The owner/operator Mr Bill was very courteous and professional.Deedee was also quite nice and helpful. I d recommend their state inspection service to anyone. Cheers guys. And thank you.

We were extremely pleased with our service. Everyone was so friendly and informative. The service itself was efficient. We were late for our appointment and all the staff was very kind about it and we were still in and out. Will definitely return with any of our car repair/inspection needs.

They were able to work on my truck ( no brakes at all) in a timely manner and fixed it in record time, in my opinion. I would recommend them to anyone that needs mechanical work done on their vehicle. 5 stars from me!

I live in NC and purchased an old motorhome in Virginia. The vehicle was in need of repairs, but I was unable to have it towed home because AAA refused to honor our RV contract. In the end I was forced to search for a local repair service and stumbled on Surratt Auto Center... Naturally I was nervous about going to someone other then my regular mechanic, but I can't say enough good about their kindness and professional manner. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful, and they got my 1971 Ford Cobra Motorhome up and running so that I could drive it back to NC... I would highly recommend Surratt Auto Center to anyone... These are genuine people intent on providing quality service. If I lived closer, I would return to have them do additional work on my motorhome. Tom Bernard

After a very bad experience at a dealership that almost ended up blowing up my Jeep and a lackluster experience at another, when my Jeep needed suspension work I decided to call Surratt. They were fabulous. Not even a week later, I was in need of a battery. They got me right in both times! Which is so helpful when you travel constantly for work. They are professional, courteous, communicate the whole process, give accurate quotes, and are helpful! 100% they will have all my buisness for my vehicles.

On June 26,23 me and my family was traveling to Pa to say our goodbyes to a family member when our water pump went out on our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee we went to Surratt Auto Center to talk to them about it they were busy but they made time to get us in and fix our vehicle to get us back on the road as soon as possible they were very respectful and professional and knocked the job out in 2 and a half hours. They also hooked us up with a rental car that they had no charge to take my family to get lunch and get some more supplies we were gonna need to fix our car to help out with the cost. You couldn t ask for better service from a garage by far the best experience I ve had a garage like I said very respectful and professional.Service: Engine repair

Took my car in for an inspection. They were extremely polite and professional. I also love that they take appointments for inspections, many shops don t anymore. They weren t pushy about the things my car could use and were polite when I declined. The note on the dash after I picked the car up is a nice touch. Thanks again and if I need anything done I don t want to do myself y all will be the first people I call!

My experience with Surratt Auto Center has been exceptionally positive. Customer service is great, and being able to get everything done at once (tires, alignment, inspection, oil change, etc) is super convenient. My car died on me while I was driving on 81. Not from the area, I used google to find Surratt. I'm very happy that I did. They were able to work on it first thing the next morning and were finished before I had to check out of the hotel. They made a stressful situation as close to stress-free as you can get. They kept me informed of the issues and their progress. They even picked us up at the hotel when the car was finished. I'm thankful that I used their company.

Surratt tire is one of the few family owned tire stores left. That is why you get very good service. They have pride in thier company. I was in town and needed tires and was taken care of very promptly and professionally. They do not try to sell the most expensive tire and are very fair. Great work and highly recommended. They do full servive work as well so get it all done at once.

Made an appointment for my car to get fixed, but they didn t look at it until the next day. Charged an outlandish diagnostic fee and a more expensive oil change than getting it done at the dealership, which would have included a car wash and tire rotation. I drove my 2001 volkswagen passat in for repairs. Was having water pump, timing belt, thermostat housing, coolant hoses, complete rework of motor done on the car. I was charged 6,500.00 in total and car did not even start afterwards. Nothing has been done to fix the problems they created. No refund of my money. Nothing to help. Won't even answer my phone calls after. They said I need to replace heads possibly for another 2500. This place is a rip off. My car is still sitting there for 6 months without any care for a customer that paid my complete bill. My advise never use this garage. While vacationing in the area we had a check engine light come on and our Honda Pilot was running rough. I stopped in early morning on a Monday without a appointment. They brought our Honda in right away and gave it a full inspection. Jess gave a honest explanation on what was needed to make the repairs and said they could get to it that day. She even offered us a loaner car for the day so we could continue with our vacation plans. We picked our Honda later that day, and drove back to Michigan the following morning. Our Honda was running as well as it ever had, and I could even tell that our gas mileage was better!Thank you to Jess and her crew at Surratt for the great and honest service!!Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil change
