Great store with excellent employees working here. I went to get my battery tested and Sam walked me through the process. He also gave advice on keeping the battery charge up by taking long distance drives more frequently. I was not expecting to get advice because in the past I would just get a "thumbs up" or "okay" from the dealership or store. Keep up the good work and thanks for the pleasant experience!

We did visited the store in search for parts to service our car. The store associate AUSTIN went above and beyond to help us finding part that were essential to what we needed. Also he helped locating the other store that had in stock what this store didn't had. He was friendly and we can't add enough compliments for his support. Thank you Austin! Hope to find you again there when we will visit the store for more parts. A great reason to make this store as our must go for car parts.

Terrible place. I called before I went here and asked if they had BOTH front and rear brake pads. The man said yes. I again asked just to be sure and he told me he had them. I go there and guess what, they don t have them. When I said I was told they were here and I called he replied with well they are not! Very rudely. He then told me to go to another store which was a 12 minute ride from my home but a 30 minute drive from that store. Just a bad attitude and rude behaviour at this store. I don t even think he bothered to look them up. He just looked up the front pads and assumed he had the rear also. Just lazy!

Not too impressed, a friends car was having issues & we had to call roadside to have battery jumped since it had gotten cold. So we went there to get a new battery & they said we didn't need a new battery. Had to have it towed to dealership the next day & was told it needed a new battery so 3s as much instead of just getting it at autozone so that wasn't so great.....

Alex Isenberg in the Springfield Auto zone went above and beyond to help me get the correct lug nuts for my Camry. He came out looked at the wheels. Didn t find the lug nuts on the shelf and went to the back to find. Awesome service.

The brinks truck came and there were 2 employees on duty and yes one employee was trying to help somebody but they didn t seem to be able to locate whatever they were looking for and although I was in line with only 3 items the other employee who was ringing up a customer just went and tended to the brinks guy instead of just ringing me up and I waited about 7 mins until the other guy stopped helping the other person who couldn t find whatever they were looking for and rung me up after I said out loud what in the world is going on. These are the 3 items I was buying.

Was totally blown away at the customer service! The employees (young guy named Ameen and older, heavyset black male manager) were super informative, clearly passionate about their job, and helpful. I'm a small female, walked in to use the OBD2 scanner, and I was not belittled, talked down to, or patronized at all! I came back in to get the report (their scanner doesn't show the codes; you must return to the store for it).We all had a constructive conversation about diagnosing my car's issues -- from discussing my car's symptoms; what I'd already done to attempt to fix the problems myself; several options for me to try out as my next steps. I left feeling better informed to tackle my car issues myself and felt respected as a valued customer. I'd definitely return back here. Not all of the auto parts stores, whether competitor or another location of the same chain, are the same in quality and knowledge-base of employees.Setting:I visited here on a weeknight, wasn't busy inside, was my first time to this location. It looks small inside despite being a new and shiny-looking location in Springfield Plaza, a suburb of Northern Virginia near DC.

Company replied to the review I posted.. They posted to contact them so customer service could follow up.. Process was cumbersome and no one answered at the regional office.. I left a message. So much for that.Paid for automobile battery. Told to bring vehicle to front. Sat there for 3 hours waiting for installation. Waved off and Told to be patient when checking on service. Watched many others served. When I finally demanded answers the clerk said he didn't remember selling me a battery. I showed receipt and received service with a disgruntled attitude.

Found Refrigerant 1234yf which was not available at other super stores and auto Stores in this area. Good price, more than sufficient quantity, with connector and gauge. Remember, 134e connector is different.

My husband was fixing our neighbors car and told them what parts was needed. She called several stores and was told that this was the only store that had them in stock, but we needed to know what ping connector we needed. We both went to the store with the old parts and Joe E said he couldn t help us without a mechanic diagnosing the parts we needed. I explained that I just needed the matching parts to what I thought in. He continued to explain that he wasn t a mechanic and by bringing the old parts he wouldn t be able to match them.I said my husband, THE MECHANIC, requested these parts and told me they should be able to match them. He procecced to get in the computer to look up the parts and say this one is grey I held up the matching part. This one is black. I held up the matching part. He said I still need to know the ping connector in order to give you the right part and I need a mechanic to diagnose it. You would need to go to a dealership and have them tell you exactly which part is needed I repeated what was told at the first conversation that we needed one for exhaust and one for intake and ALL OF A SUDDEN he knew what parts were needed and went to get them.He then started to tell us his life story and was nice and talkative. Said he worked at TJMAXX for years. As did I, but I am not a manager of a car part store who can t help two females who HAVE the proper information with their needs. At the end of the day we got the parts and their car is fixed and everything is fine, but the attitude and disinterest in even attempting to help bothers me. My husband did not give us the wrong parts or info. And I do know a little about cars having married a car guy and being a daughter to one. I was not happy with this experience.

I visited this store yesterday around 5:00pm and initially walking in, it was great to see no line but it got worrisome because there was no line and no staff. As I made my way to the oil section a male voice came from somewhere, unsure where because I seen no one, he said welcome to AutoZone. Unfortunately the store didn't have a quart of the oil I needed so I moved on to the next item I needed, coolant. The coolant options were little to none, mainly just the AutoZone brand. I didn't pick that up either. Lastly I needed windshield wiper fluid and it was either blue Rain X or AutoZone brand, decided to pick up Rain X but it was so high up on the shelf I couldn't reach it.I decided to walk up front to see if the voice I heard was there to help reach the windshield wiper fluid, I find an older white man with glasses on his cell phone, who appeared to be too invested on his phone to help me so I walked out. It may have been an important call but if he just communicated that he would be with me in just a moment, I don't think I would've walked out.In all honesty, I could've walked out with things I could reach and he wouldn't have noticed because he was so invested in his phone. Its unfortunate that my experience was poor and it goes without saying I won't be returning to this location and making sure to stir others away.

Fairly new to the area, all the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. The manager Jackson is the go to guy in the store, he found my parts fairly quick and ordered them if needed. Time of arrival on parts needed was great timing and arrived as he said it would. Also answers all questions without hesitation

I used to buy in this autozone branch but today I had a worst experience, I returned alternator which I purchased at Landover marylan last night.sad to s where ay th manager told me to return where I purchased, I was wondering how he become a store manager if he doesn't know the policy procedure.and his trying to persuade me me that they don't have and I have to go back to store l originally purcha

If I could I would leave zero stars. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. My first incounter was with the cashier Trey. Trey was having a full blown conversation on his phone while "helping" me out. He was so into his conversation he pulled the wrong part. Then when I can to return the part the same day I miss placed the receipt. Jackson, the manager's remark was "cute". I can see why there is a hiring poster on the window. Never again!

I use multiple auto zones for commercial use , I walked into this auto zone after driving from the fallschurch location for an oil pressure switch I needed to finish a customers car the same day. The commercial parts representivive standing in front of me said I m clocked out I m not here causing me to have to tell my customer I couldn t have the car finished. Put me in a bad spot. Il be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Sad that a brand new location isn t willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
