I used Premier for the first time about a month ago. They helped discover that a previous auto shop had (shall we say) not completed services for which monetary compensation had already been remitted. Eric walked me through everything he had found and provided a recommended course of action. Elizabeth was very friendly and accommodated my scheduling needs. I will be definitely using Premier's services again soon.

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Premier Auto from the first telephone conversation with Elizabeth to make my appointment to the detailed analytic discussion with Eric afterward, this organization exuded professionalism and courtesy in every regard. I fully trust Premier Auto to perform maintenance and repairs with the customer s best interest in mind.

Amazing service and work! I've have been coming here for years on a recommendation from another shop.Elizabeth, Eric and the team are extremely helpful and detail oriented. They have done everything to basic service on my vehicles to difficult procedures other shops didn't want to deal with.I've taken my Honda Civic Si, Chevy Cobalt SS, and most recently my Mustang V6 Cyclone to them over the years. All of my cars have had aftermarket parts and tunes.Premier has done custom exhaust work/repair, clutch replacement, chased down false knock, header installation, transmission service, and just about every after market suspension upgrade and replacement for my vehicles. They always come back running better than ever.Their prices are always affordable and I've never been pressured or advised to get a service I didn't need. (Unlike other performance shops in the area I've been too)It should noted too that they have have gone out of their way several times to accommodate pickup and drop off to help me accommodate my work schedule if needed. They have taken the extra time to hear my concerns and troubleshoot issues I've had that have been intermittent and that I'm sure I explain poorly as I don't know the technical terminology to explain some specific issues. They have taken extra time on the phone out of their busy schedules to discuss in detail with me and help me identify issues on my cars.I recently moved but continue to commute to Priemer for all my automotive needs because they are the best in the business!They have worked hard to develope a relationship with me and have always answered all my questions.Bottom line; they care, they are passionate, honest, and always do amazing work.I can't recommend Premier Auto enough. Took my car for some repairs it needed and Premier Auto was able to fix them promptly. No hassle, no pressure and with reasonable prices. Now days It's hard to find a reliable, trustworthy and honest shop, which to me is more important. I Will definitely be coming back to service my other vehicles. These guys are excellent. I was in town visiting family and needed my car looked at before traveling back. l dropped my car off around 11am and was able to get it back later on that day. Not only that, eveyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, they texted me pictures, emailed me estimates and fully discussed my options - what was a priority to fix now vs what can wait/how long I should wait. I've never experienced this level of auto care. Top notch! I live in Richmond and I wish they were there as well. Whenever I'm in the area, this is now the only place I'll go!

Outstanding service with changing my Transmission Filter and Fluid. Very thorough with pictures to show. The young lady at front desk was very nice and covered everything to the cost of work done. I ll go back for sure on any other work needed to be done. Big Thanks!

They were very easy to deal with. I was surprised by how quickly they were able to service my car, they ordered parts same day I scheduled service and I got my car back the next day! Not the cheapest or the most expensive, but on the low end and no hidden costs that I experienced, very up front with cost of everything.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Mi gente this place is the real thing. No games, no gimics, they are the best auto shop in Northern DC. They explain in every detail what's needed without pressure and the customer service is great. My car is in trustworthy hands and yourd will be too. Check them out right off the 95. I am blessed to have been recommended and now to be the person recommending, thank you Liz and Eric.

The staff has always on top of their work for me. They are aware of exactly what my cars need, providing accurate estimates and reliable completion times. I guess I ve been there about 6-8 times over the last couple years and I have not had anything like a bad experience. Very reliable business.

Premier Auto is the ONLY place I trust to maintain and repair my vehicles. They are everything you want in an auto shop.Trustworthy, knowledgeable and reasonable. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I found premier auto through google reviews and yelp. It's not common to find an auto shop with flawless reviews. However, I was extremely impressed with my first repair visit. Had a messy problem that included a busted oil filter housing that had leaked oil throughout the engine cavity. The Premier team evaluated the car quickly, provided a fair estimate, and kept me updated on the progress they made with repairing the problem and degreasing the engine. I'm happy with their service and plan to return for my future auto repair needs.

These guys were absolutely phenomenal. I was about to set out for a 12h drive to GA, and my starter suddenly failed. I called Premier Auto, and they were able to see me that day. They ordered the starter part from their warehouse, and had me back on the road by 6pm. The girl working the front desk was very kind and on top of things, and the waiting space was very comfortable (with WiFi and a large TV) in the office. Can't recommend them enough!

Terrible experience went to get some tires changed and they wanted us to have all the tools before telling us that they dont have the tools needed and that we should have it..what kinda tire shop has no tools and one of the workers comes out trying to insult us being rude as if he was getting ready to fight will never ever come back there are other better shops that treat you with more respect

This is my thrid time going to Premier and they do not disappoint. They are honest, professional and always provide an estimate before completing work. You dont leaving feeling as if they are taking advantage of you, which is such a rarity particularly as a woman. Ever since I started driving, I have searched for the fabled Trustworthy Auto Mechanic only to be overcharged, swindled, and screwed at every turn. After a commercial chain said they needed to replace my whole exhaust system for $1400 because of a single hole that had rusted through, I decided to get a second opinion by looking up the best-reviewed auto shop in the area and then I found Premier! The reviews do not lie; this place is great. They have so much expertise that they shared with me in an earnest, non-condescending way; their pricing is incredibly fair; they work fast, and they re very friendly and communicative (Elizabeth especially!) I now feel like a weight has finally been lifted off my shoulders because I have found my fabled Trustworthy Auto Mechanic! I have already recommended them to several friends and family members and I will be taking my car here until she finally breaks down.Thanks Premier!Services: Exhaust, Oil change

I needed a set of rotors and pads replaced, and Premier Auto ended up being one of the most competitive businesses I found. From my first call with Elizabeth to attain a quote, to picking up my car after the job was complete, the process was extremely smooth. The job was done in a timely manner, and the car is driving better than before! I will definitely return to Premier for future work.

Great service with flexible appointments and very reasonable prices. The mechanics informed me of a previously unknown issue and also gave recommendations but did not press me for more services than the basic brake repair/replacement I had come in for. I needed a u-haul trailer. Unfortunately, our Hyundai s wiring wasn t working properly, so we couldn t have the trailer until it was fixed. We found Premier Auto and zipped right over. They gave our car a look-see and assured us this could be resolved. I was asked if we could wait the hour but I informed them time was not on our side. They essentially put us at the front of the line due to our circumstances with the military and were able to fix it. I d highly recommend this group to anyone in the area. They took great care of us, even with the short notice and odd request. Thanks guys, may you find success in all that you do. I am so glad to have found Premier Auto. Quality, repairs with good prices and honest quotes. I prefer doing some light maintenance myself, but when I needed a starter replacement (that I didn't want to do it myself) I was getting some through the roof quotes. I went to the place based on the reviews, but I think they are really friend and family reviews. I brought it to them to fix an alignment issues. When presented as the car was fixed, I had to point out in the alignment report that is was not fixed. They then asked me to bring it back to fix but wanted to charge me for the alignment. I told them I would pay when it was fixed but they refused to give me my keys unless I paid. So now I've paid them and I still have an unfixed car. There are argument is that they did the alignment even though they didn't fix the alignment issue.Service: Wheel alignment
