand!

My service coordinator Tasha Huffman was super friendly and professional. It was my first time getting service at this dealership, and she explained the process clearly. During service, the technician took a video of what he was seeing and sent it to me along with his recommendations. During the service, Tasha also walked me into the shop to show me what the technician had found. I was impressed with the professionalism of all the persons in the service department. I recommend this location highly.

I took our X7 for an oil change and Marco was our service advisor. He did a great job communicating the services that would be completed in the visit and also explained the associted cost in a clear and efficient manner. He was friendly and pleasant to work with. I would definitely go back again.

Excellent service experience for my Mini at BMW of Sterling. Jeff was my service advisor. He was professional and friendly, made it a breeze. From providing free Lyft back and forth to my home, to sending video of the inspection with needed repairs and estimate...it was a breeze. Felt like I was in good hands all the way around. My Countryman is running like a dream!Thank you Jeff and BMW of Sterling team!

Service managers are the best. Very knowledgeable and will work with you concerning needed repairs vs. nice to do repairs. Repairs are expensive.

I can t remember the name of our advisor but he was PHENOMENAL! Very kind, polite, and genuine small talk. Absolutely unrelated to him or his level of service I must say the wait times at the BMW Sterling Service Center are unbelievably abhorrent. Each time I go there (with an appointment) it takes forever to get seen which I take it means they just don t have enough workers. It s a bit of a disappointment to have to schedule appointments at minimum 2-3 weeks in advance and then can t get seen for a good 30 minutes even if you re on time.

Having my vehicles serviced here is always pleasant. While the repairs may not be welcomed, they are handled by the service advisors in professional manner with empathy, and often exceed expectations of cost or time to complete. They remember you by name and are always courteous and helpful. The vehicle evaluation and review of service recommendations and approvals over SMS and web is very convenient.

My service advisor was outstanding. While your other advisors just use texts and ignore voice messages, my advisor called me to tell me about my car. I was thinking about going back to Fairfax, I will be keep coming back as long as I can have the same advisor or another like him

Outstanding experience. My car was fixed in time, UNDER-budget, and perfectly. Not surprisingly, BMW of Sterling actually did not recommend all of the repairs that BMW of Fairfax suggested (see my previous post about Fairfax). This saved me a significant amount of money and my car drives like the day I bought it again. Bolsters my point that Fairfax was gouging me. AND communicating with my service advisor was as easy as sending a text message - which was answered each time in a timely fashion. I m coming to Sterling from now on

My husband and I had an excellent experience yesterday working with Girish! He was very patient and helpful and answered all our questions patiently regarding the car we bought. He helped us as if we are a part of his family! I will definitely recommend others to come over to the Sterling Store and buy cars from Girish!

Marco and the service department did a fine job with the required repairs. However, during the 2 hours I was there, I walked through the sales floor 4 times. While some agents had customers, most did not. No one approached me or even acknowledged my presence. They have an undue level of self-importance. The cars basically sell themselves.

I have been going to the BMW of Sterling Service Center for over 5 years now. I have never had an issue with any of the service or repairs completed. However, my service advisor, Sean Spicher, is really the #1 reason I continue to return. He takes customer service to another level, making sure everything is taken care of from beginning to end and that I am well informed through every step of the process. I can not say enough good things about Sean at BMW of Sterling! Thank you!

I had a second nail in my tire so had to replace the tire. They took me in right away, and replaced my tire relatively quickly. My service manager was very nice. They cleaned my car also which was a nice plus.
