DO NOT GO TO THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS! This guy (Probably the owner) is not professional at all and is very disrespectful to prospective customers. First off, he charges $50 for estimate while everywhere else around town was doing it for free. He barely looks at your car then try to find out if you have been anywhere else for an estimate and how much they were charging just so he can get an idea as to how much to charge you. A true professional who has been in business for "10+" years would've known how much a job like that would cost instead of piggybacking off others in the business. As soon as I told him that I was shopping around and he immediately told me that if I go to the other places they would charge me between $3500 and $6000 (not true), when I repeated that I was shopping around he just walked off threw up his hands in anger and went back inside without saying a word. Customer service sucks here (non-existent). If you want quality work done, go to JJ Allen Auto and Painting. They did quality work on my car for way less than $3500 and customer service there was impeccable.

Was unexpectedly stuck in VA on a road trip on a Sunday night at around 3 am. We thought our wheel bearing was shot and exhaustedly got a hotel and in the morning my man was randomly calling local shops to see if they could get us in real quick so we could get home to our obligations. He talked to Charlie (the boss) who had apparently a great energy about him and he told us to come right in. We got there and got the car in the bay right away and started conversating with Charlie because it's always a stressful situation when possibly stranded in an unfamiliar place, but he put us at ease with his almost serene feel to his aura. While my car was getting fixed, this perceptive man was able to tell me about some stuff I had bottled up for years and he told us God loves us and had a plan (I know a lot of people say this kind of thing, but you had to be there, I'm usually pretty cynical and it was definitely like being in the presence of a loving, safe family member you've known forever.) He politely asked if he could pray for me and idk, it feels like a weight was lifted off my chest and shoulders, a heavy weight that I had been hiding from everyone, even my man who is basically my bestie, for years. While all this is going on, the mechanic, (E, I'm sorry, I can't recall his name but he also was super kind and had a way about him and radiated a peace) was fixing my car and coming in and showing me the dangerous ball joint and lower control arm assemblies that were basically shot and thoroughly explaining to us the problems and how much the parts would be to economically make my vehicle safe again, etc. We were here for a few hours and basically I feel like God had placed us in this very office in this unfortunate situation to take us out of our lives and heads for a minute so he could, through Charlie who has the gift of discernment, tell us we are forgiven for past things we weren't letting go of and to face some things we had been holding on to that was decaying our souls and walk out of there glowing, tranquility shining brightly with the experience being in his presence even for just that short time frame. My car AND my heart got repaired today, and this man even reached my very stoic man who barely opens up about anything. Charlie has a gift that he is sharing freely with the world, it was like a bit of a counseling session, too because he's very humble and wise aboutrelationships and having pain in your past and we ended up talking through a lot of things. It was weird because I would normally never do anything like that and it wasn't like a pushy thing like some spiritual people who are trying to convince you (and often themselves also), it was very natural and sort of progressed without effort, the Lord stopping by the shop to work through Charlie, sort of extraordinary in a very unassuming way. The mood was homey and comfortable, like talking through things with an old friend. The bonus to it was that my car was also knowledgably and carefully gone over and fixed, and E even checked out my fluids and topped them off and polished my cloudy headlights. It was very affordable too for all the work and the time it took to get done and meanwhile I'm getting a crash course in the Lord working through a stranger to heal some unresolved trauma. I'm telling you it was extraordinary and a perfect storm of circumstances that led us here. It was an amazing experience and I feel like we also made a couple friends along the way, but wow what a otherworldly and divine thing to happen and it was uncanny because I am a believer, but not the kind of person to believe stuff that isn't readily something I have evidence of, but I know from that feeling that went up from my the base of my diaphragm to my whole chest that it was real and honestly it was a little scary feeling so seen and understood, but at the same time the mood was just one of almost like we'd always known each other and familiarity

The best all around! I didn t recognize my car ( inside, outside and under the hood ) totally like new! Then the God given blessings from management. Highly recommend now and in the future!!!

The owner is very understanding and will work with you on payments. If it wasn t for him I wouldn t have had the car I had. He is a good person and an even better friend. Please let me tell you!,I heard about the Awesome work C & E Ultimate Auto does from my family and I recieved the special detailing service for my Suv and it was none other than the most dignified, Stately thing i have ever seen done for my vehicle's interior and exterior!. My Suv was SO dirty inside and out... Iam not proud to say that much of this at least 4yr dirt was food and pollen buildup, carpet stains on cream colored carpet, stains on cream color leather seats, and worst of all layers of Rust on my rims and in the crevices of them. It was easy setting a day up with them to drop my vehicle off for the work and when i got it back later same day my mouth jropped in appreciation for the restoration of it's appearance inside and out and the first thing i noticed was this huge glow comming from the white paint of my vehicle, im talking yes a Huge Glow and the tires and rims looked so shiney and clean they look like new tires! Not to mention my vehicle had a bad musty smell before the detailing but thats gone too now and from the cleaning that smell has been replaced with like what im trying to describe as a fresh mint smell....i mean seriously i love mint like my goodness haha! Im very thankful to be one of their customers!, You can easily tell they have a passion for exceptional quality vehicle work. Come see them!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing

5/5 Stars. Quick and efficient work. Replaced (sub par) work done by another local shop and took the time to explain what had happened to need the work done a second time. Charged less than quoted which was a very pleasant surprise. Charles and Edward are outstanding professionals! Ignore what appears to be a sour grapes review from a former, disgruntled employee. These fellows are top notch, honest, respectable - I cannot say enough good things about their work ethics and abilities and -- I do not offer this sort of praise lightly. My SUV was filthy on the inside. It had not been detailed since we bought it 3 years prior. The guys at C&E Auto made it look like the day we left the dealership. I am very satisfied with their work, and they were all very polite. I would suggest these gentlemen to everyone. Thank you guys for making my Rose (the suv name) look beautiful again. The leather seats are soft and you were able to get my 98 pound lab hair out, and all the stuff my 2 kids did to the backseat! I could wrote multiple paragraphs of my experience, but just try them for yourself.

Charles and his team did an amazing job on my husband s truck. They replaced the bumper, fender, and Rhino lined the back of his truck and made his 2003 Frontier look better than it did when we first bought it.

My 90 year old mothers 2012 Buick had paint rubs from where she had taken out mailboxes and fence post. C and E Auto was able to buff out all the paint rubs and scratches. They waxed it and buffed it where it looks almost brand new. I couldn't have been happier at any other place. Charlee is the bomb at making things look new and my mother's car now pops again. 5 out of 5 for C& E ultimate auto ... parentheses around the ultimate

Took my car there for a detailing. They put swirls all over the car and after 2 buff outs, it still looks worse than when I brought it in. They sure didn't screw up the paint on any of their cars out front! They must have dropped the buff pad in the dirt.

This is a great group of master teches. Reasonably priced and super kind in every way. The guys never talk down or over my head; a comfortable safe place for a gal to go. If they are unable to tackle the issue, they let me right away and suggest a place that can. Love love love this place.

I love these guys. I've taken sveral different vehicles to them for various issues and they always diagnose and fix the problem correctly and economically. They don't do inspections though.

Horibale place to work owner really rude treats everyone like dirt all I can say is do not take your cars there they try sell you stuff you dont need they dont do none of the painting there but yet they say they do how can you be a born again Christian and use gods name in vain or rip people off this shop should be closed down I witnesses alot of shady stuff go down there so if you want your car worked on bring it to me I treat you alot better and they dont have any equipment to diagnose your car just a 50 dollar scanner no state of the art equipment and they don't have experienced mechanics they take your vehicle to a different place and charge you for diagnoses they never did the owner will rip you off this is the most shady place I ever worked at
