My sales expert today was Amira Holland and she was so great and understanding with the whole process. Ed also helped he seems very hardworking and patient, he did everything he could to make sure that the car was up to our standards and did a lot to make the price affordable. We also got chick-fil-a from them so not complaints here.

Bought a 2015 Audi SQ5 that they performed an illegal inspection on. After the purchase, I found multiple items that should have not passed the VA state vehicle safety inspection. We showed up at 7pm when it was dark and they had just finished washing the car so everything was wet and it was hard to see and I wasn t laying on the wet ground. On the way home the oil light came on and tire pressure warning light. We stopped and topped off the oil. Another 60 miles the oil light came on again. The next day I put the car up on a lift and found multiple issues like major oil leaks from the valve cover gaskets and oil filter housing gasket, cracked and broken front and rear and upper and lower control arm bushings etc. other issues that we noticed are that the brake pads are about at their end and there was a nice size dent in the rear door that we didn t notice because the car was soaking wet and it was dark when we looked it over. We emailed the salesman with no response. We did received a follow up call the next day from someone wanting to review our experience and I told them about the issues. She said someone would be in contact. Needless to say, we never heard anything back. No surprise to me! I m sad to say that a 1 star review is all I can give. Illegal inspections are bad news!!! They re are quick to take your money but after that they want nothing to do with you!

Rebekah is the best. Super easy to work with in setting up the appointments and gets me in and out at a timely manner if I want to wait. Offers me transportation if I want to go back to work for a bit then come back for my car. Overall amazing experience!

Joe (Sales) & Flo (Finance) made the car buying process super quick and easy. I ve purchased multiple cars in the Northern VA region and I have to say that this was the most simple and non-salesy processes. They identified what I actually wanted as a customer and gave me that and didn t push things that I clearly didn t want. I feel like understanding your customers is really important in business and they seem to have that skill. Appreciate them and look forward to buying another vehicle with Hart in the future.

Had a recall that needed to be worked on. This place was great, fast and the service rep was so friendly, Jordan Carlock! I was watching him take care of another customer and he was so courteous, and thorough with his feedback. He treated me the same way and walked us out to our cars. I will definitely go back to Hart Nissan's service department in Springfield, Virginia.

I just had the most wonderful experience at Hart Nissan of Nova! TJ and Elvin went above and beyond with excellent customer service and really addressing my concerns as their own. I was offered supportive follow up care that works with and around my schedule. I've been given the same treatment as a longtime patron even as a first time guest so you can tell the professionalism is consistent across the board THANK YOU!!!

I like that there were no high pressure tactics. I was able to look at the various cars, and my salesman was very knowledgeable. They were very clear with the fees that they charge which is $799. I'm happy with my purchase and the nice environment of the dealership. The prices were lower than the other places that I looked at online.

I needed work on my car and had to get the services completed last minute. Chris the Service Department manager got me all setup and squared away. I must say that the work completed was The BEST! It was so impeccable that I offered Chris a tip, but he declined saying "he wouldn't take anything from a customer that wasn't a part of the services completed". Amazing Customer Service! With that, I seriously hope that Chris is getting compensated for all that he does. He has another customer For Life!!!!!

We went to another Nissan Dealership first and had a really bad experience. We left that dealership and went to Hart Nissan in Springfield, VA. The team there went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted. We have to give a huge thanks to Louis, Tony, and Mike and the rest of the Nissan team. They were super helpful, friendly, and stayed well past closing just to work with us. I recommend that anyone in the DMV interested in buying a car visit Hart Nissan.

Outstanding service experience. My service advisor TJ Greene is the absolute best. He's knowledgeable and efficient. The walk around part of the service experience ensures full transparency. I never felt like they were taking advantage of me or manipulating service needs. TJ is so nice and pleasant to deal with. He's the only service advisor I can say I completely trust.

please Read:I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder 2022 from the Springfield location and have been consistently disappointed by their service department. Despite faithfully bringing my car in for service every 5,000 miles, my experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating.During a routine service visit last year, they recommended several additional services, including tire replacement and alignment. Unfortunately, this led to a sharp noise issue with my car immediately after picking it up. Despite multiple visits and calls, they continuously assured me everything was fine. It took three months of driving with the noise before they admitted they had missed a crucial part during the tire replacement.Even after rectifying the missing part, my car continued to have issues with tire shaking and steering wheel vibrations. Despite multiple return visits and my insistence that something was wrong, they repeatedly assured me everything was fine. It wasn't until I demanded a test drive with the repair shop manager during my 25,000-mile service appointment that they finally acknowledged the problem.After diagnosing the issue, they presented me with a repair bill totaling $2,000 out of my pocket to fix the problems they created. Despite reaching out to Nissan corporate and engaging with the regional manager, Liz, at Nissan consumer affairs, I was told that I would have to cover the costs.To make matters worse, according to Nissan policy, issues with the paint of the car are supposed to be covered by Nissan. However, when I raised concerns about paint chipping and flaking all around my car, Liz informed me that even this would not be covered, leaving me with a $60k car that will likely turn rusty soon unless I pay for repairs myself.Throughout my conversations with Liz, I emphasized my lack of trust in the Springfield shop and their judgment, expressing that I do not feel safe or comfortable driving my family in this car. Despite this, Nissan representatives chose to disregard my concerns and drop the ball on addressing the matter.This entire ordeal has caused me immense anxiety and stress over the past year. It's clear that Nissan prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction and safety. I would strongly caution against trusting this dealership with your vehicle or expecting any level of accountability or care from them.

Happy to report Eddie the new auto technician was kind and provided answers to all my questions during our walk around of the car. He explained the process. I can t believe her was only there 3 months he handled himself like a veteran. Rebekah my service manager provided great customer service. She was attentive to my needs and my budget. She called when my parts arrived and made sure I was in and out as promised. Hart Nissan service Department rocks. Several things like about Hart Nissan service department they are courteous and patient with their customers. One evening I ran into the owner and he too was courteous and patient and that speaks volumes. The sales floor team is courteous (especially my personal sales guy Joe) and patient with customers and Bob the finance guy is courteous and patient with the customer. Bob makes it happen and helps you understand the financial benefits offered by Hart Nissan. Keep up the good work guys. The hot chocolate is delicious.

I bought my truck from this dealership and always go in for my oil change and tire rotation. I had TJ as my service advisor today and he was very kind. He made sure I was updated on what was going on during the service and had a welcoming presence throughout my experience. I would highly recommend scheduling your service with him.

Are you in search of a professional, prompt and a phenomenal customer service??? Well look no further, you have arrived! Being a new resident to the area and an owner of multiple Nissan vehicles, I was in search of quality service. After visiting multiple service dealerships I finally found Hart Nissan. Upon arrival I was greeted by TJ in the service department. I must say, his customer service, knowledge and quick eye to detail was unmatched. Not only did he provide me shuttle transportation option to ensure I arrived to work in a timely manner but provided prompt updates on my vehicle status.I hope this review not only provides insight on my wonderful experience at Hart Nissan but I also hope the owner understands the caliber of employee TJ & Jordan Carlock are.Thanks guys

Service at Hart Nissan NoVa is good . You can call or go online and get an appointment. Rebekah, my service advisor is nice and always ready to answer any concern. The walk around with your vehicle is an excellent way to see the condition of your car. I understand that they now 3% credit card fees , but to charge the same electronic fee for paying check is absurb.

They treated me like family! Everyone that worked with me was great! I love the customer service from Salesman Jaouad , Sabrina ,Josh And Bob amazing and super helpful. Definitely recommend anyone to go there for their services! Amazing work! They have such a great team!!! I bought a Nissan Rogue for my college son , my cousin bought a Nissan Pathfinder. I also order a Nissan Sentra for my sister. Service was really good.

I had agreed to sell my vehicle to Hart Nissan in October of 2023. I provided the dealer with the vehicle and papers but never received payment from the company. I spent several months trying to chase them down but they dodged my calls repeatedly, wouldn t call back, and wouldn t answer E-mails. The buying manager quit after about two months and the store manager never responded. I would strongly advise not dealing with this company.

I m so happy I chose to go to this dealership! My sales agent West was so cool, hospitable and confident in getting me in my new ride. Kevin was also awesome!! This is the first dealership I came across that seem like they like each other and passionate about their business and not in a forceful selling way!! The finance team was fun , and obviously they get the job done!! I will tell everyone I know who is seeking a new ride to head nowhere else but HART OF NISSAN in Springfield VA

Sales associate Sabrine M was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in identifying the right car for my family. I got an excellent, fair deal with the trade and overall price. After doing a lot of research on used car dealerships, I selected Hart Nissan of NOVA. I drove 2.5 hours to look at two cars. I made an appointment with Sabrina and when I arrived she had both vehicles ready to go. She was up front and honest about the condition of both vehicles and gave me an in depth history of both. She was not pressuring in any way. After deciding on a 2019 Nissan Sentra with about 60,000 miles on it, then we just had to figure a price with trade-in. After going back and forth a few times, we came to an agreement. I then met with Mr. Robert Schmiech (Rangers Lead the Way) for finance and he went through everything with a fine tooth comb for me. I appreciate the honesty and flexibility that Sabrina, Robert and the manager had with me. Buying a used car is hard enough, not knowing if you are getting a good deal or buying a lemon. I appreciate everyone at Hart working with me in not just buying a car but meeting my budget. I also had the pleasure to talk with Jawid while waiting for finance. He is a bright young man who really cares about customer service and loves his job. I highly recommend Hart Nissan of NOVA.Than you!

This was my first time at the Hart Nissan of Nova , and I was treated like a regular customer the service department was a great experience I have been to others of Nissan but this really was a amazing place with and the employees my service technician was hands down the best and there whole team worked together just like my car ran after my service that day !!! I had a great experience at Hart Nissan in Springfield. I found my sales person by inquiring online about a car and met him on a Saturday to talk to him about the car. We ended up test driving a few cars before I settled on one and he was the absolute best. I had a rental car with me since I had been in an accident and he even had the rental car cleaned out so that I could turn it in the same day. His name was Golam Faruky. Please see him if you are in the market. He was patient and was adamant about making sure I left with a vehicle that day. It was a messy rainy day as well and it did not stop him from going the extra mile. I have been by since then to get the vehicle looked at and nothing has changed just because he sold me the car already.Also the sales team period was awesome. The sales manager ultimately had to make sure I got the deal I wanted and he was also accommodating. Thank you to the Hart Nissan team.

I got an oil change service done here. For the price, they were very professional and everyone was smiling.I had an appointment, but it did take about 1 hours 47 minutes.But the waiting area was a great place to get work done with wifi.
