If you need a used vehicle THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO ! Me and my husband have bought 2 vehicles from AMBER and they've both been great. Haven't needed anything other then regular maintenance. I recommend Consumers Auto Warehouse to anyone in need of a vehicle because they'll definitely put you in a good one.. but be sure to ask for Amber.. she's great !!

I came here needing reliable transportation. My credit is far from perfect and wasn't sure if anyone could help me. They had me approved and in a car in no time at all. Amber was excellent and so fun to work with. I left feeling like I made a new friend and with the perfect car for me. Was a great experience. You have gained a lifelong customer!

I went in to consumers close to closing time one recent evening. When I arrived I was greeted very professionally and very warmly! On top of that the staff stayed past closing time just to speak to me about what I was looking for and to allow a test drive. The next day they put me into exactly what I wanted asked for for the exact budget I asked for. In all my years of buying a new vehicle this was by far the fastest and most personal experience I've had where they listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted. To top it off everyone is very friendly and makes you feel right at home! Will forever be an on goin customer for future purchases! Thank you to the caw team for there efforts and hard work!

I'm absolutely satisfied with Consumers Auto Warehouse! I come from sales, and I don't trust car lots, yet I found myself buying a car from Consumers! Amber is GREAT! I went to a few different car lots that claimed that they would guarantee financing to buyers who have poor credit like I do, yet the only thing I got was "do you have someone who can cosign?". So, I came to Consumers and Amber attempted to get me into a car, my credit is bad enough that I got denied. I walked out of there and then she emailed me that they have a car that I qualify for, so I went back in. Before I knew it, I drove out with the car that I actually wanted! Thank you Consumers Auto Warehouse, definitely was desperate for a car. Amber was great, she's extremely polite, I normally don't trust people in sales saying that they will do what they can, because I cine from sales myself, but Amber did as she said she was, most definitely satisfied with the service I got, and this will not be the last car I buy from them, GREAT car lot, BUY FROM THEM!!!

We were in need of a second vehicle. I called and spoke with Amber and explained our situation. We met with her the same day. She showed us vehicles that would meet our needs. There was no pressure! After we chose one , Amber went over all the ins and outs with us to make sure this was a good fit for our situation. The financing department had already been working while we were testing out vehicles. This place has a great selection and operates efficiently without any pressure or hidden agendas. When you need a car Consumer Auto Warehouse is the place to go.! You don t have good credit? No issue! They put me in an amazing 2014 Hyundai Accent with a little down payment in their, IN HOUSE FINANCING! Speak with Amber, she will set you straight and rolling out the lot in some new wheels.! Best sales representative I ve ever met! They make you feel like family and meet any needs you may have.! I will definitely be staying with this company!

If I could give them more stars, I would!First things first, Amanda in the service department is truly a gem. I had an old Ford that I took there for over two years. All the techs there were honest with me and went above and beyond to fix what needed to be fixed in addition to routine oil changes and state inspections. They were also more than happy to tell me when a repair could be put off for a while longer. I appreciate this because, as a teacher, every dollar counts and it was always nice to be able to save up for more expensive repairs. My Ford was falling apart and when it came time to replace it I went straight to CAW. Amanda, Tyler, and Tarin worked in tandem to help me find, finance, and drive off in an amazing Subaru! It was exactly what I was looking for.Tyler was a fantastic sales representative. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to pressure me into buying a vehicle I wasn't interested in. He definitely took the time to treat me and my son with kindness and respect. I felt very comfortable with him and I knew he would help me find the perfect vehicle for my family, and he did!Truly and all-star team at CAW, from service and sales to finance and detailing.

Great car buying experience. Amber, the sales associate that helped us, was personable, patient and knowledgeable. There was no sales pressure. The car was clear and in great shape. It was also priced reasonably. If i need another car, CAW will be my first stop.

The people who work here are fantastic and will do anything to help a customer. This isn t one of those dealerships with fake people in suits trying to hustle you. These are really cool, laid back and fun people who are honest with you and not pushy at all.

I made an appointment to test drive two cars that I looked at online.I enjoyed the quick curtius service that I received from CAW Customer Service.My Auto Salesman Tyler was knowledgeable about what I wanted and I am now enjoying my 2014 Scion iQ.

Hands down, the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. We came to Andrew with very specific wants and needs and he worked tirelessly to get us in the vehicle that would work for our family. Great experience from start to finish. We were only on day one of hunting for a new vehicle and had no intention of finding such a great fit so quickly, but the staff were so helpful and informative that it was easy to just go for it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

Brought back my first car I bought to trade in and was given the same excellent service. I cannot say enough good things about CAW. The whole staff is kind and helpful. I trust them. Hear that in your head. I recommend this company to everyone. Even if you do not buy a car I recommend their auto shop. Finding an auto shop you can trust is amazing. Definitely recommend if you're in need of a used vehicle ! I've purchased two myself, a Kia sportage and a dodge ram and they're both great vehicles. Haven't had a problem with either one. Be sure to ask for Amber as your salesperson though, she makes everything quick and easy to understand. Most definitely the best salesperson at CAW!

After being to 5 car dealerships and being told no due to Credit,I was talking to some friends and they recommended this place,I went in talk with amber told her what was going on and she work her magic and got me into this very nice 2017 Nissan Sentra,it the perfect size for my little family and I have absolutely fell in with it, I can not thank amber enough for all of her help

Wonderful experience the car needed new wipers and I had to work the next day so I couldn t get them the guy that sold me the car went out of his way to drop them off at my house. Everyone that worked there was so nice would remember for anyone that needs help finding a bank to work with u because they do it all for u. So amazing can t thank them enough

Tyler made our transition into our new truck seemless! Extremely nice and professional! He was transparent through the whole process. Everyone in the building was super nice! Andrew (the owner) was pleasant and made sure we got everything we needed as well! We will definitely return in the future if we need another car.
