I really had a great experience there. The staff was great and also did a great job on my car to help me get back on the road quickly and safely. David did an amazing job assisting me through out the entire process. I can t thank him enough for his support and dedication.

My car was making an awful noise so I pulled into Mr. Tire where Jason and his crew were extremely helpful, through, and attentive. Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to help my son and I get back home safely!

Won t go anywhere else unless I have to. I had an unprecedented experience with this mechanic. Went in for brakes on my NV200 and asked them to keep an eye out for other things. They noticed a shake in my engine and quoted me a price which I agreed to. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT WHEN I WENT IN TO PAY THEY ONLY CHARGED ME FOR WHAT THEY NEEDED AND MY COST WAS ABOUT $300 LOWER THAN MY AGREED UPON QUOTE? Who does that in 2024? THESE HONEST MECHANICS DO AND THEY HAVE EARNED MY BUSINESS AND LOYALTY. Thank you Mr. Tire!!!!!

They got me in and out for my state inspection! I had a nice chat with the manager during my half hour wait and everyone there was very friendly!

In visiting relatives when we realized we had a huge bulge on one of our tires, there was no way we were going to try and drive 8 hours back home. They got us in and out the door in less than 30 min with a new tire. Reasonably priced, great customer service, if you're in a pinch, see these folks.

My car died on me on a Friday. I called and said I would have it towed on Saturday, they didn't hesitate to make sure that I knew it would be taken care of for me. They were finished within a few hours of drop off and I was so surprised and happy because I thought it would take much longer! I cannot recommend this location more to anyone needing car care. I appreciate their timeliness and curteous manner with their customers!!

I have taken my vehicle to the Greenville Avenue location in Staunton, Virginia for 20+ years now; after a horrible experience at another garage that thought they could take advantage of a young woman. Since then my husband, and now our eldest daughter do the same. They have always been honest with us and show such politness and courtesy. I have been able to get free oil changes and state inspections through the dealership that we purchased our vehicles from but do not, and never will. I trust Tom and now John. Every employee I have ever interacted with has shown the same politeness and courtesy. If someone wants an honest garage to look at their vehicle or of course, purchase tires, I send them to Tom/John at the Staunton, VA location.

Took my vehicle here for just a simple oil change and oil filter, vehicle was running fine. After the man there asked me several times if my check engine light was on and me telling him no, he proceeds to do the oil change, once he's done I pay the man and leave, immediately out of the parking lot my check engine light comes on, the gas petal pushed all the way to the floor only made the car go 2mph, I turn around to go back and say something and almost ran a redlight and got someone cause the brakes weren't working at all, if it weren't for me being on a incline it would've been bad. Once I get back to Mr tire all they can say is, have you ever heard of a coincidence? Like really!?!

Wonderful customer service! We were on our way home from vacation with low tire pressure. This shop got us right in when we were in a pinch. They were friendly and wonderful. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

Tom from the Staunton, Va location is absolutely the best asset you all have. He is very attentive, courteous, trustworthy and I will always recommend him and this company. He has not ever steered me wrong nor tried to make a sale just for money by giving false and inaccurate findings. Thank you all so much for your services. Haven t been to this location in years because of poor service, Why should I expect any difference with the same Manager behind the desk, Sign on the door say open 8-5 today 9/4 Labor Day, got there at 10am asked if they had time to inspect my car no no no come back Friday or Saturday he said! Seriously what a tool, one car in the parking lot, one car in the shop! Will Never go to this Staunton Location again, I would advise others the same, should be a zero star!!! ZERO STAR RATING!

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car in for inspection end of May and was told I had an exaust leak and needed to be fixed to pass inspection. Who ever did the welding/repair job to fix exaust welded wrongly and caused it to arc and burn out one of the 02 sensors to the brand new catalytic converter I just had installed 2 months prior to my visit. Not only that but messed up my new Cat. Converter so it ended up burning up as a result and now hove to replace it and the O2 sensors which is going to cost me over a thousand dollars including labor. I will never be returning to your buisness, and will direct others to go elsewhere as well.

Trevor did great work for me when I was in a jam. Never been to Staunton before but after this I may have to drive 3 hours for an oil change. :)

I just brought my perfectly running mercury mariner to mr tire and i mentioned the fact that it slips at a speed of 60 or above and when i come in for and oil change a oil filter and an air filter everything was fine, until i pulled out the car started sputtering it wouldnt even run up the road and the car was smoking and we even almost ran a red light because my brakes were messed up and i come back and they blame it on the slipping. A complete waste of my time and my hard earned money.

Stopped in with an emergency repair, Tom and his team jumped right on it. Very nice people, Tom and and Ryan did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Thank you Mr. Tire. I had the unfortunate pleasure of having had a simple oil changed performed in your "garage" on 09/20/22. After re visiting your garage again on October the 3rd for the aftermath of what your garage exactly did and two separate garages and mechanics later, a completely fried engine on a 2017 Jeep Renegade. I've attached photos of what exactly occurred. I am going to assume your "mechanics" can decipher what the photos are.PS. Service Manager "Tom",Looks like it wasn't the AC after all.

Great service! We were in town & the car started knocking. We made it to Mr. Tire & the gentleman said my alternator was bad needing replacement. He gave use a couple options about repair & didn t charge us an arm & a leg either. My car was repaired in a few hours. I think they took pity on us since we were from out of town & had a very long drive ahead of us. My car hasn t been this quiet in a long time.I recommend this business.

These guys are great!!! Went it in after my low tire pressure indicator came on. Within minutes my car was in the shop and the problem was located. In about 20 minutes the screw was out of my tire, my tire was plugged and I was ready to go. Guys were so friendly and helpful to me, plus super fast service. I will definitely be returning whenever I have issues again. Thanks guys for all your hard work !!!!! Great job!!!

I had a very pleasant experience getting my car inspected at Mr. Tire. This was my first time using this company. I had read the reviews before choosing them and I was not disappointed. I made my appointment online and the whole drop off, pick up process was so easy. Tom, the manager on duty was extremely professional and polite. I had one minor repair to be done for the car to pass inspection and it was completed just fine. I will be going there again.

They did an oil change for me not too long ago. Getting an appointment was quick. Same day appointment. Guy at the front desk was very nice. They were quick and did a great job. It was decently priced. Also, they didn't try and sell me a bunch of other services which is very refreshing. I would recommend every one go there for service. Knowledgeable staff. Very great!!!
