Dropped my father s Lexus off here to get repaired after he got into an accident. The staff is so lovely and patient, and they coordinated everything with our insurance. They did an incredibly thorough job with getting the car back to normal in a very reasonable amount of time. Looks brand new!

Someone had keyed my car for a 2nd time. The first time i took my car to a different auto body shop. They did a good job but were twice as expensive as springfield collison center. SCC fixed the scratch, touched up some dings i had and cleaned my front lights. The covers had gotten a film, that i could not clean, and they cleaned them. All this was done for less than my original garage charged for the scratch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPRINGFIELD COLLISIION CENTER!

Highly recommended! Jeff took care of us. He was very efficient, talked to my insurance, said all the right things to them and got our matter taken care very quickly. If you have an insurance problem, ask them, they will help. Their team even coordinated with the rental company to pick us up from their office while the vehicle was behind taken care of and once we picked up the vehicle, they just told us to drop the rental off at their office, so no hassle dealing with the drop off of the rental vehicle. Vehicle was fixed in a timely manner, work was impecable, customer service was above and beyond.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They fixed my car (rear end collision) after getting recommended from a family friend. They worked with the insurance and took less time than I thought. Also changed my oil and filters. Highly recommend.

Been excellent in repairing my old 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid. They do what you need done, recommend repairs when necessary and avoid the unnecessary. Several repairs done: Brake caliper replaced, front and rear brake pads and rotors, front control arms, rear passenger lower control arm. 310K miles on this thing, so these parts wear out. A TRUSTWORTHY SHOP PRICED COMPETITIVELY.

SCC gave me a reasonable quote for damage to my car, and then stuck to that quote throughout the work. The other shops I obtained quotes from were either higher at the outset or wanted to adjust the quote much higher after starting work. Joe at SCC worked with me to figure out the best way to pay, fixed my car without issues, and conducted himself professionally. Thanks Joe.

Excellent service. Timely repair, and the quality of the job was great! Would definately recommend to my peers, friends, and family. I have been to many body shops in the past, but this shop is definately in my top 2.

Complete lost of time. Expensive, long waits time, and lack of workers. If you need quality work, just avoid it.
