Body shop has terrible customer service. I never received any update on the progress of my car, I always had to call them. When I called, I generally received attitude even from the manager. On one instance I called a month into then having my car and was told by the person who answered the phone my car was almost done. I received a called later that day from the manager stating they had found more issues with it and they need to keep it a month more and my estimate would be increasing by a few thousand dollars. I am now having to take my car back because the paint is chipping 3 weeks after having it back.
