This was my first experience with Paul Obaugh Ford and I have to say that I was very impressed! I bought a new F150 and the whole process was great! Justin worked perfectly with us, guiding us along every step of the way. Not once did I ever feel pressured, which was a big turn off almost everywhere else that I have been. I feel like he really worked to get us the best possible deal that he could. Lisa in finance was super also and we had a smooth experience with that. Overall, we had a great experience and it means a lot when you leave the dealership feeling good and NOT feeling like you just made a big mistake. I look forward to sending others to Justin for their vehicle needs. Thanks again for a great experience!

From start to finish I had a great experience. The dealership and Ford were good with communication though the process. Working with Justin Bowers was like working with a friend. I highly recommend Paul Obaugh Ford, especially Justin. Love my new Maverick. Definitely worth the wait.

I just recently purchased my very first new car here, & I received nothing but excellent quality customer service! I was able to customize my 24 Ford Explorer exactly how I wanted, which turned out to be even better than I expected! Justin kept me updated on my order the entire time I was awaiting its arrival. Everything went smoothly the day I picked it up, & I truly couldn t have asked for a better first-time buying experience. Justin & I are from the same hometown, so it s great to be able to support him. I can't say enough great things about our salesman, Hal, or Obaugh Ford. I've bought countless cars, of all makes, and the experience at Obaugh was second to none. Hal did everything he said he would, and continues to follow-up to ensure an outstanding post-sale experience. Everyone I dealt with at Obaugh from the title department to management has been first-class. I was treated like family from first contact, before they even knew I was a serious buyer. I couldn't recommend Obaugh Ford more highly, nor could I have asked for better salesperson than Hal. Cannot recommend more highly.

Just bought a used 2021 Toyota Rav4 from Paul Obaugh Ford in Staunton. Dustin Shull made the car buying experience so much less stressful and spent way less time at the dealership than ever before. He had paperwork ready to go for me to sign as soon as I said to move forward. Did everything from his office (other dealerships make you go from person to person in the dealership), and I was on my way. Later I found the cigarette lighter was not working and I returned to the dealer and Dustin fixed it himself for me! Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Brought my car in for an inspection. My car was failed for having a fog lamp out. It was almost $300 to have the part installed and it had to be ordered. I put down a $170 deposit for a new fog light and took the car (And the rejection sticker) home where I discovered the fog light was working fine.Went out later that evening- working fine.Came home after - Working fine.Checked this morning - working fine.Drove back to dealer - Working fine.Spoke with service department who had their tech come out and look at it. Working fine.Then I was told to grab a seat because I would have to wait a while as they thought I was leaving the car for the fog lamp install. *Insert sound of needle across record* All they needed to do was put the sticker on the car. It was inspected yesterday where they wrongfully failed the car but they had to "reinspect it". Now, to be clear I'm actually fine with them doing that as I'm guessing that is a state requirement, but I am also the not-so-happy customer - do it right away. A simple "Hey, sorry about that, let me get that done for you and get you back out on the road..." Don't tell me in some frustrated tone that I'll have to wait.It also got me wondering: Had I not caught this, would they have still installed the part and put me out of $300? At this point I was done. Got my refund for the parts and left with my failure sticker.To Obaugh Ford: I'm not an unreasonable person. It's a simple thing: You screwed up, you fix the problem. Additionally, I want to be clear that you didn't lose a few measly dollars on an inspection today. You lost a customer. My wife and I have been driving fords almost exclusively for the last 20 years (2 F150's, 3 Mustang GT's, and 3 Edge's) some of which have been in your shop. Every time we grace your doorstep there is some kind of headache or hassle we have to go through with the service department trying to charge us for parts and services we didn't need, dragging out services for long periods, giving us incorrect information, etc.Despite you being the most convenient option, we'll be taking our business elsewhere going forward.

Didn't find what I wanted at a different dealership and passed by this one. Went inside to see their truck selection and was greeted with authentic, honest people. I worked directly with Mike to find a certified used F150 and love my truck. Mike was very knowledgeable, cordial, and helpful in the process. The finance department worked with me to get the rates that would work for my budget. Everyone was very helpful and respectful of my time and finances. Really love my truck and the way it drives. Happy to have the Obaugh team to support me in purchasing the F150.

I finally took delivery of my 2023 Maverick a couple of weeks ago, and although it took 13 months to get here, it was well worth the wait. Dustin Shull was very professional as my salesman and I felt very confident in his directness and honesty. I would highly recommend him if you re in the market for a vehicle from Paul Obaugh Ford. And no, he didn t pay me to say that.

Service was fine. I have a problem with being charged 40 dollars for replacing two air filters, cabin and engine, that had been taken out and showed to me . I have no problem paying for service, but I feel that is extremely high.

By far, the best place to work for! Family owned, everyone is on the same level, great attitudes and quality from the sales people to the detailing shop, and everywhere in between. The most honest, transparent, and courteous dealership I've been into as well as worked for! And as also a customer, one of the easiest purchase experiences in the Valley, by far.

My wife and I stopped by Saturday to the the 2024 bronco sport. She is getting one at her company and wanted to see one inside . Hal Tibbs greeted us as we were looking. Know from the start we where not buying just looking . He opened them up so my wife could see and sit inside several different ones. Answered all our questions. He was so down to earth and professional. If we are in the market for and new vehicle Hal Tibbs at Paul Obaugh Ford will be the first stop we make. If you see this Hal , again we thank you for all the time you took with us

As per usual Obaugh s knocks it out of the park. Everyone so helpful and courteous . I have never had issues with Obaugh s in the over 35 years I have dealt with them. I would highly recommend to any and everyone. Great job by all. Thank you so very much.

Service department personnel were very helpful. I was getting a warning message about a fault in my Low Beam Bulb. They were able to work me in to check it on the spot. This was a great plus since your shop is a half hour from my home. Evidently the bulb was just not making a good connection. That was fixed and I was on my way. This was a big plus since I was a half hour from my home.I have recent not been satisfied with the service department where I bought my Escape and where I would go for oil changes and service.I even talked to one of your salesmen briefly about a new car and will be back to see him. I have found my new home and look forward to my next visit.

We have done extensive business with Paul Obaugh Ford prior to our latest purchase. We do NOT do business with Paul Obaugh Ford based upon price, but rather on the sincere confidence we have that WHEN we buy, those purchases are backed by an organization that keeps it word about service and good faith. These are old-timey considerations to many, but to us, they are time-honored considerations. We return based upon our experience with this firm.

Wow! What a great staff at the Used Car Department. My salesman (Mike Mayo) was very chill and never pushy. He guided me through the process and explained everything along the way. Sherry was super nice and showed me extended warranty options which was great. I also met Jimmy, the Used Car Sales Manager, a real down to earth Pro. His steady hand orchestrated the entire team from start to finish. "Are You Ready?" Isn't just a slogan, so when you go to Paul Obaugh Ford be ready for a great product, great personal service, and a great price from great people. I could not recommend them more highly!!!

Dustin Shull PAUL OBAUGH FORD back in 2020 I bought a new ford ranger off him. Dustin was very kind and honest person and he really impressed me I went back in 2021 and bought a 2021 f 150 and who knows what Dustin will sale me next . Dustin is great at his job but he is also loyal to his customers
