5 star experience! Outstanding service from the moment I dropped off the car. Richie did a fantastic job! He was kind enough to drop me home after I left the car at the workshop. Lisa provided me regular updates. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! The final cost was almost half of what other body shops quoted. They also cleaned my car which was a bonus. I HIGHLY recommend Southside collision! Do NOT look elsewhere if you need any car repair in the area.

Refused to fix an issue with my window on my car when it was their mistake (faulty door). It has been over a year now. I finally gave up calling and inquiring about it. It's just bad business. I tried to stay local, but it's best to go to a more established company where I know I will be satisfied.

Had an emergency while driving through the area and was able to get a part welded so I able to continue my trip. They were very helpful and quick. He was knowledgeable and cooperative in helping me fix the problem. I would highly recommend them for your collision and welding repairs.Service: WeldingService: Welding

Change of ownership, Scott is no longer there. I was in a bind, job ending and needed to move. They were initially very friendly and helpful. But, after 3 weeks of waiting and no repairs done, and frequently being told they were waiting on parts and couldn't do anything until they got all the parts, I lost faith and decided to go elsewhere. I was charged re-stocking fees, but later learned, in at least one case, that the part was only ordered 2 hours earlier that morning and the supply shop did not charge Southside any restocking fee. Plus I was charged a high price for a bumper cover (ie not the bumper that I needed) that they said was not returnable. They were unprofessional in frequently making disparaging remarks about another body shop. The new shop I went to, for the same price, ordered and got parts the next day and completed the work in 3 days. That was my experience, yours may be different.

I cannot say strongly enough how much I love this repair shop! We found ourselves in a terrible situation returning home to Vermont from Raleigh for our daughter s wedding when we slammed into a huge buck. Thankfully we were not hurt but our vehicle, a Jeep Grand Cherokee, sustained major damage and was rendered undriveable. Our insurance company would not pay to have our vehicle returned to VT AND we were tasked with finding our own repair facility!! Not knowing anyone in the area, I took to the internet and started reading reviews and made my call to Southside Collision and from that first call, they did not disappoint! Lisa reassured me immediately that they would take good care of us and keep us informed throughout the process. Within minutes she had communicated with my insurance company and the wrecker company and had the vehicle delivered the same day so they could get started. She called me back three times within that first hour to keep me informed. As the repairs progressed, they went above and beyond to get the vehicle up and running and they could not have been more accommodating every step of the way and the finished product . The car is like brand new! It arrived freshly detailed inside and out. It s like having a brand new car!! So if you find yourself in need of collision repair experts, you will not find people who care about their work or their customers any more than the folks at Southside Collision!Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

The owner is professional, generous, courteous and kind. I am so happy and grateful that I was recommended to go to Southside Collision when my car was in accident 3 hrs away from home. They fixed the car and the repair was very affordable.

Had a broken passenger window replaced here.Scott gave me the choice between new and used and obviously I picked used cuz I m cheap.Had to put down a deposit for him to order it which I find reasonable.Job was done within a week and for a measly $115. This place rocks!!

These guys take the time to do it right. They'll take the trim and bumpers off when they paint one like they're supposed to. They even helped me with my deductible.
