Gary and co were very genuine and upfront. They serviced a few things on the rodeo before I bought it including the timing belt, which made me feel more at ease buying a 20 year old car. Thanks!

Nothing about this place is professional. Complete waste of money. Do not recommend. Since you ve made a post saying, let s tell the whole story then I guess we shall yes I brought a converter that you said would not fit my vehicle but guess what it does fit my vehicle. It s currently on my car. and your mechanic never even attempted to take my old one off because the bolt hadn t even been broken free from my engine nor did he put back my motor mount bolts correctly and I had to replace those. Never did I get paperwork on anything that was supposedly performed but like I said the convert that I brought for y all to put on does fit it s on my car now currently. There s no way that it was anywhere close to four hours of work, because nothing on my vehicle had been done except the motor mount brackets taken off. Apparently, I still stand on the fact that you did nothing to my vehicle and it was a waste of time and money

Gary is a super helpful, knowledgeable and informative salesman. Customer service is A1. He didn't have what we were looking for initially, but ended up finding the perfect vehicle for us at a very reasonable price.I'd recommend you go here if you are looking for a used car. Ask questions! He has the answers!

My husband and I have now purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The one vehicle had a small issue less than 24 hours after taking off the lot. The mechanic was the nicest, most friendly helpful person I have encountered in a long time. His work ethics is what America needs brought back. AND I understand what.."as is" means when you purchase a older used vehicle so I wasn't expecting it to be taken care of but they did.

My husband had work done on both of his trucks. Very fast turn around! I bought a used vehicle. Outstanding experience! They are the service providers I remember from forty years ago. It is a wonderful thing to know there a reliable, honest, and friendly business so close to us!

Shady business watch what you buy look at the frames take it to a real mechanic I worked there and was fired for not putting bondo in frames the owner will say I was fired over a scanner I never used I own my own tools then he says it's because I was charged with something 15 years ago I'm on the sex offender registry but real reason is he selling vehicles with rusted frames the so called mechanics there don't know anything so just watch what you buy... I meen look at the reviews Heather Clark took her car there they left out her motor mounts very dangerous then they said they tried her new converter but you can see the bolts and nuts are still rusty they like screwing people over so just watch what you get or do there if you want real service go to surratt auto on Richmond rd professional mechanics and business owner he wants put my business out to everyone I will.do the same except I'm honest he's not he refused to take out taxes he refused to not pay me for my hours worked he would deduct 1 hour for lunch even if I didn't take lunch he just a flat out lier and crook let's also mention Gary's state inspector his buddy not going say his name on here but he just slaps stickers on for him and talk about stealing he has a mechanic there was fired for stealing state inspection stickers he also has guy there who has no salesman license

Awesome place here! I bought a 2012 Subaru Legacy, I got a great deal on a great car. They ve done an oil change and some additional maintenance and they are super modest with their pricing and quick to take care of things compared to other mechanics that I ve dealt with. Their sign says Founded on Trust, Integrity and Respect and I definitely feel that they have integrity and I trust and respect them. Super sweet vibes, such nice guys in the office, clear and efficient mechanics. Highly recommend if you need a used vehicle or any kind of maintenance.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Gary gave me the BEST car buying experience I ve ever had!! After a long 8 months of being told No due to high payment quotes I couldn t afford, and dealerships giving me run arounds I finally found this AMAZING place! Was driving cross country when my vehicle's throttle body just called it quits cruising down I-81. Being 300 miles from home, and in an area of the country I am not that familiar with, I stumbled into Driven Motors. The team there were incredibly helpful!They were able to connect me with a local tow truck and get my vehicle into their shop on Saturday morning. 20 minutes versus a 2-hour wait compared to my insurance provisioned road side assistance. After that, they had a mechanic test and diagnose my car within the first hour at the garage. They sourced OEM replacement parts, went and picked them up, and had my car repaired - all in under 3 hours - on a Saturday!The whole time I sat in the office, the staff talked with me to ask about me and the experience I had been dealing with. Incredibly reasonably priced labor and bill. I paid it gladly! They even called me an hour after I left the garage to check and see how my return drive was going!300 miles later, home safe with no more misadventures! I came in on a Saturday and test drove a 2011 Ford Escape they had for my wife. Gary told me all the ends and outs of the vehicle. They let me put half the money down and bring him the rest later in the week. They was understanding and very polite. When I came in with the rest of the money Gary had all the paper work done so I just had to sign and get the keys. I will definitely use them again when I m in the market for another vehicle.

I was in need of a car to replace the one I've driven forever. I searched multiple sites and was fortunate to discover Driven Motors and my Mitsubishi Mirage G4. I went in and test drove two... absolutely no pressure and friendly fast service. The only used car place that I found that did not charge an extra fee to sell me a car! I'm no haggler but they even reduced the price for me! They do all of the DMV work right there..thats a huge time saver. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in the market for a used car. They also do mechanical and inspections.. I'm a little far from them but still would consider having them work on my car because I found them to be quite trustworthy. I'm grateful I took my time looking for this car and was lucky enough to stumble upon Driven Motors on Car gurus.

I bought a car for my niece from Driven Motors. The price was fair, and Gary gave us a 30 days warranty . He fixed a few things, breaks, heating, changed all the fluids. I really appreciate him fixing the heating, I know it was a lot of work! He even gave me a new key battery! Highly recommend this business!

Just bought a used Honda from Gary, my first car! I was given a 30 days warranty! Garry fixed a couple things, heating and breaks were covered by the warranty. I am very pleased with the business. Will recommend Driven Motors to everybody!

Drove from Louisa to buy a nice used Subaru. Great car and dealership. The couple trivial things I found owner fixed under 30 day warranty. Will definitely buy here again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First of all when I purchased the truck they told me I could come get it in the morning after it was inspected. It was finally ready for me to pick up at 3:38pm. More importantly 3 days after buying a truck the check engine light comes on. I take it to them and "they can't find anything wrong with it." The light continues to come on. "Nothing wrong with it." Now the radiator needs replaced and they won't fix it cause it's been 3 months. Will never buy another vehicle from these people. Will also be filing with the Better Business Bureau.

Gary is a crook! 10 months after purchasing a $5000 car all brake lines rusted out and failed. Undercarriage was so rusted out my mechanic said I was driving a death trap! Could have killed me and others! Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROm THIS MAN! Will be reporting to the better businesses bureau!

I was searching for a vehicle for my son with some absolutely horrible experiences until we went to Driven Motors. The staff was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Driven Motors. Honestly I don t know if I would go anywhere else.

Gary is a man built on integrity. I always have my guard up when going to a car dealership, but I quickly saw that this dealership was not trying to sell off damaged goods. They pay great attention to detail on their vehicles and fix things they notice before selling while other dealerships would sell as is in the condition they got it. On top of it, they offer maintenance services for free for the first few months which told me they care about their customers. Being from out of town, Gary worked around my schedule. They will also search out cars for you if they don't have want you want on the lot. Was the best and easiest car buying experience I have had. Job well done! I highly recommend this dealership!

I recently bought a jeep patriot from driven motors had it for 2 weeks had a mechanical issue that we thought was small but ended up being a little larger, the issue was fixed and covered 100% by them. Gary went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle was fixed correctly and was great in keeping me posted on what was going on. Not only Gary but his mechanic Alan were great. I would recommend them to anyone. Was a pleasure doing business with them and it's still good to know that there are businesses and people that stand true to their word.

Excellent!! 5 stars & two thumbs up! We can't say enough about how this place tops our list of small business car dealerships. Gary was very honest and down to earth when helping with our sale. Price was fair and no pressure to buy like some big dealers. We were exceedingly accommodated with test drives and very happy with everything overall. Top notch experience! We definitely recommend Driven Motors to anyone! You won't be disappointed

Driven motors is yet the best around, the owner Gary has been nothing but a blessing to me. Today makes 2 months since I've purchased my vehicle from him and I can honestly say I'm more than impressed. He's very understanding and trustworthy, Gary has went beyond measures making sure that I had a dependable vehicle. If you're looking to purchse a vehicle look no further. Not only do I live an hour and a half away but when I got there to get my vehicle it was clean with brand new tires on it. Thanks Gary for all you have done for me. I recommend this car lot to anyone. I can go on and on but Driven motors a wonderful place to go.

Trustworthy. I can't say enough good things about Gary. As a woman buying a car I'm automatically defensive but he was straightforward and honest. We drove from out of state to look at the car and I'm so glad we did. Wouldn't hesitate to do it again on the next vehicle. We'll be back!

I called Gary about an older 1988 Ford Bronco II and he described it perfect!! I was coming from 675 miles away. I appreciated his honest answers to my questions about the truck!!!
