I bashed the door in on the passenger's side of my vehicle. I asked for estimates from multiple different places. One of which gave an estimate of over $4,000. Rigo said it would be $1,400. The repair was done quickly despite the snow that came down during. My car looks fantastic. I highly recommend.

Our 2022 Toyota Highlander needs a cosmetic work and most importantly the Bumper needed to be fix and the front grill needs to be fix too. I was searching in Google saw the reviews about their shop , Palace Auto Body and Paint . They have a 5 star review . As picky and meticulous I am , and do not want just anybody to touch our vehicles , I decided to call and was able to speak with Mauricio . He is very honest and very straightforward . He gave us an honest quote. And follow through with it. Never changed . We live in West Virginia , 2 and a half drive and never made a mistake in choosing their shop and work with Mauricio. The work was done in timely manner and very very satisfied with the outcome . We Wow and so happy . Mauricio go above and beyond . We highly recommend Palace Auto Body and Paint.Service: Body & Trim

The service and price was great. We needed the roof and hood of our Nissan painted. They did excellent job matching the paint; worked fast and provided excellent customer service. Will definitely use there services again.

Thank you Rico. He did a great job with my Mercedes. I taught it needed painting but instead he used something to clean it and it didn t require painting. He is very honest and kind.

Rigo is AWESOME! As most consumers are, considering the nature of this service, I was super nervous going in. However, he went above and beyond to accommodate me, his customer service was superb which is very rare these days, and my car is back to its BEAUTIFUL self. I m normally not one to leave reviews, but had I not, it would be an injustice to my fellow neighbors. In all seriousness, check him out!Service: Body & Trim

Everyone was so helpful and polite I have a 2021 Toyota Camry TRD and I was really nervous about how my car was going to look when they were done but one of the guys looked me in my eyes and told me that I was in good hands and I wouldn't even know that my car was in an accident when they were done....and all I can say is they didn't disappoint me my baby looks just like she did when I purchased her I'm so pleased with their work that I would give them 20 stars ......THANKS PALACE AUTO for fixing my baby!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best kept secret in Stafford, Va. Had a full body paint job that came out great. Car looks brand new. Rigo was very professional and kept me updated every step of the process. The team at Palace Autobody was AWESOME!!!We sought 3 estimates to repair the back right door and dogleg on 2002 E320. In short, Rigo and his staff did a phenomenal job for 1/2 of the estimated price of a near by shop with a rating greater than 4.5. The finished product is smooth and perfect. All the damage was repaired/replaced back to its original shape and contours, and the paint matches exactly. In my opinion, Palace clearly deserves their 5.0 rating.If you are looking for repair/body work from an honest and reliable team I recommend you visit Rigo and Palace for a free quote.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The location is a little tough to find because it s behind the building, but he did a great job fixing a few dings and scratches on my 2020 Nissan Murano. Very fair with prices and got the job done. I ll recommend others to his location for sure. Thanks

I thought I had to get rid of my Benz but thanks to Rigo he saved it he took his time and put my car back together for me and didn t charge me a arm n leg very decent priced I would even go as far to say it was a steal which I definitely appreciate very nice professional and down to earth guy also educated me on details about my car I will be coming back in a year times Thanks RIGO YOUR THE BEST
