These people are the best! I've been getting my car taken care of here for about 8 years. They are kind and honest. I've never felt they weren't telling me the truth. Honesty is so important when getting your car fixed. These guys are the best!

We have used Hershey Tire for inspections, repairs and new tires. Gail and Chad have always been great about explaining and advising with no pressure or up sale. Thanks for taking care of us.

Great service, great people. I've been a customer for years. They know my name. If you need anything, tires, inspection, come and see Gail, or Chad. They'll take good care of you.

We had a little scare so we stopped at Hershey auto and they checked us out real quick. Seems it was nothing major and we are able to continue on our run . Lucky Tails Express is lucky to have them here and I m sure the neighborhood as well . Thank you again

I got a flat tire when up in the forest. Every place I stopped to ask for a repair told me to go to Hershey Tire. They were very busy and they still fixed my tire and put on in for me in less than a half hour. These folks are so polite and knew I wasn t a local and still charged a reasonable fee. I hope that I never need them but if you do they are there.

.wow was here today to get my car inspected may 18 23 .to get my car inspected. I was here last year also they ended up charging me almost 1000 last year . my Jeep runs great and iv had no problems at all .I need my Jeep to go to uva offton . I see they blocked me from leaving reviews.wow way what are you hiding from .they nit-pick over my Jeep for over 2 hours trying to find things wrong with it so they could reject my inspection..over 2000. Worth of stuff there saying my Jeep needs .this was done because of a bad review I left last year.that I did fix after they fixed my jeep.now here we are ..I'm elderly disabled woman.and there just doing this to get back at me.. do not go here they will make you replace parts that do not need replaced.they blocked me on here for today's visit.so this is a review over from last years .I sure can't afford to fix everything there saying that needs fixed .so now I am with out transportation to uva .for myself and my granddaughter.

I moved to Staunton in April and just by Google reviews and one persons suggestion I decided to try Hershey. I scheduled an appointment for state inspection, oil & filter change, in at 10am and done just before 11am. Wow, such great service and the folks there are very friendly! And I paid about half of what I anticipated, based on service done in RVA. They got a new customer for life!

I've been taking my car to Hersheys for two years now and they are great. They have always done great work at fair prices. They check out every concern and explain every question. And today I was touched by how caring they are to its customers. I had a guy follow me in and start acting really creepy when I went to pick up my car. The owner noticed and walked me out safely when I was finished checking out. They are the best! Definitely a client for life

My son was on his way home from college and had car problems. Five hours from home and five from school, he was stuck. Gail, and the team at Hershey Tire was so kind and caring. They got him back on the road and on his way in no time. They understood his situation and reworked their day to help him. Wish we lived closer so we could have them work on our cars all the time!

These people are AMAZING! I went in for a simple state inspection, never having visited them before and I'm so glad I did! I did call ahead of time to make an appointment but super easy to do. Fairly easy to get to. The staff and mechanics are all so sweet and humble. They just happened to be having a busier evening and kept apologizing for the time I had to wait which is not even something I was much worried about. The cost for tires and labor was absolutely fair. In terms of ratings, the only reason it did not meet 5/5 is due to the difficulty maneuvering within and out of the lot but that's all.

I had an oil change at Hershey Tire and was very pleased that I chose to go there. The staff is polite and helpful and because I had an appointment I was in and out in a short time. The cost was reasonable and I highly recommend going to Hershey Tire for car repairs.

The customer service was efficient, and their timely, efficient work on my car got me back on the road in less than an hour. Being from out off town I was at their mercy and I felt respected and professionally cared for. I wish they were in my home town!

Took in my vehicle for an inspection. They failed it. Checked the brakes they said were bad only to find smooth rotors and almost new pads with enough length to make a nun shy. They wanted to charge me to tighten a bolt in my side view mirror... I would never recommend taking your vehicle here unless you want to pay for services that are completely unnecessary.

On our way out of town after our wedding weekend, we ended up with a flat! Everyone at Hershey Tire and Auto Repair was kind, and they got us back on the road in the time it took us to enjoy a coffee. Thank you!

I'm so grateful to Hershey Tire. My tire light was on, and I was about to begin a long drive to New York. The receptionist at my hotel recommended Hershey. Even though I just walked in off the street, they looked at the car quickly, diagnosed/fixed the issue and had me on my way in no time! Thanks to all!

Friday afternoon a mason from Luray was working on my property around the corner from Hershey. He had four new tires in the bed of his pickup that he had picked up earlier but had been unable to find anyone to mount them. Hearing the air wrench at Hershey (which sounds close by) he asked me if there was a tire dealer near. I assured him that there was and offered to call on the slight chance that they could get him in in the last 90 minutes of the work week. They could and they did.

Super, I moved to Staunton in 2016 and needed a mechanic. I absolutely love my mechanic in Richmond (RVA). I am always apprehensive about relocating to a new area about people's honesty in providing good service and quality of work. I was reluctant in trying Hershey Tires and Auto Repairs after my vehicle needed tired and work bout 2 years ago. It was a great decision. The front desk attendant was attentive, friendly, and even smiled to greet you entering the business. The quality of work is outstanding, including customer service. I totally trust and support Hershey Tires and Auto Repairs.

Stopped in today to get the tires rotated without an appointment. Was out in no time. This is where I buy tires, get them mounted, balanced, keep them rotated for free and bring them back when I need them replaced or repaired. These people really know their jobs and treat you right!

I trust the honesty of the workers at this shop. There was a slight miscommunication about a repair that I needed (after I called the front desk with revised instructions from what I'd given the mechanic), and rather than charge me the full price of the work they did, they amended the bill to match a lower estimate I had received from a different company. I am very grateful because I felt more confident in the abilities of Hershey's mechanic, but didn't think I could afford the price difference.

Absolutely wonderful, friendly, caring people . We ruined a tire 2 hours from our destination on a road trip from Missouri. And not just any tire, a rare size 19. They were able to get us a tire on their delivery truck and get us back in the road within a couple hours! Fantastic customer service and a very reasonable price! Thank you again Hershey Tire!!

Totally blown away by how fantastic these guys and gals are. My bill was far below the estimate, and I planned on spending the whole day waiting but ended up walking out in less than 2 1/2 hours. The staff was friendly and I am super impressed by how well me and my truck were taken care of. I've lived in 6 different states now and I have never once had an experience this all-around positive. I absolutely will be back. Thank you so much to the shop and to Ronnie for taking extra good care of us!

I've been going there for years! I trust this business, and I've never been disappointed. The staff are honest, courteous, and the prices are reasonable. As an older female, I particularly like that they listen to what you're saying, without being condescending. All this, and they do a great job on your vehicle!

Recently had my Jeep inspected and had to call them afterwards. Not for a problem or complaint, quite the opposite. I had to call them to thank them. I had forgotten that I was due for an oil change; not only did they catch it, they handled it for me. I love these guys - totally trustworthy, and how do you put a dollar value on that?

I've taken my car here for the last year and these guys are for real. Honest, affordable, good service. They can get busy so it's a good idea to call ahead if you have an appointment to confirm the time.

Incredible help for an outsider.Dropped my car off around 10 with a nail in the tire. It was fixed before noon. $20. Incredibly polite team members and so fast!Thank you so much y'all!!
