I Called ahead to verify 2x jackets were in stock for both leather and mesh. Sales person verified stock. Arrived at location found several jackets. Sales person explained the differences and mated me with one for my riding style. Did not oversell me. Sales person was very knowledgeable. Thank you.

The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly the patrons are equally as such. I m taking a riders course soon and I had a lot of questions about everything since I didn t know anything and I left that much better for it. I was told about things I didn t even consider. If the drive wasn t over an hour both ways I d be visiting them a lot more frequently but I have their website so it s not a complete loss

I'm new to the whole bike thing and they really went above and beyond helping me find the gear I needed and explained how it supposed to fit and how to choose a helmet. The prices are not bad either, they had lots gear on sale which made it even more affordable. I'll definetely shop there again

Cycle Gear in Springfield had Michelin Road 6 tires in stock in my sizes. They matched the prices Cycle Gear/Revzilla advertised on line. They mounted them on my rims while I waited for $25 a wheel. I m happy. Jason mounted and balanced new tires and new 90 degree valve stems.

I received a Christmas gift that I wanted to exchange so I drove to the Springfield, Va store. The person that assisted me was a manager from another store, was very polite, professional and helpful! I was able to exchange the gift for items I need for an upcoming trip.I didn t get his name but I believe he said he was a manager at the Glen Burnie, MD store!I m sure I ll be dealing with him again!Thanks!

I was in the market for a new helmet. Told the gentleman was I was looking for and the price range. He directed me to couple different ones. One thing I liked was he didn't hover. But was always available for questions.

The crew is super helpful and always checks in to see if you need assistance when browsing around. They know their stuff and help with fitment questions and what is appropriate for your particular ride, and what proper maintenance is if you're unfamiliar. Jackets, helmets, gloves, and pants have a large variety in what's available, and there is pretty much everything you'd need for basic cleaning and servicing as well.

Walked in and the music was blaring, really really loud. I was there to buy a new helmet, knew what I wanted. I said hi to a guy in front of the counter upon entering. He didn't respond, I assumed he was waiting to check out.I found the helmet, then stood at the register for 5+ minutes with no help. I finally yelled at some dude (only because it was so loud with the music), asked if there were any employees. A guy came out of the back and ends up the other guy who offered no help was also an employee.He was nice enough when I was purchasing, but wasn't a good experience overall. I'll stick to online shopping unless absolutely necessary.

Been twice to buy gear, I m a new rider and not super knowledgeable about things. Chasity was able to give me details about everything regarding what gear is best for the type of bike I have as well as gear for different types of seasons. Everything was very informative and did not feel pressured into buying anything. Will absolutely go back and highly recommend this store.

Always get the help I need when I shop here! Would be 5 stars but their No backpack policy is a bit of a turn off since I never go out riding without mine. Regardless, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable!

I had a good overall experience. The staff seemed very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions about gear (fit, feel, sizing, etc). The store seemed well stocked, but doesn t carry all items seen online. I actually went there to purchase all my gear (head to toe) and only found two items to buy. I rated only three stars do to my own expectations, which might be different for others.Full disclosure: I am a brand new rider. Initially I called Revzilla and spoke to an individual for over 45 minutes. They answered all my questions, made recommendations on gear to try out, and were vey patient listening to me and walking me through the process so I can outfit properly and ride safely. My expectations going to Cycle Gear was I would receive the same treatment almost hand walking me through the store and going over the ins and outs of the gear, fit and feel, and making recommendations et cetera. I understood the staff at Cycle Gear was minimal (2 people working), they have other customers besides myself, and they aren t necessarily there to hold my hand.Overall a good store, staff is good and knowledgeable, and a good selection to choose from.

Best experience I possible could have had. Was greeted as son as I walked in the door. The employees are very knowledgeable about all their gear and what gear is good in certain conditions. They tried their best to make the best price for me which i ve never seen before at any store and was very grateful for. They actually let you try on the gear in store and help pick out what options are good for you! 1000/10 experience. I will be returning and recommending to all family and friends!

I m a new motorcycle and needed a helmet. Walked in and was greeted by Howard who was super knowledgeable on all their inventory and safety gear. Walked me through helmet sizing and helped me choose the best fit for me. I ll definitely be back.

Great experience, my son wanted to to get gloves for his dirt bike. Staff engaged him him like he was a veteran rider and I enjoyed the interaction. He walked out feeling 10 feet tall.

Adding a star. I have been there few more time after my initial review and I have noticed that the customer service seems improved. I have noticed that the staff working is more attentive to the customers and their needs.Keep it up guys.ThanksStore is great. Nice selections of items. I would give 5 stars if customer service would be better. And it will not take much...stop you personal phone call and pay attention to your customer. I got good advices...but I had to go and look for the person working at that time and ask...I will go again there when needed. I have been using Cycle Gear since they were in College Park.

Pick up a few mesh protectors for myself and buddy. We were in there for about a couple hours even though it was fairly busy today and the salesperson was able to give us a hand and looking at some items. First time here definitely will be coming back lot of good options for Riders knowledgeable staff

Im bias because I enjoy everything about riding a motorcycle. I enjoy just walking into this store. The energy is always welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable, and their follow through is great. My only beef is that you closed the Laural location.

went here and I was really satisfied. The staff was nice, and she made me try on a helmet so I can know my size. even though I didn t buy a helmet she was still very helpful. I will definitely come back

Never owned a modular Bluetooth helmet in 50 years of riding. Nick helped with the fit of their proprietary "Bilt" Techno 3.0 model helmet ensuring the proper size for for my huge Charlie Brown like square Polish head. Returned a couple of days later and purchased a pinlock insert to mitigate fogging. Wish you guys were closer, but it was worth the hour drive.

On 2/25/2023 I brought my wheels in to have new tires mounted and balanced. While the technician worked on those, I perused the store s wares and found a number of other products I needed to get my R6 into top riding form for this season, with the help of the female employee who was working that day (I didn t catch her name).
