Believe they need more counter help or the people they do have need to stop talking to their buddies and worry about the customer's standing there for 10 and 15 minutes.

Not always the least expensive option, but sometimes it IS! Big plus is that you'll never have to be anxious about the quality of the parts which can often be the case with some of their competitors! Nice, knowledgeable, competent counter staff.

Great store great staff use them daily sometimes multiple times a day for my job for parts they usually have the part in stock or can get it that day very amazing place

This is a typical auto parts store I drive a classic vehicle 1949 Ford they actually have some parts in stock for my vehicle or can order them and have them the next day I find quality parts inventory requiring the Burley very friendly and knowledgeable staff

My son & I were in route from Portland Or to Hampton Va. Our 91 Jetta diesel was having vibration issues on Hwy 64 so we pulled into the Staunton Napa. I want to bring to light the helping hand the employees showed us with our car. Letting us clean-up and the use of their parking lot. Especially Robbie who stayed after hours helping us.

I STOPPED BY THIS MORNING HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY WIPER BLADES THEY HAD IT FIXED WITH IN 10 MINUTES AND I WAS ON MY WAY EXCELLENT SERVICE AND STAFF THANK YOU HAPPY HOLIDAYS BE SAFE

The customer service at this particular Napa, for the lack of better word, SUCKS. They refused to accept a return for an item that was purchased at another Napa. They were rude and discourteous. With millions unemployed, one wonders why the ones who are working are such unhappy and useless punch of people.
