I took my 2021 Sonata to the shop for an engine oil change. The new owner and the employees were all very kind, and the service was exceptional. A damage to the bottom cover of the vehicle was found and fixed promptly. Was advised to replace two worn-out front tires prior to the next State Inspection which was due. A comprehensive check up was done and everything was explained in detail. Highly recommend the place.

Excellent mechanical services!The mechanics here (Mr. Sam Moon & JC) are super nice, knowledgeable, honest, very professional and kind.They don't inflate the price (diagnostics are free, too). They explain every part of the service and their mechanical skills are above and beyond! This is my second time coming to JP Transmission Auto Service and I will keep visiting!I m so glad I found here and I highly recommend everyone to check out here!

I believe that the people working here are cheerful, friendly, and create an environment where customers can trust and leave their cars without any concerns. The technical skills are excellent, and the repair costs are reasonable as well.

I came in to get my tire pressure looked at. Every single person that works in there was very welcoming and hospitable. I sat down and did some work for less than an hour and the service was completed. I highly highly recommend everyone to come to this place if they are experiencing any issues with their car. The front desk service worker is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service.Service: Tires

I am very, very satisfied with the recent service I received when I took my 2022 MB sprinter based conversion Camper Van.My Van had special upgrades (custom suspension upgrade, off-road tires, bigger fuel tanks), so it was challenging to find a place around NoVa area to get it serviced. But having such a shop with knowledgeable off-road, 4x4, Sprinter, adventure Van technician in our neighborhood puts my mind at ease.

Took my Tucson for an oil change and brake pad change. As someone without any automotive knowledge, I am so glad I found here. The new owners are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Price is cheaper than other places. Highly recommend!

He charged me $260 that should be changed all transmission, all fluid, but he lied. And caused oil leak that ended up cost me another $1300 for pan oil and other. He only did oil change for $260

I don't often post reviews so believe me when I say John and the whole JP Transmission team is second to none. This is the most honest, professional and technically knowledgable mechanic I have ever encountered, period!Had a failure of my Jeeps transmission. Called John on a Sunday and he said bring it in.... He took the time to show me his findings and explain the repair process. He is very thorough and forthright. Also, you can't beat his prices.I would recommend this shop to anyone. I would not recommend this place. I went here to get an engine replaced WORST IDEA EVER!. The guy Jon stated that he would make my car run like new. During the time I was 7 months pregnant. When I received my car back my AC was not working and my service engine light cut back on. When I tried contacting John he would not pick up my calls or answer my text. I texted John that next week and stated that I would be coming back up there to drop my car off. The day I went up there of course he was no where in site. Each time they stated they fixed the car my light would cut back on. This shop did not want to give me my money back and till this day I m still having the same issue with my service engine light. I m very unhappy and I wish they would have been honest up front and stated that they couldn t fix my car. Now I m out of $2,000 that I could have put down for another car. If I could give this shop no stars then I would.

Mr. John Ahjusshi was very fast and at a good price, when he worked on my car almost a year ago. He sent me pictures during the process of fixing my transmission for an 05 Ford Escape. I brought it back a few months later to tighten it up a little. , !

John is an ASE certified master tech. He did an outstanding job fixing my 2006 Seinna AWD by rebuilding the U151F transmission, at a fraction of the price dealer wanted for. When I was calling around the fort area for a quote, his price is the most competitive. He replaced/resealed all the gaskets, replaced all the clutch/brake friction packs, broken bearings, gears, upgrade all the accumulator, springs, and gaskets with a sonnex valve body kit. He toke time to make sure everything about the transmission is done right and thoroughly tested even that requires dissemble/assemble multiple times. Throughout the process he sent me loads of pictures to help me understand the problem. To my surprise no change to the alignment was felt at all when I got it back. I have had the car back for more then 3 months or so now, the transmission has been performing well.Communication with him isn't the smoothest sailing, but with a little patience I didn't found it to be a problem at all. I really feel luck that I found him when I was calling around.

I have been traveling America for a year, I have had a very hard time getting anyone interested in my problems with my 1987 Winebago Lesharo until I found John at JP. He went out of his way on the spot and solved a major problem with my power steering rack. Outstanding service!Adrian from Australia

I went through a referral from an acquaintance who said he would fix it for cheap, but the shop was bigger than I expected, and they provided free diagnosis and explanations well. The most important thing is that the price was cheaper than other shops and they fixed it well. It's nice to have a place I can trust in the future. . .
