Had a wonderful experience with Kwaik, Iyad and receptionist. They were very accommodating, professional and proactive during the whole experience. I had a hit and run, was able to get an estimate beforehand, scheduled dropping off my car and picked it up looking flawless and better than expected (replaced bumper, headlight damage and fixed my wheels). They worked with my insurance to take care of everything. I would recommend and will be back for any body work here.

The best body shop. These guys are awesome. The owner of this place is awesome. I bought my car here to fix the passenger side door and the rear bumper. He did a very good job and he fix my car front bumper and put a new grill for free. Thank you so much bro really appreciate your work. Love you brother.

Hubby took car in after a pole jumped in front of him! Customer service was excellent and professional. Damage repair was explicitly explained. Suggestions and advice were extremely helpful. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Hope I do not have to be a return customer, but I certainly would not hesitate to return.Kwaik Auto Body Repair is highly recommended. They go the extra mile!

I have taken 2 vehicles to Kwaik and I cannot say enough on how amazing they are. They have done an incredible job in the repairs on both of my vehicles and take care of all the complicated stuff making the process so stress free. This is an honest, caring, and professional shop with everything to back it up! The shop is a reflection of the owner and his good character! Definitely recommend and also sending any friends and family to this shop. 5 out of 5!

Best work I ve ever had done at an auto body shop HANDS DOWN! They fixed a lot of damage on my Dodge Charger, and everything looks mint. Iyad was very helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back here.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't say enough good things about Kwaik Auto Shop, Iyad and the team. I was in distressed handing over my car and they made the experience seamless. I got message updates almost daily. Iyad finished the work sooner than anticipated and went above and beyond to return the car without a scratch (even the ones that were there prior to the incident).

I've been doing business with kwaik since 2011 very professional staff always nice the manager iaad always has a smile on his face always making sure his customers are happy the work is always good they do.I've never been disappointed,if you want professional work done and to be treated with respect and satisfactory.I recommend kwaik auto body this place is awesome

Finding the right auto body repair shop after an accident is always stressful especially in a time when parts are on back order and service is backed up. Iyad and the team at Kwaik made the process extremely hassle free and convenient. Iyad s professionalism, kindness, and expertise were refreshing and made our experience the best we have ever had. The care the team put into our car was much appreciated. They returned our vehicle in a timely manner, beating the turn around time of all the other locations I was comparing. This is the only shop we will trust with our vehicles. The personal recommendations and reviews are all accurate! Extremely satisfied.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

He is a fraud and it appears that he respects people, but he respects the interest he gains through them.When you ask him about the cost of repairing the car, he gives you a number, and when they talk to the insurance company, he says that the car needs many parts. He says that he wants to change some parts, but he lies because the vehicle does not need these.Pieces and repair parts instead of buying. He says that he repairs the cars of the White House and the Pentagon.It is a big problem. If these federal institutions depend only on the appearance of the car shop and do not know how to continue repairing their cars because we are the ones who pay taxes to the federal institutions and they spend them in an unsuccessful way, I do not advise anyone to go to this auto repair shop.Once again, I do not advise anyone to repair the car there. He will try to entice customers with a good reception, and he is nice, but this is not true.Later, I will put a video and pictures of my car when I delivered it to him, and I will put what he said that my car needs it.If his words are true and that he deals with the Pentagon and the White House to repair federal government cars, then this is disappointing and means that our government needs to be monitored to prevent corruption.

I don't know what happened to my previous review but it appears to have been deleted. This company and its people are absolutely the best. I have an E320 Mercedes that ended up with a crease on the bottom of the back passenger door. I took it to every body shop around the Fullerton area and was given outrageous prices and solutions. Kwaik owner(s) gave me one of the most commonsense solution's, told me what the repair would be, the long term prognosis, all the while savings me or the insurance company hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I was very skeptical at first, but finally relented allowing them to try their solution. I went back after 2 days and you could not even tell the accident ever happened. The crease was gone and the paint was a perfect match. The best part. I didn't have to make an insurance claim. The price was small in comparison to what many wanted to charge, and could not be happier. I'm writing this 5 years later and still the repair is great. What impressed me the most was their honesty, and wanting me to be comfortable, or customer care. When it comes to having to take your car to a body shop, you can't get any better than these fine people. I was so pleased and impressed that I find it important to write a second review to express my gratitude. Thank you!

I didn't expect such amazing customer service and facilities at an Auto body shop. Kwaik Auto body surpassed my expectations. I knew about them before but a few weeks ago I made my first auto body service there. They are extremely professional, very qualified, very polite and courteous to their customers and very competitive. I brought my car in for front and back bumper repairs and they took care of EVERYTHING from A-Z. They gave me updates and worked as fast as they could to fix it ASAP. Their receptionist was very friendly and the lobby atmosphere is very quiet and comfortable to wait in. Coffee is available for free. Highly recommended!

car was involved in a hit and run and i went to his shop to get it fixed. it was my 1st time coming to his shop and didn t know what to expect. just got my car back and lemme say im not disappointed at all he a real cool and honest dude. he got a supplement approved from the insurance company and fixed my fender. also fixed a crack in my headlight free of cost and cleaned the car up real nice. tire shine had that jawn shining from miles away. overall very satisfied and happy with his service

Excellent Service!Someone rear-ended my beautiful brand new Civic. I was so lucky that a friend introduced the Kwaik auto body shop to me. Their front desk staff was very friendly and shop atmosphere was very welcoming. Moula, one of their specialists, greeted me, walked me through the steps, and made me feel my car will be taken care of to my satisfaction. Iyad Kwaik, the manager, went above and beyond to deliver an exemplary service. They were easy to work with, did not make any complications, and kept me informed throughout the process. They also fixed some scratches around my car as a courtesy service at no additional charge. In about a week, my car was in like-new condition (also washed and detailed). The result was so flawless that my friends could not find where the damage had occurred. I highly recommend Kwaik and will do business with them again.

I highly recommend Kwaik Auto Body, I went to them for a small job, from the minute I stepped in the shop, you can tell that they are very customer focused. Not only did they take care of my small job, they also detailed my car, it looked like it just came out of the dealer.The owner gets involved in every job personally and gives it his special attention. Ayad is so detailed oriented and inspects all cars prior to turning it back to the customer.

I have used this shop before, with my first experience when bad but since the guy that was there was cool i decided no to rated it,this second time i had a issue with the guy in charge which starter to act very rude to my questions to the point where he say get out of my property. I would definitely not recommend this place , work is not completely legit, thell charge you with some parts they did not even need them. The paint job is very bad if not just take a look at the paint 6 months later. It would peel easily . With this being say , i would give this place 2 star rating , i repeat i do not recommend this place.

Fantastic Service with Great people!Ive been coming to kwaik autobody for over 10 years and they never cease to amaze me with their service.Most recently someone broke into my car through the rear passenger window in DC and I was driving out of town in two days. I called kwaik and it took them one day to order the part and was installed the next day and I was able to go on my roadtrip in MY car.EVERYTIME I walk in the guys have a smile on their faces and it really feels like they care, gives you a small town feel.Oh, and most importantly, they have always perform fantastic service on the FIRST try, and they take the stress out of dealing with insurance. i've never had to take my car back to them like other services, and your car comes back clean both outside and in ! (something small but it goes a long way!)I don't usually leave reviews this good, but they really impressed me and deserve all the praise!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Kwaik was recommended to me by my cousin who is in the auto. industry after I had a really unfortunate run in with with a parking garage column. I had no idea where to take my car who would do quality work for a reasonable price so I stopped by, got a quick estimate, really liked the place, and decided to use them. They were very kind and great at working with me as well as my insurance agency. Moula is the person I dealt with the majority of the time and he was awesome. I received phone calls every few days giving me updates on what was going on and when my car was expected to be ready which was incredibly helpful knowing I hadn't been forgotten about and for planning purposes. I did a lot of damage to the left side of my car and they made it look brand new. I'm very grateful for the wonderful service and would highly recommend using them for any body damage needs!

I had a crushed quarter panel covered by insurance. In addition I had several additional repairs and painting needed. They gave me a good price on the items not covered by insurance. Most important is the great job they did. The car looks new. Also, they washed the interior and exterior. It has not been this good looking since I bought it. I would take my car there just for the car wash. How did you get the stains out?Service: Body & Trim

I would like to say how pleased I am with the work and services I received at Kwaik. This is my second time there for body and paint work on my 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring Sedan. The team at Kwaik have been exceptional both times. Thanks to Parisa and Moula for ensuring I was kept up to date on the status of the work on my vehicle and for the fine attention to detail paid on every aspect of the repairs. I am most impressed with their ability to match and blend the 3 stage paint on my car. The blend of the front bumper with front fender is amazing! Big thank you for obtaining the original factory replacement parts for my car. Kwaik will be my go to body shop from now on!Service: Painting

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Kwaik that I had to. Great and friendly workers, reasonably priced, and efficient work. They really do work with their customers. I brought my 2011 VW Routan in to them to fix the front bumper and they were the only ones in the area willing to work with me for a reasonable price. I had checked out 4 other body shops before them and none of them compared. Definitely check out Kwaik if you need body work done.

When looking for body repair or paint repairs look no further. My wife had a fender bender on her brand new Lexus RX350 in a Costco parking lot. We brought it to Kwaik body shop and they were able to repair my wife's car. I was very surprised how quickly my wife got her car back. When picking up our Lexus, I met the owner Lyad. He is an outstanding gentleman. After sharing a long conversation, I decided to drop off my 1991 BMW 325i. I am left speachless with the work they performed. My classic had 31 years of rust every where. When I got my bimmer back it looked like it came out from a show room floor. I will recommend Kwait Auto Body to all my friends and family.
