These guys saved us! We have an '06 diesel sprinter van and as we were driving through DC on our way home to NC from Boston, one of the diesel hoses broke and we were dumping our fuel. This was on a Friday night at 5pm. We found Cafranes (opened til 7pm) and luckily made it there just as our tank dropped it's last bit of fuel. They were literal angels. They replaced the hose AND went and picked up a bit of diesel for us so that we could make it to a gas station. I think even one of their mechanics who had gone home for the night might have come back to help us. At the end of it all, they charged us an extremely reasonable price for the work they did. We are incredibly grateful. Thanks to you to everyone.

Very bad experience, I went to the shop because my ac keep turn on and off, frank told me the problem is with ac compressor. I bought REManufactured part $120, but same problem he said buy the new one so I bought another for $500, guess what still same problem he charge me all together 500 labor+ ac Gass and still something, I went to another shop the findout problem was never with ac compressor it was just bad reley. They installed new fuse and good to go.....

Cannot fix my engine correctly.They want to put another engine 'cause cannot correct issue with their repairs.Very dirty shop, lousy customer service, but what is worst., they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.Caused me to lose my vehicle.

Frank is a very skilled, professional and honest mechanic I have ever known. He will tell you what your car really needs without taking advantage of you. His prices are affordable. When needed, my family bring their cars to Frank since years ago.

This locally owned 2-bay garage is my go to for all my car care needs. Frank's crew are quick and affordable, hardworking, friendly and very good at car repair. Call ahead to check availability, this garage is always busy, but they do their best to take care of everyone.

Frank and his guys are amazing! These guys are not cheat, they won't rip you off, they won't steal from you. They will fix your job to Perfection, and refused to take pay unless you are satisfied. I am totally impressed and will only go to Frank from now on.

Service was horrible, poor, and very very unprofessional. I came here for an engine replacement. Once my engine was replaced the ac stopped working as well as the heat. I was promised a six month warranty but when I called him on the phone he was very hostile. Saying don t bring it. I don t have space. On top of that my car was filthy with dirt everywhere.The worst part is he demanded cash. Not even a check(not even debit! Very sketchy). There was no tax accrued on the receipt because it was hand written. I plan on reporting this shop to the BBB.I don t advise anyone to go here. I still have yet to drive this car because he insists I don t bring it in, after my engine was replaced STAY AWAY!
