Good, honest people. I was stranded from out of state and in a bind - PCV Valve diaphragm went out. They really went out of their way to get the part I needed the same day when all of the Chevy dealerships didn't have it in stock. Thanks to this store, I was able to get home the same day.

Took car for inspection, waited till the first of the month and all. And they put an illegal exhaust on knowing they wasnt going to inspect it like that. Trying to get extra work(money) Then had to talk to cops to even let them let me have my car back. The work they done is shabby to say the least. Like the back two clamps I see are just hanging. I took it for an inspection, the exhaust didn't matter. And they could have only put half on and it wouldn't have been a problem. But they make it a problem. The owner and Ricky both bold faced lied to me and my father. We set the appointment up a week before for inspection, not to have my car set till parts come and I take it elsewhere

First took my car here over a month ago to have breaks done and the car completely looked over for any other issues due to a check engine light. Since getting it back the first time I have had more issues with it and have had to continue to take it back where my car had to be left there for 1-2 days. I had to call to find out when I d get it back and even then was barely given responses. My breaks continue to squeal and check engine light continues to be on. Got it back this past Wednesday as the issues continue. I let the owner already know the last time it was there to please not to have it damaged any further since they continued to not either find or want to be honest about what was going on. Would not refer anyone here unless I guess you must have to be straight family to have good work done. Very disappointing especially when you have a 2 year old in the car.

Nor a very good place to get your vehicle worked on , they charge way to much and don't fix your problem,,, we took our truck there 4 times for the same problem and it still was not fixed!!! It needed a kick down cable which the wrong one was put on it if it was even changed at all!!! Which we had to pay 100.00 each time we took it up there!!! I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to this place!!! When Louis Bosley owned it, it was fixed imediadiatly without any charge!!!

I have had the greatest experience working with , the Napa team. Husband wife and auto mechanics have been honest. Not once have I felt like I've been ripped off or bamboozled. Great people.

I grew up ACROSS FROM BOSLEYS" my whole life and assuming the business runs according to standard n I'm sure it does....now having to live across the street from ppl who have talked about my residence in public places(drs) negatively and had the Stanley police here for obviously no reason...N they wake up my three year old at 230 ever am with the loudest nite delivery truck n the universe and by six are doing well sounds like demolition a village but....they the NEW BOSLEYS....I GUESS NAPA..took a price of my childhood and comfort from my house....just saying # TALFORD BREEDENS 4 LIFE.....XXXXOOOO

I took my car out there to get it fixed, the ac in it was blowing out cold air, I waited almost a week and finally it was "done" I drove it for a day and it started blowing out hot air again, so we took it out there and told them it wasn't working and they said they would fix it again, well I got about halfway home and it was blowing out hot air again, I do not recommend going there because napa obviously doesn't know how.

They are rude they have no respect for the disabled their customer services skills are so Ridiculous it is crazy for such a small town you would think they would have better hospitality I would recommend for anyone to go anywhere else!!
