Very professional and friendly staff. Ramin found me a great vehicle that I just purchased. I highly recommend them. Ramin is so personable and goes well out of his way to help you out. The only improvement I would suggest is make sure when a vehicle is purchased and ready to be picked up it has a full tank of gas and not sucking fumes like what I experienced. I traded in my old vehicle with 3/4 tank of gas and left with fumes. Dealers I have done business with in the past always left your new vehicle with a full tank, always. Other than that, everything went smoothly including the DMV process. Thumbs up

Absolutely the most honest and professionally made purchase I ve ever made in my life. Everything was done as promised and the vehicle and all paperwork was ready when I arrived to pay for it. Very thorough in description ! I love the truck and I d buy from them again !!

We went in for 2 used tires.. pete helped us he was amazing!! he had 2 used tires but then came back and said i dont think the other one is safe i sorry i cant put it on.. thats was amazing of him he could of put it on and sent me on my way but he was very honest and helpful.. staunton motors is very lucking to have this man as a employee..

Great place, get my inspection done here and they're very professional. And to the woman whining about confederate flags and donald trump, go back to your safe space snowflake. This place will always have my business and even more so for these reasons!

Came here after major disappointment with another mechanic. After initially diagnosing my vehicle issue as being a power steering pump problem, I mentioned that a friend said it could be an alternator issue. The mechanic took the suggestion and referred me to Auto Zone for a free check of my alternator. When I returned, they repaired my alternator for half of the price quoted by the other mechanic. Have not had any problems since. Will absolutely go to them again.

Do not go here. Said I had to replace entire third brake light. I know it takes a bulb, as I replaced it the last time myself. A 5 dollar fix and they wanted almost 200.

Needed a fuel pump in my Navigator. He charged me almost $700 and did NOT bother to change the fuel filter. I questioned the five hour labor cost at $95/hour because my vehicle wasn t even there for 5 hours!!!Suddenly it ran like a lawn mower, so I returned. He denied any wrong doing. DONT TRUST THEM!!! RIP OFF!

We highly recommend Ramin and Staunton Motors. Ramin was friendly and knowledgeable, and even met us outside of regular business hours, since we had to make the drive from central VA. Great prices, and great service! Thank you, Ramin!
