Warehouse Auto Repair is an absolute lifesaver! My toddlers and I were on a road trip from Suffolk, VA to Ohio to visit my Pappy, who was hospitalized after a massive heart attack. Talk about a stressful situation! As if that wasn't enough, our car decided to join in on the chaos by making scary noises whenever we hit 50mph.Thankfully, Google led us to Warehouse Auto Shop and we are glad it did! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by Amanda, the sweetest service manager ever. She not only listened to our predicament but also went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of.And let's talk about Bill the mechanic! Despite being busy, he dropped everything to come to our rescue. In no time, he diagnosed and fixed the issue, getting us back on the road to Ohio in under 30 minutes!While Bill worked his magic, my little ones had a blast in the waiting room, thanks to the toys. It's the little things that make a big difference, especially when you're stressed out on the road.I can't thank Warehouse Auto Shop enough for their exceptional service and genuine kindness. Even though they're a bit of a drive from our home, we'll definitely be recommending them to everyone we know.

I received the absolute best service what I thought was just an oil change ended up with my car needing a new battery as well I called to explain my situation and the service department literally said once you get your car jumped come on up and we will take a look I was like wow that s so cool ,, they definitely took care of all my car needs oil change and now a battery placement ,, just an incredible staff all around very friendly I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them just a great service department hands down 5 stars

Amanda, Jeremy and the entire Consumer Auto Warehouse Team are amazing. They are knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Our battery went bad and they were able to get a new one delivered and installed within one hour! Thank you so much!

Very pleased with my experience here. I had an appointment at 10AM for oil change & tire rotation. Dropped my car off at 8:30, it was done by 9:30 before my appointment time. I didn t get a phone call from them trying to sell me services that I don t need, and I found the price for the work done very reasonable. Staff was friendly, all around great experience. They have earned themselves a loyal customer.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Reasonable prices, great communication, and a quick repair! They replaced my alternator and ac compressor in a single day for a good price! Would definitely recommend!

MARCH23 UPDATE:Another easy trip to Warehouse Auto Repair - inspection, oil change and new tires. Setting an appointment was easy, Amanda offered several options ahead of times for tires at different price points, and they were waiting for me when I showed up. Pretty quick in and out, and a fair price, without any add-on, or "we recommend" that one runs into with many other repair shops. Warehouse knows my car and treats it well. I'll continue to use them for any repairs.(MARCH2020) Easy appointment scheduling and car was taken in for state inspection and scheduled maintenance right on time. I chose to wait, and it was a quick visit. Very competent technicians and pricing is up front and at a very fair price. Have used CAW for major and minor repairs on two vehicles and have never been disappointed.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Before a long trip we wanted an oil change and an overall check on the car. They found a broken motor mount. They called to tell me the problem and my options, for which I m grateful. Got everything fixed at a respectable price. Everyone there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They explain everything in layman's terms so you know what is going on. Update: we completed a well over 1000 mile trip with no problems (other than traffic)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

All the employees I met were friendly and courteous. I was given a ride back to my home and later returned from home to the warehouse. This wonderful service was done promptly. The driver was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. My car was detailed perfectly....the attention to detail is wonderful. The car looks amazing. The only way the service could have been better is for them to control the weather to have prevented my clean car from getting rained on as I drove it home.

This place has treated me very good. I'm very pleased with my purchase of a new vehicle and very pleased with the people that work in the service center. I came in today for my free oil change, inspection,light bulb change and for them to check the seat. Needless to say I'm leaving with new wipers and another bulb they found and of course all the things I mentioned above. They made sure all my needs were met even the ones I didn't Know I had. They have wonder customer service skills.

My daughter recommended Warehouse Auto Repair to me and I am glad she did. They are reasonably priced and competent. If it is a big repair, they have loaner cars and if a small job, they provide a sitting area with TV. Great repair service but Customer Service is not good. Often unfriendly person at desk "greeting" you... and unreturned phone calls to book appointments.

I bought my 2015 KIA Optima here. I love these people!!! They are extremely nice and do everything they can to help you out , whether it be in the sales Dept or the service Dept. The thing I think is most commendable is that they dont try to get things over on you like telling you that you need repairs on your car that you dont need just to make a buck off of you like the KIA Dealership tried to do to me??? I would and do, recommend CONSUMERS AUTO WAREHOUSE to all my friends and family!!!

They did 2 vehicle inspections for me the other day.. They didn't seem to be in a rush, but the people there were friendly and patient. I will come back for more inspections.

These folks are FANTASTIC! They have the best repair shop anywhere in the area. They were the ONLY shop out of five that were able to solve an ongoing problem with my vehicle and did so at what I consider a very fair price. If you are not satisfied with your current shop I encourage you to come to Consumers Auto. Both you and your car will be treated right.

I've been using CAW for more than 5 years. They always are courteous, work on my vehicle promptly and provide excellent service at a reasonable price...much cheaper than dealer service centers!!!!!!!!

Honest mechanic. Fair pricing and super quick service. Didn't try to upsell on anything diagnosed and fixed our issue within a couple hours and had us back on the road.

Was told, We don t like working on BMWs after they had already made me an appointment with their BMW mechanic a couple days prior. Bad attitude over the phone & very unprofessional.
