Chris is absolutely amazing!! From the moment I walked through his door he was on my side! He went above and beyond to help me navigate a (piss poor virtual claims adjuster) process. I honestly feel if it hadn't been for Chris, I would have been undercut by the insurance adjuster and wouldn't have been able to get all the hail damage out of the car. His team knocked out the job in a timely manner. The level of detail and care clearly shows in the results of their work, I'm very pleased!

Amazing works and great prices. After opening the door of my Mustang Mach-e into a lamp post I did a cursory google search and found Door Ding Doctor was only 10 mins away from me so I took my car to him immediately, he was super polite and gave me a quote in a matter of minutes. I scheduled the repair and brought it in after discovering a door ding on the other side of the vehicle, he was polite and professional and said he'd be happy to deal with that while it was there. The price for both dents was very reasonable coming to $200, neither were in very accessible parts of panels and I'd imagine the labor was rather intensive.

Chris did an awesome job removing over a hundred dents (from hickory nuts) on our Tesla and Toyota Highlander. He is a great guy to work with; flexible, pleasant and competent!

Chris was wonderful to work with. He is extremely professional and talented. I had dents in my aluminum body F150 and he did a phenomenal job repairing them. I highly recommend him and he will be my go to person from now on!!!

I am amazed at the quality of the work that Chris did for me! To begin with his professionalism and politeness are traits hard to find these days. I had received a quote for a softball dent but had not yet had it repaired, it was not high on my priority list. After a fender bender dented my doors, I made the time to go see Chris. So easy to deal with and I am pleased with the end result and the fair price. I highly recommend that you let him take a look before going to body shops....you will save money and meet a true professional!

I am very impressed with Chris' professionalism and work. I had a decent sized dent from a free-standing bike rack that fell over in the garage and hit the rear door of my pilot. I thought that I'd need major body work, but he was able to make it as close to factory new as possible. His pricing was very fair and he is meticulous in his work; highly recommend calling him if you need help with dents/dings!

He did work to two of my vehicles did an awesome job. He makes it look like brand new. If anyone needs dent removal this is the place hands down. Just an awesome guy that does awesome work!

We had two minor dimples in our trunk lid. Just enough to spoil it. So I went to a local body shop for an estimate: 14 hours and well over $500.Instead, I pulled in to the Door Ding Doctor. Christian took a look and said, "Oh, that's right up our alley. I can get that back to perfection." His estimate: about 2 hours and $110.Dropped the car off at 9:00 a.m. As I looked the car over, the harsh morning light revealed numerous little surface scratches or scuff marks around the car. Just incidental wear and tear for a 27-year-old vehicle. When Christian came out to get the car, I showed them to him, wondering aloud if I could bring it back sometime to see if any of them could be buffed out.One hour later, the two trunk lid dimples were gone and, indeed, "back to perfection". AND he had erased all of the scuffs and scratches he found!Rarely are my high standards and low expectations surpassed. Christian blew my mind. Absolutely top-notch professional work and service. It's rare I find five stars an insufficient scale.PLEASE MAKE HIM RICH (though it'll take awhile at his prices)!

Chris has gone above and beyond on both of my dinged up vehicles that I have taken to him. Great customer service and great to talk to. The quality of work is outstanding. Nothing but praise from me. Would recommend him to anyone and you better believe I will be back. Thanks again!

Chris at Door Ding Doctor is an experienced body shop professional. He made a large ding go completely away for a very reasonable fee while I waited in his comfortable lounge. I highly recommend you call him first for anything less than a major collision. Your wallet will thank you.

Props to my new best buddy, Chris, at Door Ding Doctor on Lee Jackson Hwy. (directly across from Belk). He removed a bunch of dents from my 15-year old, banged-up ride for less than dinner for two at Zynadoa (dessert, tax and tip included). Sheer wizardry. Plus, Chris took the haze off my headlights for free! Thanks a bunch.

Had a great experience with Chris (@ Door DIng Doctor in Staunton VA). Worked a large dent out of my door. It was way cheaper than my insurance deductible, From start to finish was under 2 hours. Cant even tell it was dented.
