The Service Department at McDonough Toyota is always prompt with their appointments, and the waiting room is clean and well appointed. If any additional work not covered by warranty is needed, they provide options and quotes before just starting that work. Staff is kind and professional.

They have nice vehicles but when I went there looking for one nobody ever asked me if they could help or even walk out to let me know anything. I wanted to know a price for a car and I had to place my phone number in there for them to send me a price. They eventually called me to see if I wanted to test drive a vehicle.No thanks!

Super quick and extremely accommodating. Blew an oil line over the weekend, so I had to drop the car off after hours. Expected to be waiting a week + before the repairs were done and it was ready to pick up. Called Monday and they had already pulled it into the shop, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part needed. They called back to say repairs were finished Tuesday evening and car was ready to pick up. Paperwork was managed online and they arranged to leave the keys for me to pick up after hours so I didn't have to take time off work to get the car.

I went to get a tire fixed. It was explained to me. Why the tire couldn't be fixed. And she showed me why it would be best to get new tires all the way around. Then she gave me several options to think about .
