My husband and I had a great experience getting a car here. Derrick was very helpful, forthcoming, and down to earth. He found the car right for us by keeping in contact for a whole week before we came up there to narrow down what we are approved for. They were so patient with us needing to move money around and got us in a 2016 Nissan Rogue. We ve had horrible experiences previously when it came to dealerships but Car Cloud Auto was top tier when it came to customer service and we felt heard. The process was very smooth and we weren t there long before we were driving off in our amazing car! Highlyyyyy recommend !!

Maurice and Jeannie at Car Cloud are awesome. Maurice went above and beyond to get me into a great car. Thank you Maurice! Jeannie was awesome getting everything finalized. I highly recommend them when searching for and buying your next car. I ll be shopping with them when the time comes to buy again and will be sending friends and family to shop with them as well. Awesome customer service!

Purchased a car at car cloud last week and i have to say that it was the best car buying experience i have ever had. Jeannie and Maurice are awesome. Marice was great from start to finish and i found jeannie to be very professional and knowledgeable Thank you for this beautiful car and great experience. I would recommend anyone to buy a car here. i will be back in 2 years for that upgrade. Thanks guys!

I have to admit this is my fault. Should have went with my gut and not purchased a vehicle here. If something is wrong with your car ,they will not return your call after you leave a thousand messages through other people there. Your best bet is to see them in person. If I hadn't kept calling,they would have never sent my licenseplates. After about a week. I called them and the guy didnt even remember me. Found out the car ac didn't work.they didn't a offer a warranty and told me it was still under factory, which was lie when the Toyota shop checked for me. I brought the car before the weather got warm and found out the labor and part would come up to over $1000. My advice is just stick with franchise dealerships. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.

Non-responsive. Purchased a vehicle there a few weeks ago. All kinds of lies and misrepresentations discovered after the fraudulent deal. No A/C, no backup camera, the vehicle's lights go out sporadically if you drive at night creating a safety hazard, the oil light came on after a few neighborhood drives, warnings about the back lights and front lights randomly come on, sunroof grunts when you push the button and the sunroof doesn't ever open, glue on the front dash where some gadget apparently used to be and so many more gerry-rigged issues thus far. I have other cars, so don't drive this one much except to make sure they sold me a decent car. They have not responded on any of these issues mentioned, so I believe they are a scammer company that needs to be avoided. If anyone has advice on who is a good attorney to deal with VA lemons, please advise.

I had a pleasant experience with Car Cloud today and I want to thank Maurice and Betty for going the extra mile to ensure that I was able to get a car. Just so you know, You guys rock!!I had to double back with an edit and include Moe as well. No matter when I called he would answer and he was also very helpful in the process and thereafter. Let s just say The entire team is a delight and I highly recommend them to anyone who s looking for a car

Watch Out! Don't trade your vehicle in here, it is worthless. But they will tell you it needs to be done. Makes the loan easier. Only thing it did was leave me without a vehicle after the $18k car you sold me broke down with head gasket problem less then 2 months after purchase and you refuse to even help out at all. In fact blaming me for not having a warranty. Telling me "its a high repair rate for that vehicle" why not say that in the beginning? Why not stand behind your vehicles? So not only am I down 18k. I have to return the car to the bank. Ruining my already bad credit ensuring that I will never be able to get another vehicle, putting me in debt and leaving me without any transportation. Thanks alot... I WISH I NEVER SEEN YOUR SILLY AD. I WISH I WENT WITH MY INSTINCTS. You have ruined me and my family. I bought this car to work with now I have nothing.... I'm just another notch on your 40 cars sold a month list.....

What can I say?!? WONDERFUL Experience. Even tho the vehicle of choice was sold prior to my arrival I'm kinda glad it did as I Maurice showed me anawesomd One Owner Nissan Maxima. Thank you for taking the time to show us other alternatives. And thank you for Jeannie for being able to get me into a Payment that's well within budget. Actually less. Thanks again . Please Please BEWARE!Absolutely just another deceiving, sle*zy, sket*hy dealership. They take advantage of people with bankruptcy and bad credit. We are already down on our luck to begin with then to be taken advantage of by this place just tops the cake. Once you sign the papers and they get paid then they wash there hands of you no matter what. Even if your $18,000 car breaks down a month later with a serious engine problems they DO NOT CARE. REPEAT THEY DO NOT CARE..Especially Genie just another sket*hy dealership lady. Tell you what you want to hear at the moment. They say they inspect the vehicles before they sell them... well must have missed mine and the head gasket crack. Try to call numerous times just to be ignored and never have my calls returned. Finally reaching Genie, she offered no help what so ever, arguing with me that it was my fault, I should have had a warranty. Most places stand by their products, not this place. Even if its under 2 months old. Tells me "the car I chose has a high repair rate"... Now I know why the car was sold without a warranty.. I mean the salesman wore sweat pants when I went to look at the car. Everything about this place screamed to me to stay away but I went against my instincts and now after finally becoming dept free this place has put me under as I will have to forfeit the car back to the bank. I tried to buy a vehicle from a what i thought was a reputable place. I was wrong. I tried to get a vehicle to be able to work and provide for my family. I was wrong. PLEASE read the reviews and do not take them for granted as I did......I know this review will get the same exact generic response as the other bad reviews "apologizing that they did not live up to my expectations" not only did you not live up to my expectations you also ruined my life and put me back into debt. I hope you are proud and happy of that.Update: They blocked me on Facebook for sharing my opinion on how they do business. Hide the problem instead of fixing it. I will NEVER give up on sharing my review on this place until my life ends. They have ruined me and I will keep letting the world know on every platform that I can find to hopefully save as many people I can from having the same fate as me. Why not just fix your problem and do what's right? Why do these type of businesses always rip people off?***Cant believe this place is now making up Google profiles to write fake good reviews on thier own business to contradict the bad reviews. If Jennie and Maurice were so good to these people why were they so bad to me? Why don't I get the good treatment? Why do I get the bad Maurice and Jeanie? They straight up lied to me. Why didn't they ever return my phone calls? Why did they set me up in a trash car? Why did they ruin my family and I lives?.. I am not the only one... notice that they did not respond to my review... why?

I would like to say that my experience here was the best since I have been purchasing vehichles. The entire process was very easy and comfortable like dealing with family from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and really looked out for me every step of the way. I will diffently recommend my car place and car family to my own family and friends. They have a lifetime customer and friend.

Went out on a test drive and pulled over to check fluids and generally inspect the vehicle, got back in to start it up and the battery was dead. Normally wouldn t be a huge deal, I understand cars may sit for a while at a dealership. But when Maurice, the salesman I was working with, came to jump the car he remarked I would have told you about the battery if I knew we were making pit stops. from that point on I knew I couldn t trust a word out of these people- if they aren t willing to tell me about the battery then what else are they not telling me?Finding out about issues my salesman neglects to mention is precisely why I make pit stops, Maurice. Don t buy here unless your credit is absolutely clapped, and definitely get a pre purchase inspection.

I recently had the pleasure of trading in my old car for a brand new one at a local dealership, and I have to say that the experience was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, the staff at the dealership were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in making the process as smooth as possible.When I first arrived at the dealership, I was greeted warmly by the salesperson who was assigned to help me. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and he showed me several cars that he thought would be a good fit for me. He was patient and never pushy, which I really appreciated.After test driving a few different models, I finally settled on a car that I really loved. The salesperson was able to work with me to find a financing option that fit within my budget, and he explained all of the terms and conditions clearly and thoroughly.When it came time to trade in my old car, the process was just as smooth. The dealership was able to offer me a fair price for my old car, and they made sure that all of the paperwork was taken care of quickly and efficiently.Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new car. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they truly care about making sure that their customers are happy with their purchases. When first searching for a vehicle, I saw Car Cloud Auto had what I was looking for. I was also drawn to this dealer because they deliver. I picked the car. Received the pictures to my phone. Spoke to the sales team, and was very impressed. Did everything online. Transport delivered the vehicle to my door in pennsylvania. Couldn't be happier. Thanks to everyone one their.

Regardless of any other reviews you read about them, here is mine. HONEST, a delight to work with and good people. I flew to Baltimore, rented a car and drove to Stafford to purchase a vehicle. When got there the car was in the shop as they were trying to fix something so i could drive it back to Tennessee. We waited around as they tried to get it road worthy. They repaired what they set out to and discovered something else. They were up front and apologetically said they would refund my deposit but did not feel comfortable allowing me to leave the lot with something that would not get me 9 hours safely home. You just dont find that kind of honesty at a car lot new or used. I trust the people I dealt with here. John and Jenny are very decent humans. Just amazing.

When I bought the Car I could not test the AC because of low temperatures. But they reassured the Car was checked before and has a 90-day Powertrain warranty. When picking up the Car one week later I figured out AC does NOT work. Their response was just: leave the Car and we will charge the Repair without additional add-on. What a help. Powertrain warranty does not cover AC. Result: 2,200 $ repair on my own. Can't recommend such practices. Unserios.

I was very pleased with Car Cloud. I was looking for a 4x4 F250, and I was fortunate enough to run across Car Cloud searching through Carfax. I'm very glad I did. They had the vehicle I was looking for. The price was fair. And they took care of some issues I had without complaining and to more than my satisfaction. Make sure to visit and ask for help. And talk with Timothy when you go.

Great place to buy a car, excellent service and professional staff. Ms. Garner and Mabood were the best! Mabood helped me find my dream car in a short time with a very reasonable price! Ms. Garner explained the whole financial process very thoroughly and she is on top of what she is doing. I definitely recommend this dealership. I showed up knowing the vehicle I wanted. They were very welcoming and allowed me to test drive it. I came back ready to make an offer. Paperwork was fast and did not have to spend hours negotiating or trying to get a deal. She offered me a great warranty at a fair price and I m super happy with my purchase. I was in & out within and hour and a half. They detailed the car while I did the paperwork. I highly recommend buying from Car Cloud Auto Group.
