The Subaru team is wonderful! I hadn't bought a car in over 20 years. The sales team (especially Brian Cook and Bryan Sites) answered my many questions with patience and professionalism and went to great lengths to find a vehicle with every feature that I wanted, including color. It was a great, stress-free experience and I couldn't be happier with my new car and the price I got it for, including discounts and complimentary bonuses! I highly recommend the Staunton Subaru dealership and the staff to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Everyone I have worked with has been incredibly helpful and nice. Harry was easy to work with for the purchase and has been readily available for follow up questions. So far, I am very happy with my new Forester and with the way I have been treated by the folks at the dealership.

Friendly and knowledgeable dealer. Good organization, no high pressure, spend time understanding our interests and making meaningful suggestions, both to add items AND to point out items that might not be all that useful to us.Would definitely recommend them to friends, and will be the first place we go when we are looking for our next vehicle.Special shout out to Josh Smith.

If you re looking for a new Subaru my husband and I would definitely recommend working with Brian at CMA s Valley Subaru in Staunton, Virginia. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and we never felt pressured. He answered all of our many questions and followed up with us after we got the vehicle home. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we love our new Forester!

I m very pleased with my experience with Valley Subaru and working with Justin Bennett was a pleasure. He was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. The process of buying my car was completed in under an hour. Additionally, while I was not able to come to a deal with the dealer for my trade in, Carmax came in with a better offer and Justin drove my new car with me as I drove my old one to Carmax to sell to them. That is quality service that can t be matched. Thank you all so much!

Brian Cook has helped me over the last 3 years with my 2020 lease turn purchase Forester. Due to unforeseen circumstances my car was totaled. Brian has been EXTREMELY helpful in this entire process of trying to find a new vehicle within my price range, and did everything he could to get me in a brand new 2023 Forester. The best part is, my payment is even less than it was with the purchased 2020! I recommend Subaru to everyone I know looking for a car because I have never felt like what I wanted mattered more than here at Valley Subaru. Truly an amazing experience every single time I walk in.

Had our 2011 Subaru in for a oil change on 29 December 2023. I approved additional work. Upon picking up the car, I was going over the service ticket asking questions about some charges. Service advisor got an attitude saying I authorize the charges and that I could have done the work myself. Don't think I'll be having service done again at this dealership.

Frank Smith was our Salesman and he was amazing! Treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. Never felt hassled or rushed. He asked questions and made sure we got exactly what we needed! Not only was he able to match our CarMax Trade-In offer, but financing was easy and he also took time to show me features on the new car that blew my mind. We drove 3+ hours to my husband s hometown dealership and now I see why - these are the best folks in the business! Thank you Valley Subaru for bringing me into the family!!

I worked with Brian Cook on getting a new ascent. He showed me a loaner model since there were no new ascent onyx editions on the lot. He went over every detail then we moved to the ordering part. He got me the best trade in value and was so kind. He even found me the car I wanted at another CMA lot and had someone go get it which got me my new car like a month earlier. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Mike the finance guy. He was great. Very kind and was able to get my monthly payment in my budget and even got a better interest rate than originally discussed! I went to three other lots and I m glad I ended up here. This is my first Subaru and needless to say it will not be my last. I ll definitely be back in the future. Definitely recommend seeing Brian if you are looking for a new car even if it s not a Subaru you re looking for!

I bought a new WRX at this dealership in 2021 and have had absolutely dreadful experiences ever since. I feel compelled to share my story to save potential customers from making the same mistake I did.First and foremost, they advertise services like tire rotation, but they don't actually perform them. I brought my car in for a routine service and specifically requested a tire rotation. To my dismay, when I inspected my vehicle after leaving the dealership, it was evident that the tires had not been rotated. This has happened on two separate occasions. This level of negligence is inexcusable.To make matters worse, when I went in to get a tire patched I noticed that my rim was scratched after the service. It's evident that the dealership's employees lack the necessary care and attention to detail when handling customers' vehicles. They clearly have no respect for your property.Moreover, the customer service was abysmal. When I approached the staff to address these issues, they were dismissive, unapologetic and even accused me of saying their employees couldn t do anything right because they were gay. When I asked for the phone recordings where I was accused of saying such things, they couldn t provide them. I was later contacted by the GM who informed me that the recordings were reviewed and I had been mixed up with another customer. When I notified them of my scratched rim they assured me it would be resolved. After a lengthy process, I finally got my car back and soon realized that their resolve to this issue was to buff off the gloss finish of the rim entirely.Based off of my experience I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reputable dealership to steer clear of this place. They have not delivered on their promises, and their lack of professionalism and care for customers' vehicles is simply unacceptable. There are plenty of other reputable dealerships in the area that value their customers and take pride in their work, so do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs. Your car and your peace of mind deserve better.

The staff at Valley Subaru were top notch. Excellent delivery presentation for my first ever Subaru. It's not my first car from a CMA Valley dealership and won't be my last!
