I broke down on my motorcycles some 260 miles from home. I had the bike towed to this shop and Matt was able to diagnose the issue.He informed me that parts would take a while and that I would be away from home for at least a week. He recommended getting a U-haul and he actually drove me there to pick it up. Then when I got back to his shop. He helped me strap the bike in. He treated me more like family than a customer. I really appreciated that. Thank you so much, Matt. You cannot go wrong using this gentlemen as your motorcycle. Service center and repair shop. Makes me wish I live near his shop. Happy Easter to you and yours Matt! Thank you again to the man who goes above and beyond.

They always try to help and another thing I liked was they have new and used parts and accessories in good condition for good prices. Got these visors for my lights at a great deal. They'll be getting more business from me and my people.

Matt, thank you for your fairness and your quality of work. One of your employees made a small mistake , and you made up for it ,in a huge way. I appreciate having your business in town and will never take my Harley anywhere else! I had the guys at presision work on my chopper back in august. That bike has never started so easy in all the time I ve owned it. Runs like a sewing machine. Top notch place to get your motorcycle serviced. Can t express how pleased I am. Kenny Hale Charlottesville va.

Everyone here is incredibly competent and friendly. My husband and I have had bad luck with other motorcycle repair departments and are so glad that Precision Powersports is open - they have fixed mistakes made by other and are always generous with their time and knowledge. I couldn't recommend this shop more highly. A big Thank You to everyone who works there!

I would give Precision Powersport Staunton VA a negative rating if I could. I took in an ATV tire for patching Thursday morning. They indicated the tire would be repaired in one to two hours. I called them after an hour and asked when it would be done. I was then told that it would not be done until the afternoon. I told them I would be in first thing in the morning to pick up the repaired tire. I called them Friday morning and was told it was not done and they would call me when it was done. No call at 4PM so I called them and told them I need the ATV for an event the next day and that I would be in at 4:30 to pick up the repaired tire. When I got there they had the tire out front unfixed and told me that they were not going to fix it. I told them this was going on every website review I could find. He told me that is fine because he knows where I live. I would recommend that no one go near Precision Powersports.

I've been to Precision and spoken with them multiple times. I've been very impressed with their professionalism and level of detail. I'll definitely be taking my bike to them for maintenance.

What can I say!. Jas�n and Matt saved our trip!. Bike started having some electrical problems, called Jas�n, told him we where in the middle of our trip and he accommodated his day to see us immediately. In less than an hour, we had our bike back to hit the road. Thanks Jason!
