We have bought tires from Roll With It for the last few years but just after Christmas we got 2 rear tires put on. They stripped out 2 the lugs on each tire. A week later when we took it to be inspected the lug nuts were missing. It cost us $120 to get lugs and lug nuts replaced. One of the tires wouldn't hold air and we had to take it back. When we told the lady at Roll with it about the lugs, she just ignored it. Would have been nice to know that she was going to make the guys aware so they were more careful.

They're always booked for weeks, but its a testament to their skill. Always polite, they will always get their job done, i go to roll with it because i know they'll leave me with my car safe and done right. Plus, the dogs there are adorable.

Good price on tires. Great, friendly family oriented atmosphere. Two beautiful puppies that run around in the office.

Spent over 300 dollars for service that didn't even fix the issue. The mechanic said that my alignment wouldn't ever be fixed unless I had body work done. Turns out I just need tie rods and sway bar links. Shout-out to their brilliant mechanics lol will never be returning here again :)

I visited roll with tires as I have always. Until I got a rotation and they broke 2 studs and let me leave that way no warning. I felt like they didn't care. The owner told me it s he / she say. I took to an mechanic and he said this isn't ware and tear . Someone twisted and it broke off.

I called inquiring about a set of tires, they ordered them and called me when they came in the next day. When I arrived to have them installed it didn't take long at all. The staff was courteous and very polite. I would definitely recommend Roll With It Tires to my friends and family, the service and polite staff was definitely worth the drive from Henderson, NC.

This place is great. I had to reschedule an appointment twice. They were patient. Checked my vehicle over above what I was paying. Including breaks, and ball joints. The service was completed same day. The price was excellent. My service included an alignment and two new tires. I wish I could have given it 5 stars people .And maybe if I didn't get charged the same price for installing a tire that I didn't get installed then I probably would have given 5 s. Sry I just dont think I should had paid for labor when there wasn't any labor . I think I should have just paid for the tire. Because that was all I wanted. So why charge me the same as someone who would have also had their tire installed ?

We were traveling through from out of town, when something happened to our van. We pulled in to the shop and within half an hour they had us on our way with a more than reasonable price. They were very courteous and professional. If it weren't for them our vacation would have been over before it had gotten started. Purchased two used tires for the passenger side of my truck one for the front one for the back. They removed the tire off the rear passenger side they put it one the rear driver's side. But did put two good used tires on the front and back of the passeges side of truck but the tire they took from rear on drivers side I just bought 2 days ago! I called they deny it and wont give my tire back to me. I called them and explained that is definitely bad business and they should not have done that total RIP off. after thinking about this.. it definitely was done purposefully Not recommended

I had an appointment in Richmond that day and my tire went flat before I could even make it from home to South Hill. I called Roll With It to be sure they had a used tire to fit my car and how long it would take. Then I limped there on an almost flat tire. They had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable!

Went on a Saturday at 11am (they close at 12) They had the 2 tires I needed at an unbeatable price. Friendly people, very fast service. Highly recommended! Thanks Roll With It!

They are always available and usually have what you need l. They offer oil changes and alignments. Tires are of very poor quality..if you need a tire but can wait I suggest that you wait.. I purchased a used tire from there. To be honest I could hardly tell if it was the tire I originally showed up with !! It is a used tire place so I guess you can expect a bunch.. Just better than what I was given..but for speedy minor service it is a good option!
