I had a rounded lug nut I couldn't remove with the wrench that came with the car. I was able to buy a few extra lug nuts, and the counter man even came out with a wrench to help me remove the nut I couldn't. There were only two employees working. They were dealing with about six customers, with the phone ringing nonstop, as well. They were doing all they could, one person at a time, with amazing grace under pressure.

The Staunton Autozone has helped me out on several occasions, including tonight! The employees are always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I very much appreciate being able to go in, ask questions, and get trustworthy answers and product recommendations, not to mention the best customer service. :) Thank y all so much!

Traveling thru and needed wipers. The beautiful young lady found the exact ones I needed and put them on the Subaru. I wish my local store was as nice and helpful.

Great place to go to get your car parts. All the employees are very polite and seem to like there job, other than the manager that is younger and heavy set and Spanish or something if I had to deal with him very much this would be a 1 star review. This is on Richmond Ave by the way.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean, organized, and well stocked. Lines aren't usual very long and move fairly quickly. Always get a feeling that they are glad you are there vs. trying to hurry you out the door. Definitely recommend this store over their competition.

Jay was actually the best Auto parts helper I have ever had.He spent the time necessary and went out of his way To tell me and show me everything I needed to know about fog lights.And he even verified the integrity Of the mechanic that I'm using.20 stars for Jay

Amber was very helpful. We went on a train ride and came back and our battery was dead. Got a jump Went to AutoZone. Got the battery Amber installed. It was very personable. Very friendly and very knowledgeable on replacing the battery and suggesting what battery would work the best. Very pleased with my experience there.

The employee who helped us was great! She figured out the issue with the battery terminals and found the part we needed, cleaned the corrosion off thoroughly and installed the new hardware. Gave us advice. She was very helpful. Thank you so much!

It's not often that I go into an automotive store, don't have a car. But I was with a friend who was picking up a part for his car. While he was being waited on, I roamed the isles. I felt like I was a kid in a toy store. IF I owned a car this place, this store would be my only go to store. They have everything and more. Employees behind the counter are very knowledgeable of automobiles of any make model and size. I felt assured that if I didn't know anything about cars, these guys would steer and point me in the right direction. What came to mind was me getting an old not running car and coming to this place putting it all back together piece by piece with the help of these guys.

Incredible customer service from Ben who went above and beyond to help us amidst a road trip! We need more people like him in the world. On a Sunday where no mechanic was open he was our only hope and he was quite literally a saving grace. Thank you forever!

Been going here for a few years now. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Never had a problem with parts or service. You can chat them up and they will jump through hoops to help you. I have dealt with Kyle, Richard, Jonah and Beth. Superb staff. I really appreciate their work. Thanks guys~!

I went in and this guy had a positive energy when working that was contagious to other employees and to customers. He bent over backwards to help others, made sure customers were happy, and when my turn helped me change out front and rear bulbs, going way beyond any service I've had in 35 years as car owner buying parts. Turned out it was store manager, Ryan. He's my part guy for all of my vehicles!!

Great service! Just walked in needing help with windshield wipers and fluid. Ryan stepped up, helped me right away and even put them on. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great experience! I so wish more stores had this level of customer service!

1st time I needed a new battery, which was during a really bad rain storm and the guy even installed it for me. The 2nd time I needed wiper blades, which they also installed. Very nice workers and they go the extra steps to be helpful.

Absolutely a great experience with these guys.I came in to replace my alternator and they were on the spot ready to help out. lent me the tools to get the job done the store manager Ryan even went as far as to get his hands dirty great group of guys highly recommend this place.

The store manager Ryan was really outstanding today. I needed to get a new battery for my Ford Escape. After watching a YouTube video on how to change it, I knew that this was not within my own capabilities. We went to Auto zone and bought our new battery which Ryan installed for us in record time. I myself am a store manager so I understand the challenges of running a store. Ryan took the time to wait on us and give us excellent customer service while still running the business. Ryan, you were great! Thank you for your kindness today. We will be returning to you for all our automotive needs.

Very helpful! I went to Walmart to get a rear wiper for my Jeep and the wiper blade, the what I call magic book of wiper blades, said would fit did not. I returned the other blade to Walmart and went to AutoZone where they actually let me go out and put the wiper blade on my Jeep before buying it so that I didn't have to buy something that didn't fit my vehicle. Excellent customer service. And their magic book was accurate so that always helps too!

I went in to get a headlight to attempt the change myself. The woman at the counter was incredibly helpful and offered help but understood I wanted to try on my own. She was absolutely FANTASTIC.The main issue I had was with Ryan, the store manager. He was the one who ended up helping me. I am not over exaggerating when I say the man called me sweetheart about 4 times, as well as hun . This condescension is exactly what keeps women from fixing their cars themselves. He whined about how hard of a fix it was when it took him 2 minutes flat. I will not be returning to this location because of Ryan and Ryan alone. Learn some 2019 manners.

We will never go to Stuart draft VA store again they are nothing but idiots. The only store we are going to deal with now on is Staunton VA store. Doug hooks us up. He is always friendly and smiling.
