Took my BMW in for brake install and an oil change. The shop was awesome overall. Customer service was professional and informative, and the service was great, including the price which was affordable. I do recommend this shop to any looking for service in the valley.

These guys are awesome. Alternator went out while traveling through town on business. These guys took care of me quickly and even gave me a car to use to get to a hotel and get dinner. Top notch! Highly recommended.

I have trusted these guys with my vehicle since I started driving 11 years ago, and I still take it there to this day. They re very good at explaining what repairs need to be made and breaking down the cost. They re very honest and treat my vehicle as if it s their own. I had a great experience with Mastertech when purchasing my Tahoe. Matt is very kind and accommodating. I prefer to get honest customer service instead of the put on a smile show you get at big dealerships. Mastertech made me feel like a friend instead of a customer. And for that, I ll continue to support them.

Bought a used 2016 F-150 in great shape at a very fair price. Staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything succinct (which I appreciate!). Had heard good things from native locals, and would highly recommend.

I reached out to a listing for a vehicle on their lot on a Friday night and asked if I could make an appointment to look at the vehicle in the morning. I hadn t realized they were closed on the weekends but that didn t matter, Matt offered to meet me even though they were closed. It was the EASIEST car buying process of my life. I didn t have to sign a million documents, and I never felt pushed to purchase the vehicle. The inside of the vehicle was clean, and detailed. I had a great experience. Thank you!!!

My husband and I have been looking everywhere for a Dodge Ram with a flat bed for our farm. And sure enough we found one at Mastertech. Matt Roadcap was excellent to work with. He treated us right! In the future we plan to get a second Dodge truck and we will definitely go back to Matt the second time!!

I have used Lamond s for YEARS and I mean YEARS. I ve known the family for even longer. You cannot find a better place to take your car. I trust them completely. Bryan is one of the best men you ll ever know, and a darn good technician.Kelly has been a great addition to the Lamond s family for years as well. Always working my car in when she can, as well as Becka. They have always used quality parts and I haven t paid an arm and a leg.I take my car there for inspections constantly, and I trust every word they say my vehicles need.I m needing a transmission soon for our vehicle, and I will guarantee I will bring it there for the repair. To say they went above and beyond doesn t cover it. They were honest. As a woman, it is so difficult to find an honest repair shop that is willing to go the extra mile to save me money. I have often felt at a disadvantage. They explained what was wrong and how to save $ me in the way the car was repaired. Kelly, the front desk operator was also very kind. She was knowledgeable and took time to help me get what I needed to know. Have continued to come back. 5 well deserved stars! Service: Engine repair

I drive 30 minutes past lots of other auto shops because I trust Mastertech! They are honest and reliable. Can t say enough good things about this shop! And Kelley in the office is awesome. I have frequent oil changes because I drive for a living. They keep me going! I was driving through from PA to WV & had an emergency exhaust situation. I called them & luckily they had an opening. Everyone was very nice and professional. They took care of me in a timely manor & had be on my way. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I worked with Matt, who was GREAT! Definitely a top notch purchasing experience. We were not able to get there until right before closing, but I had worked with Matt over the phone during the day to get things coordinated for test drive and purchase. He had all the paperwork ready for us, and we were in and out in about ~45 minutes. Matt even stayed until after 5 to accommodate us. Also, the truck we purchased was reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend.

I ve always loved coming to Mastertech for any of my cars needs! The technicians are always honest when it comes to what needs to be repaired and their knowledge on vehicles is spectacular! The front desk ladies have always been my favorite, greeting you with a warm welcome every time! I am disappointed with my experience with Mastertech auto. Recently I was accused of leaving a bad review for this establishment when I in fact did not, and even had a State Trooper call me. I do find it weird that the customer that left the bad review I was accused of leaving; had the exact same problem, and the exact same price as if $1600+ is just the standard pricing that Mastertech goes for.Reading some of these bad reviews I think it s crazy how hostile Mastertech responds to them, and how almost all of them have the same issues with over pricing and repairs not being made properly.I hope Mastertech can move on and become a better business and avoid issues like this with future customers. Thanks.

I have used MASTERTECH for many years, always very satisfied with the work they do. Today I bought a car from them for the first time. Matt was wonderful to work with, professional, no pressure, accommodating, and we got an excellent deal. I highly, highly recommend them for any vehicle needs.

Fast emergency response! We broke down on I-81 today traveling from Maryland to Tennessee to visit family. The tow truck driver recommended Mastertech, and we re glad he did. We planned to leave our car for a few days, get a rental and continue our trip, but after a quick diagnosis (misfiring #6 cylinder - needed plugs and one coil) Mastertech said they could work on our car immediately and get it back on the road in an hour. They were true to their word. Thanks Mastertech!

I was traveling through Virginia and stopped for the night in Staunton due to a vibrating issue coming from one of my wheels on my Jeep. I was desperate and nervous since I didn't know where to go...the first two places I checked out didn't have any openings until the next day I needed to get back to Florida due to work. Kelley took great care of me, she made sure I knew what was going on with the diagnostics and got me on my way in about an hour. The price was incredibly reasonable and the staff were super friendly. I wish I lived closer, I would use their services all the time. Meanwhile, I am going to fire my mechanic in Florida.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection

Our rear power window broke at a rest area on the interstate. It would not go up. I called them while we were driving to Florida and they were extremely efficient and competent. We had our 30-ft travel trailer attached and they accommodated us and even moved cars and backed our rig so it was easy to get out. The office staff was very organized and professional. Staunton is lucky to have such a great full-service repair shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend this shop. Our car's transmission broke down while on a road trip 3 hours away from home. I had the car towed to the shop after hours. Next morning I got a text from the shop that the car will be diagnosed right away. They were able to find a replacement transmission and completed all of the repairs faster than they originally promised and very reasonably priced.

Great experience, outstanding value!I went in for a check engine light. Not only did they promptly and cheaply diagnose the problem, but then proceeded to fix it in under thirty minutes, all for an extremely affordable rate! To compare to the dealership, this was no wait (compared to a one-week wait for the dealership), a fifth the price, and a quarter the hassle. This is my new favorite auto shop, and I strongly recommend others make this their first stop for automotive needs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is the only place I have taken my vehicle for over a decade and I will continue to do so. I've not only bought a car from Mastertech but have also had multiple other vehicles that I have owned serviced and repaired. I trust their work and pricing. Even thought they are probably not the cheapest in town, it is well worth it to me for the quality of work and the relationship I have developed with them over the years. They are dog-friendly, so I have met so many cute puppies while waiting for my car over the years. Kelley goes out of her way to be fair and transparent with everyone. I've referred countless people to Mastertech over the years because I appreciate them so much. We went to Mastertech for a second opinion after we had another local auto shop tell us we needed several repairs on our vehicle that didn t seem necessary. Everyone there is so professional, polite and honest. They ll never tell you you need something you don t rand when you leave you know your car or truck is truly in better shape then it was when you dropped it off. They were very thoughtful and helped me take care of my car, even though the prognosis was not good. They gave me great service and gave me very reasonable prices for work they did and searched for cheaper options so I wouldn't have to break the bank when I informed them I didn't have a lot of money to spend. They got my car back on the road when I needed it most. I am in the process of moving. I appreciate the help they gave very much! Even though I may not have the same car when I go back, I will definitely go back because I was given a fair and courteous service. Thanks again!! Daniel

I was going to get a quote from this business until I read the reviews. I always look at the bad reviews first, with the understanding that upset people stretch the truth. What turned me away were the responses from your company. Even if all of these people are lying I don't think it's right to reply with their personal information and especially in such an unprofessional manner.

Very pleased with my first service at Mastertech. Staff was nice, courteous and very responsive. They were quick to ID the problem with my car and got it up and running quickly and at a very fair price. I certainly will use them for my car care needs from now on.

I have been taking my cars to Master Tech automotive ever since I found them. I would say that s been about 15 years ago maybe more. I have always been happy with the work that the mechanics have done and I ve always been happy with the service that I ve gotten at the front desk! They saved me thousands of dollars last year when they let me know that the problem with my car was because of a recall and if I took it to a dealer I would get it fixed for free which I did. So I appreciate their honesty and hard work and I will continue to go there for as long as I own a car!

Based on great reviews on Google, I selected Mastertech Automotive and I was not disappointed. I was first greeted by Kelly who was both welcoming and professional. Kelly and the mechanic were very straightforward about my repairs and worked to get me the best price and repairs for my needs. I recently moved to the area and needed a reliable mechanic, I need to look no further, I am happy with the service and repairs and will be returning.
