Amazing job on our Touareg!! I was SO upset that someone backed into my car. I called around and found Dentless Touch in Springfield and they were able to pull out the dent on my front panel. It looks like new and you can t even tell it was damaged!!The price is fair and less than a company who wanted to sand and repaint the area. I highly recommend Dentless Touch.

As I was heading off to a doctor's appointment, I noticed a large dent in my bumper. See the picture below. Wasn't so bad that it broke anything, but it was a bit annoying. That afternoon I contacted Dentless Touch, who asked for a few pictures and quoted me a very reasonable rate. We scheduled it for 2 days later, and I was told to expect it to take about 2 hours. My son took the car in for me, and about 20 minutes later he noticed that the car was out. The car looks like it hasn't been hit at all, and I feel great looking at the car.They did a beautiful job, just like magic. Even though he told me not to expect it to be perfect, it is perfect. I am so pleased with how well they did. It was worth every penny, and I'm thrilled.

I got a pretty good dent along a corner of my front panel. I took it to a body shop and they said they would have to replace the panel and repaint. You can imagine the cost. The body shop owner is a good guy. He said an alternative was to go to Dentless Touch and see what they can do. I went and they impressed me with their professionalism and clean shop. I got a quote and scheduled a time to bring my car in. I was a little hesitant, so I checked out their YouTube videos. That convinced me to give it a try. When I picked up my car I couldn t even tell where the dent was. It s amazing what Christopher Ray can do. He s dedicated to his craft. I can t imagine anyone else could do better.

We had our Rivian R1S rear left quarter panel beside the light damaged by a dent. We were referred to by an authorized body shop by Rivian where we requested a repair quote. In the meantime, I was searching for another auto body repair shop and stumbled across Dentless Touch. The pictures don't do justice but it was going to be a difficult one to pull off. Chris [Dentless Touch] promised that he would do everything he can to do the repairs as this vehicle is not a common one as of 10/2023.I picked up the vehicle and I was really blown away by the perfect restoration of the dent repair - all without any form spray paint. I finally got the quote from the authorized auto body repair of $5,565 and the final bill from Dentless Touch was less that 1/3 of $5,565. Yes, less than 1/3 of the authorized body shop quote. Chris and I had a chat about vehicles in general and how he got into the business, and he is a master of his craft. Thank you very much Chris and Andrea for really working to bring our R1S back to life and I am a true believer of what you guys do. Your hard work and dedication to the community is paying off to help folks like us out there and I am now a walking billboard for your company.

Hi there! 1991 BMW E325i owner here!I just wanted to leave a quick review for the awesome work done on our classic beamer. We only had one small dent removed and Chris did an amazing job removing it! They are very busy at Dentless Touch -which is understandable due to their quality work, but I am pleased to say that we were able to drop off our car in the morning and was able to pick it up the following day.Chris is extremely thorough and took the time to go over the whole body of the car and provide an estimate to remove all of the other small blemishes if desired. I feel his estimate was reasonable and it also included a military discount! So props for providing that as well!

I had such a great experience with Dentless Touch. Christopher took such great care of my car. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Now she looks good as new. The price was reasonable and the customer service was top notch! I couldn't be more happy.

I have had two vehicles repaired at Dentless Touch; one had hundreds of dents from hail damage. Their business is without a doubt the most professional, hard working, and dedicated repair shops I have ever worked with. From the second you walk through the door with the receptionist to the moment when you are picking up your now flawless vehicle the entire team works tirelessly to ensure your vehicle repair needs are met. I absolutely recommend Dentless Touch s awesome team of highly skilled, talented, and selfless professionals.

This was my first experience with Dentless Touch. They were highly recommended by a body shop I used. They did not disappoint. From first contact, all the way through picking up my dentless car, first class, above and beyond professional and friendly service all the way! Dents happen, definitely the place to go. Christopher has worked on my car twice in the last 5 months (I'm unlucky) and each time the work has been flawless. I watched his process and I was shocked at how effortful it is, and yet he does a perfect job each time. On top of that, they've got a loaner that you can rent while your vehicle is being worked on, which helped me so much because I was still able to get to work. It made logistics effortless. I highly recommend Dentless Touch to anyone in the area who needs dent repair.

Chris work on my 2023 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy was impeccable. You can t even tell there was a dent in the gas tank at all. Also, estimated a timeframe of about a week and a half. I needed my bike back for a motorcycle event and he completed the work in less than a week! I m so grateful for his hard work and removing that eyesore! Thank you so much Chris! Chris and his team did an amazing job on my 2015 Chevy equinox! We had two cars significantly damaged by a hail storm. They worked quickly and easily with my insurance company to get the proper repairs done. And they even went above and beyond buffing out a scratch on my side panel and buffing my headlights! They kept in communication with me and my insurance company, providing regular updates and finished ahead of the estimated schedule. These gentlemen are highly skilled and professional. They did such an amazing job on the Equinox that they are now working on my 2020 Mazda Miata MX5.

I had some accidental dents on my BMW X5 that I wanted to get fixed. Took it in to Dentless Touch to get repaired and they did a great job. The dents were difficult to see without the proper lighting and the car being white, but they are less noticeable now and I m overall happy with the results. Paintless dent removal is both time and cost-effective than the conventional method which is why I decided to come here and they have the best ratings. Everyone there was great to work with and I personally would comeback in the future if I needed more work done.

Nothing but great things for Andrea and Chris at Dentless touch. Extremely professional and friendly. Had a heavy tree branch near my driveway break off and land on my brand new Honda Odyssey, causing a 2-inch sized ding on the rear trunk area. I reached out to dentless touch based on their reviews and after taking in my vehicle and getting an estimate, there was no pressure as they gave me a few days to think about it. I m glad I went with them because they did an outstanding job and only took a few hrs once scheduled. Worth giving this team a call.

Cant recommend this place enough! My car ended up getting hailed on and took it here. Andrea was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process probably one of the best customer service interactions I ve ever had. She was very thorough, responsive and helpful throughout the process. And best part of all I love the work! My cars back to normal. If you re on the fence about this place dont be. You wont find a better spot in this area.

Excellent service and friendly staff! Can't recommend enough. They removed 3 dings from my car doors and it looks like it never happened. I will definitely return when I get more dings. Chris is great and does an awesome job! Thanks Chris and Andrea!

This was the cleanest and nicest auto shop I ve ever been to. Customer service was absolutely top notch. I was always kept updated and any questions or concerns I had could be answered in a few minutes via text or call. The work they did on my 2021 Challenger was great. I d highly recommend Dentless Touch.

Repeat customer. They did a great job just now on our Mercedes SUV and 3-years ago on our Toyota Prius. Chris and team did flawless work, easy to work with, finished early and estimate was right on the money. Andrea made the process easy with scheduling and photos via text, and arranging for our insurance provided rental car to be picked up at Dentless Touch. Their new shop in Newington/Springfield looks like a fancy car show room, which provided an extra level of comfort that people who really like their cars trust Dentless Touch. Great waiting room too, if you need. Prices increased significantly since our last visit, but so has everything else right? And, still 1/2 (with insurance discount) to 1/3 (without insurance discount) the traditional bodywork estimates I received, and no metallic paint blending issues like we have had in the past at Caliber in San Diego and Alexandria. They will work with your insurance, although mine (USAA) just paid me for the cost of traditional paint and parts replacement.

The owner of this business was very professional in his explanations on what he could do & recommend, they were very helpful in getting me in touch with a nearby Rental Car Agency, obtaining GMC model Touch Up Paint, and their estimated cost & time for completion were spotv on with the estimate. I had a huge crease in my fender of my 2020 A90 Supra and Mike at Revtech suggested I try Dentless Touch. Just got my car back today and I am flat amazed! You cannot tell that there was ever a huge dent with a crease. Very good communication, very good attention to detail, and pride in their work.

Originally was estimated that they might have to take the door panel off, but they managed to be able to get access through the window opening, costing me only the labor for the dent. They got me in and out before lunch on a first appointment. Impressive work given how they had to access the dent without taking anything apart. Very professional and great to work with.

The results are what matter and when the work was completed, I could see no evidence there had ever been a dent.If you are careful with your car and you know the pain of seeing a ding you did (or didn't) cause, and dread the process of finding someone you can trust to fix it right, then check out the Springfield location.Overall, I'm very pleased with the results.

Dent damage was relatively minor to my Tesla Model S and PDR was directly referred by my body shop. Chris was able to fit me immediately. The in-store video was informative and repair was perfect. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them.

Fastest service and clean shop. I really recommend Dentless Touch. Took them 3 hours to work on my car. When Chris said it should take 5-6 hours. I could not tell at all where s the old dent was. Look perfect as new. Thank you Chris and staff.
