Don't Trust Them!!! I suspect they are running some scheme to reject safety inspections for headlight issues to charge exorbitant prices for the repairs.They failed my vehicle for "not clear- Hazed" headlights, Left Tag light and a fog light "hole". All of my lights work and provide proper lighting!(See Pictures). While sitting in the waiting area, 2 other people were getting repairs for the SAME problem.Go somewhere else to avoid the possibility of getting scammed!I'm posting this on December 15th 2023 at 10:09am est.

VAL is AMAZING!! We ve been coming to him & his shop for years since moving back to the NOVA area!! (2019). He s always pleasant to work with and his service(s) EXCEED expectations w/ every visit!! What a pleasant ending to a terrible car problem. Sonoco at Rolling Road immediately took in my care and quickly identified that my car had a burst brake line. They expedited the spare part delivery and had me driving again the following day. They are competent, friendly, reasonably priced and a good neighborhood business.

Great, reliable and friendly folks here - I drive further to get my car inspections here as they are very reliable! Used to take my car at a closer location to my home, but sometimes those guys don't show up. Now I take my cars to Rolling Road Sunoco as they are friendly and even open up earlier than posted times.

I've used Rolling Road Sunoco for over 10 years. What impresses me most about their service is that they don't do any unnecessary work. They don't run up your bill to just make more money. And, they do quality work and stand behind it if anything does goes wrong. I have complete confidence in the work they do and recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality, and trustworthy car repair services.

These guys are the real deal. Bao knows his stuff - doesn t bother selling you any of the gimmicky services that other shops might try and sell you. Completely honest and transparent throughout the whole process with great prices. He goes to great depths to even explain any issues they see, so you know you re well taken care of.The entire team goes above and beyond friendly, professional, they even throw in a courtesy shuttle, and make you feel like a VIP. Their entire crew Ronnie, Fernando, Felipe and Max are just top-notch gentlemen and have decades of experience. Can t go wrong with a local family-owned shop like this.Class act.

Don't trust your car with this place. Their scheme on failing cars for safety inspections seems to be a thing. Go across the street and wait in line at the Shell Gas Station. It will take longer, but it's worth the wait... The Asian manager of the Sunoco seems to be the leader of the scam, but they all work together to fail cars for any reason they can create.

I have been a customer of this station for 20 years or more. I have gone here for an array of issues, including as major as a rear transaxle replacement on my pickup. I also use the station for my inspections and emission tests. Never have I felt bilked, scammed, or charged differently than local standards. Once, after a failed inspection, I thought I could perform my own "simple" repair cheaper than what Sunoco wanted to charge. The cost of parts and time and effort was not worth it. Lesson learned!

I made an appointment for Monday, Feb 19 for a routine checkup that was overdue. Delivered about 830A and had to get a ride home from their shuttle service. They notified me about 3P that my car was ready and the shuttle was on its way. Smooth process, great service, could not be happier.

Headlight scam going on for safety inspection at this sunoco location. 3 people failed for same thing while there, headlight works and bulb was good just "foggy" for all. File report to federal trade commission if they do the same to you, fraud!

Excellent experience at Rolling Road Sunoco. Ali, the manager's professionalism and expertise stood out during my visit. They went above and beyond to address my concerns and provide top-notch service. I also liked the receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) because their friendly greeting and efficient service set the tone for the entire interaction. The manager and receptionist at this service center value customer satisfaction, and I appreciate their excellent service.

BEWARE! They failed me for the headlights not being clear. 2 other people in the shop lobby were also getting their Headligts repaired for the same failed item with their safety inspection. The lights work, but the inspector says they're not clear. Scamming may be occurring here.

Have used the Sunoco service station multiple times for state inspection and emissions. It is quick and convenient for those. I recently had them replace multiple issues on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. They were able to accurately diagnose the issue and perform the multiple repairs within a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable cost.

The sign in the picture was down, and when I drove by the empty parking lot I didn t see it, and it damaged my car up pretty bad. I can t imagine why it would be left there without at least a orange cone or warning sign. They told me it wasn t their problem, and that it s their property so it doesn t matter what they have on it.

Wasn t greeted when I sat in the waiting room the lady that worked here was talking to someone about how she doesn t buy clothes anymore because everything is made from China and was complaining about that very weird thing to say.Service- I was Over charged me to replace a light!!! But I had no choice but to pay or they would rejected my state inspection!! I ve gone to places where I needed a light replacement on one of my older cars and still passed my inspection. Would not be coming back!!!! Do not come here wouldn t recommend

Rolling Road Sunoco provides quality service. My vehicle was brought in for 100,000 mile service; Bao (service manager) did a thorough review and recommended service - and once again advised me that some of the maintenance items I anticipated (based on manufacturer's service schedule) were not required. This has been my experience with Ali Munir's Rolling Road Sunoco and the basis for my trust in them - I have relied on them for over 30 years to maintain my vehicles because I trust them to do quality work and I know they will not recommend unnecessary repairs or maintenance. Highly recommend Rolling Road Sunoco!

I've been using this shop for both maintenance and state inspections. My wife's 2004 Mini has been carefully cared for and the head mechanic has made many helpful recommendations for improving my Audi during it's services. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I really recommend Rolling Road Sunoco. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are always thorough in their assessment of my vehicle, and look for the most economical way to make the repair. I will definitely use them again. Bao, the service manager, takes time to patiently explain each repair and the various options for doing it, which I greatly appreciate. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car repairs.Most recently I need to get my rack and pinion steering replaced and at the same time all my exterior brake and turn signal lights failed. It turned out that a switch needed to be replaced, which had to be ordered from Subaru. We were expecting a five day delivery for the part, but it arrived a day ahead and they were able to finish up the job and get my car back to me promptly.

If you are in search of a trustworthy service shop, look to Ali and his crew at Rolling Road Sunoco. They are honest and don t try to up-sell you on service you don t need. They will make recommendations after inspecting your vehicle, but never pressure you to have work done.Highly recommend.

I needed some quick attention for a panel install due to a snow storm coming and googled "service station off rolling road" and it brought me here.I've always just brought my car to a dealer for documentation, but after today's service experience they will get all the non proprietary business from me. They were quick to let me know I needed to get an additional part and ensured me that when I got the part they'd do the install. I got the part and they efficiently installed. Thank you.Edit- I was surprised to by the negative reviews, but realized majority of them are upset about an extra $5 disposal fee or the attendant didn't greet them with a cappuccino...
