If I had a chance to give this place a zero I would. The customer service here was the poorest I have ever experienced anywhere. Zuhair the store manager barely gave me the time of day after I tried to explain to them my situation and the help I needed. Wouldn t even accept the information I had. I would not recommend anyone to come to this location and instead to to the one in the Alexandria location if you are in need to go to this store. Never coming here again

Omar provided a great experience, absolutely driving my decision to visit this location in the future. I went for service to my Samsung phone. I was provided a very honest assessment of the problem without the push to sell me something I didn't need. I greatly appreciated Omar's initial welcome, honest assessment, and future recommendations. I will certainly be back for any future phone or battery needs!

Quick, knowledgeable, decisive assistance from my Cool Bro Ammar, who has the will and the way to find the right solutions to all your battery plus whatevs needs!Came in yesterday with three different HP calculators and three different makes of flashlights. Ammar looked at the array, pulled the right batteries, and had me finished and gone in less than 8 minutes. All at a very low indeed, surprisingly low! cost to me. A fantastic family-run business! Really . In addition to the King Street store, I have now found my newest Batteries + location!Cash, credit card, some limited parking (still not a bad issue).*Salaam Alaikum!*

I went here to order a new car fob and have it programmed. Omar and his dad were very polite and helpful. Apparently the first fob was defective and they were unable to program it, so after I went back the second time they were very quick and even gave me a small discount for my troubles. Plus they cost about half as much as what the dealership would have charged me. I would definitely go back to them!

I went today to exchange some light bulbs. Thankfully I had the receipt but it was from 7 1/2 months ago! I don t like shopping, and I avoid buying things and taking things back. They were able to take 2 sets back & replace them with the correct bulbs !!Finally, my outside lights are working again!

Key fob replacement and programming was accomplished quickly and accurately. I ordered the fobs on the phone they called when they came in, next day reprogrammed them perfectly. All is good now.

I ordered a motorcycle battery online and picked it up at the Springfield #766 store. The proprietor not only ensured my battery was fully charged and in good condition, he also ensure I received my military discount. It was a pleasant surprise. I don t know about all Batteries Plus stores, but I highly recommend this one.

Needed a hard to find coin cell battery in a pinch today, they had a bunch in stock and saved the day for me! Gentleman working there was even really nice about me walking in the back door by accident.

My order was ready in about 30 minutes. The cashier was quick to retrieve it and very friendly. Additionally, this store was the only place I could find where I could order two LED ballast bypass bulbs instead of a pack of 10 and at a good cost. There's nothing more you could ask for. I'm a first-time customer and I fully intend to return and recommend you to others.

I got what I needed quickly and at a good price. The customer service rep first advised me to make the purchase on line in ordered to get the offered discount; then he met me at the curb and gave me my purchased battery. Very courteous and very helpful!

Extremely fast and friendly service. Price was also extremely competitive. A+ experience all around! I went in a for a battery replacement after my car died earlier in the evening. With 1 hour until closing, the salesperson didn't hesitate to answer my questions on the phone and was ready to install when I arrived with my vehicle. Highly recommend!

I needed a replacement battery to get my Verizon internet back on. Called around the area and found this store carrying the battery I needed. When I went to the store, a lady whom I assume was the manager, greeted me and asked what I was looking for. She saw the battery and knew what it was for. She was warm, friendly, and very efficient. I mentioned about not being able to use the 10% discount online, she gave me the discount anyway. The gentleman at the cashier was very nice also. This is the type of business that I will go back to. They made me feel welcomed and helped me find what I needed.

We needed the batteries replaced in two Iphones, and the fellow at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Springfield was so helpful and made sure they had the batteries in stock, saw that one phone badly needed a new screen protector, told us when the phones would be ready... and got them done for us! Have always had a good experience at Batteries Plus!

Great store, good prices, great service. Some services are :Does battery replacement for computers, fixes lamps, has doorbell supplies with camera, good regular battery prices. Has really cool battery light switches that can go indoors or out. They light up a good amount of space. Putting one in utility room where more lighting is needed, one by front outside door, one on balcony.

Found battery I needed for a riding lawn mower online at great price and close by store location for pickup. Store rep called right away to let me know date for pickup. Good customer service, pick up was a breeze.

Ammar is simply the BEST! I broke the key FOB on my 2009 Honda CRV. Ammar ordered the part and they sent the incorrect part, so he reordered the part again. I came back and he made the key in record time and I am so thankful for his tenacity and professionalism. Ammar, thank you once again and God Bless!

Don't give them your car key fob, unless you want to risk a charge. 1st visit for a car battery was fine. 2nd visit was poor. I asked for a replacement battery for a car fob. The clerk took my fob, walked to the back for about a minute, and came back with the battery installed. I then said I needed another battery for the 2nd fob, not with me. He said they come in packs of 2, so I assumed that is what I would be charged. My car battery was installed for free, on my 1st visit.Surprise! He charged $11 for an installed battery, plus $9 for 2 extra batteries. I never asked for an install. I'll never go back, given that he didn't offer to correct the situation. I suggested the company train employees to ask before they do a service that wasn't specifically requested. I now have an unwanted 3rd battery due to their type of customer service. I'm not sure it was not accidental.

Called up asking if they had Verizon Fios battery replacements. The gentleman said they had them in them in stock. Went to pick it up and I told him I was missing the 2-wire pigtail cable. He went to the back and got one for me. He did not charge me for that. I showed him pictures of the box the battery goes into. He helped me figure out is was going to work. He set the battery and cable all up and I was ready to go. I also bought a flash light which he proved a 10% off of. The gentleman was super friendly and helping and next time I need a battery this will be the first place I go.

Bought a car battery. Did some research and found their prices to be competitive with Autozone, plus there was a 10% coupon and they confirmed over the phone they could help with the install...Autozone said they couldn't be sure unless I came to the store. The owner Zuhair was there, had my battery ready to go and installed it for me. Very helpful and very nice!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE--find another one -- according to their manager "there are batteries+bulbs everywhere", and I would recommend you not choose this one. I went in to have my phone fixed - there was a line out the door and they were not trying to even talk to folks and explain their situation or request folks to return. They were replacing batteries on a guys watch, and after the store insisted it was fixed, he had to go back and help them do it because they somehow didn't realize there were multiple batteries and they had only replaced one of them. Additionally there was a man there with his daughter and it took them 40 min to get to him just to check him out for a battery.I went to have my phone screen replaced. I got home and the button was loose, but I was getting on a plane to travel for work the next day and couldn't do much about it. The next morning i tried to put a tempered glass screen on it and the touch screen wouldn't work with it--I quickly found that when there was moisture in the air or sweat on my hands it also wasn't going to work.I knew i had to go back in but I wasn't going to have a day off for weeks so i figured I'd suck it up until I could get back to the store rather than pay someone somewhere else another $100 repair. By the time i was back in town a crack had formed on the top of the screen. I was told by the manager that they would not honor the warranty because of the crack - the crack that's there because the phone screen was faulty and i couldn't use a tempered glass cover to protect it. He explained that he's the one that could waive this, but that he didn't believe my story and "I could have called or gone to any batteries + bulbs earlier before it cracked again if i was telling the truth."I work 120 hours a week--the phone has been infuriating in it's screen malfunctions since I got it fixed but i specifically waited because of this warranty. I didn't know I could go to any store, and I wasn't in the DC area. My phone cracked the first time because i was tackled by an excited dog in a vet parking lot who broke his leash. I usually keep tempered glass on my screen because i have two big dogs and things fall and break. Being treated like a liar and with the lack of human understanding by the management and staff of this store was appalling. That's on top of the fact that they do terrible work.

I'm deaf and I decided to call the store thru the videophone. The customer service is having trouble finding my battery ( It's not common battery they carried ) and in the middle of the call; they decided to place the phone away from the user and talk to others in the store. I tried saying hello and hello and nobody answered. I thought someone was talking to me after my interpreter heard "Hello, what's your name". I told them my name and they're talking like I'm not there again. I would offer 0 out of 5 star.You will get better service thru Fairfax Batteries Plus Bulbs.

Phone was ready for pickup when promised and seems to be working fine. Check out was a little confusing getting the invoice correct but I feel fairly certain the employee at the register when I picked up the phone was a very recent hire.

They did awesome job repairing my cell phone. I was told by others that I needed to buy another. But they told me that all I needed was a new battery. They were right! They replaced my battery and saved me hundreds of dollars! I'm so greatful. Thank you guys for doing a wonderful job! My phone is like new

They explained my options in replacing the battery in my Samsung phone and tablet. They offered to replace the phone's battery now for the discounted price for online appointments and order a battery for the tablet. They also provided me with a battery for my phone's backup system. In the short time since they replaced the phone's battery I can see a significant improvement as to the length of time a battery charge last. Simply put I'm very satisfied.
