When I called to get my car in, they were able to do it the same day. They were very friendly and I was quoted a fair price. They are definitely my new go-to mechanics.

Quick, courteous, and trustworthy auto shop for tire maintenance and tire-related services.I was on a search for tire maintenance service -- tire rotation, balancing, and wheel alignment -- for my Hyundai Sonata, a sedan.How did I know I needed these services? It was only a few months since my last check-up. When driving on a straight road with no traffic, I let my steering wheel go, and noted that the car veered to the side (left) on its own accord. This indicated to me that a wheel alignment was in order.I called up 95 Auto Service, as they were somewhat close to me. They quoted a pretty competitive price that beat a lot of other tire shops in the area. Plus, the shop seemed like a local business, so I decided to take a chance.Drove up there on a Monday afternoon, around 12:30pm. I didn't even need an appointment. I went into the shop and introduced myself, was told to leave my keys in the car, which I did.I hung out in the waiting room and did some work and light reading. Less than an hour later, at around 1:25pm, they were already done. I was a little bit surprised, but I finished payment and noted that the cost was rather competitive, at 180$ for the whole deal (rotation + alignment + balancing). This is a pretty solid deal, compared to other auto shops in the area, where I was quoted close to 200$ or even above for all those services.After taking my car for a spin, I let my steering wheel go again and confirmed that the car now does go straight without interference rather than veer off to the side dangerously. This indicates to me that the problem is fixed. Overall I don't notice a huge difference in my car, but it seems OK -- mileage was also a problem, as I'd noticed a dip of 3-5 average MPG when I went to fill in gas after an empty tank, and I'll continue to do more testing but I'm hopeful that I can chalk this up to tire maintenance problems that were left unrectified for too long. For reference, my usual mileage is well above 30 MPG, but had dipped down to the 20's recently -- I'm hopeful that's fixed now.All said, I can appreciate the quick, courteous and agreeable service rendered here at 95 AS, especially as there was no appointment needed and service was completed in an hour or less (amazing).I'll likely make 95 AS my go-to tire shop in the future, and would recommend it to others looking for tire-related or maintenance services!

Fantastic service by the team. The owner and his chief mechanic showed me what is not okay in the car - parts and such - and provided with me options to choose what to do. For a fraction of a cost at a dealer's, I got the most essential work done. Two thumbs up for the quality of work and also for the customer friendly approach.

Had a great experience with 95 Auto Service. I called at 4:00 PM, 30 minutes before they close, and was booked for the next morning at 8 AM. The work was done by 2PM the next day!Not only was the work done in such a timely manner, the price was absolutely fair. I had called 3-4 shops previously and they all quoted a wide range of exorbitant prices.On top of all that, my brakes are working great now and couldn't be happier. I am excited and happy to recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

We have gone to this place several times over the past few years and they are quite simply the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever worked with. I am not a car guy, I hate going to the mechanic because I know I'll get duped and upsold. 95 Auto is honest to A FAULT, they are so helpful I almost feel bad sometimes. It doesn't matter if I go or my wife goes, they treat us both the same. If you're like me and you just want an honest mechanic who won't try to screw you over, these people are unbeatable.

Very fast, very friendly, and fixed just what needed fixing. Took my Subaru Forrester to them today when brakes started scrapping. They fit me right in and had pads and rotors replaced quickly. Fair pricing as well. Highly recommend them!Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair

Transparent, quick, affordable and honest mechanics! They worked on my 07 VW after a minor wreck. As it is an older car I didn t need it to look show-ready. Requested to get oil change and rear brakes done. Quoted around 160 for breaks. Bill was almost $800. Turns out they replaced the front and back brakes without even bothering to ask me.

I have been going to this shop for the past few years. They are very honest, professional, fast and their prices are very fair and much lower that the shops around. I would definetly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Service manager and techs have fixed all of my issues. They will talk through the issue with you and take you into the shop to show issues and discuss options, like you would expect from a good mechanic. They replaced the CVT transmission fluid, which some other shops didn't even want to mess with. They also fixed a lighting issue created by another shop. Safety inspections and emissions tests. Reasonable pricing for all services performed, loaner car on hand both times and minimal wait times.

Great service and very competitive pricing. I've been going to 95 for several years and have never been disappointed with the service.One time, 2 other shops said I needed to replace power steering pump, quoting me $600+. 95 was able to repair the existing pump (replace hoses, etc.) and get me back on the road for a fraction of the price. They really go above and beyond.

I don't trust anyone to work on my cars but the team at 95 Auto Service. They are reasonable, honest, and respectful. They will clearly diagnose your vehicle to find the root cause of issues before they replace random parts. They are a great 1-Stop Shop for all of my automotive service needs.

Popped a tire while moving so needed a place to get the tire patched up. Looked around and found 95, which was close to work. The extremely high reviews at the time (4.8 stars) was actually kind of off-putting, since that is so rare, but I'm happy to say they've earned the rating.I pulled up to their shop, which was nice and clean. No lines at the time. Amazing, after unhitching my tire, they looked at it and fixed it for free (small puncture). This was after I offered to pay. I waited about 5 minutes, then they put it back on the car and I was good to go!Suffice to say, I'm amazed. They did this for free (they did not ask for a review or any compensation) and very quickly. Definitely coming back when I need fixes.

Alex was the service man for me today. He was here in less than an hour. He was very polite and helpful. He was clearly not out to "upsell" me. I have been going to 95 Auto Services for years. They are quick with their services and they make sure that the car is in perfect condition. They check everything from tires, oil, filters, brake, and everything else related to car. I have recommend it to all my family and friends and they are also satisfied with the service. I waited to write this to be sure I was giving a solid review. I was about to loose my car and these guys were really decent. They found a used engine for me at an affordable price, but still I was not employed and though it was a risk to pay to keep it with an old used engine in it. I wavered but decided to get the work done anyway. When I went in, they had found another used, but much newer engine that would last me and still only charged me the same price they quoted. I got the work done, have been driving it for about a year now and it runs great! Thanks to these guys I still have a car.

95 Auto Service is the BEST mechanic shop you can take your car to in VA. They are extremely honest, knowledgeable & fair with prices. The best thing about them is that they do not try to sell you anything and they only recommend you to do things on your car as needed. I would not take my car anywhere else.

I was strapped for money and in search of 2 used tires for the front of my car. One tire was split and I was still driving it. Both tires moreover had no tread. My co-worker recommended 95 Auto Service, Inc. to me and drove along with me to 95 Auto Service after work. I only paid $100 for all work done and the tires included! This was above and beyond customer service, these guys are TOP-NOTCH in my book and I told Kouyar that I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I knew who needed auto repair.Exceptional knowledge in the auto repair industry and super customer service!Thank you Kouyar for your assistance!=)

Great mechanics, honest and have total integrity. They are real pros and don t just hire some kids to collect a pay/check and run down the clock till they are off.They actually care about you, your vehicle and your pocket!I have taken every single one of my cars here since 2012 and will continue to do so indefinitely.

Called and asked for the price of an oil change on my VW ATLAS, made sure I gave them all my info, the guys said $52 and change. I got there, they did the oil change and then the SAME guy that I spoke with charges me $90. His argument is that he meant $52 for oil only and the rest is the filter...WHAT???...I asked for price of OIL CHANGE, it is automatically implied when you change the oil you change the oil filter. UPDATE: they ended up charging me $75 and service manager gave me a $25 off coupon for next oil change..Is a good place just be careful with their staff over the phone...changed to 4 stars thanks to manager

This place is the real deal. Went here for a second opinion after the dealer quoted me $1400 to replace a headlight and a wheel bearing. This shop gave me an estimate that was a fraction of the price, and they had everything fixed and taken care of in just a couple hours. Can t recommend enough!

Honest mechanics, very fair prices- both rarities these days. Moreover, they were extremely courteous & helpful to my 81 year old mother when her car was towed there. That's even more rare.

I scheduled an appointment on Christmas Eve! When i arrived it was closed. I called today and they gave me a free oil change ! They let me keep my groupon for next time which was very cheap groupon for synthetic oil change !! I love how they were quick to correct the issue ! I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs. They also have a pretty cool corvette in the back ") . Thanks 95 !

Awesome, awesome place. Honest guys. Super quick service. Incredibly helpful.They genuinely understand your need to save money and do everything they can to help you do so. No games here! I'd definitely recommend 95 Auto!

Great service and very honest. I heard noise from the brakes, they fixed it with out replacing anything. Very impressive. Its hard to find a place who is not trying to rip you off.

Quick and reasonably priced service. They tell you what should be fixed, what can be fixed, and what can wait. They also give you multiple options on everything that is needed from economical to high quality parts. They are going to be the only mechanic I use from now on.

I purchased this offer from Groupon , Today i just called them they didn't pick my call and i left voice mail and went directly to the location as my car needed immediate oil change , but then when i went there they didn't treat me properly and on top they started speaking some slang languages .My Worst experience till date (The Owner Called me back and enquired what happened and he was sorry for what his workers did and offered a free checkup and oil change Sweet of him and i would definitely suggest this guys for all the service )

One of their workers cut me off into a spot I was backing up into then proceeded to attempt picking a fight with me while I was driving around trying to find parking. Just kept screaming "You think you are tough?" Incredibly unprofessional.
